How much does a 3 bed semi cost where you are?

depends on each smaller area but from as low as 170 and as high as 280

From about £375k (and up to about £700k) for the third bedroom not to be a box room, from £325k with box room. There are two new builds listed on rightmove and both are on for £630k. Berkshire.

£600K upwards

Mine in north London - Zoopla values it up to £750,000.

Ex LA 170-180 private 200- 220k , Edwardian and older period homes up to 325k massive difference.

420k ish , semi , 2 doubles , a box room, 60ft garden and double drive

£700-800k, London

Londin Zone 6. 2 doubles + box room £550-600k. Virtually none with 3 double bedrooms.

Interesting thread OP. I've just checked zoopla and it'd be £450k round here (closer to £400k if one was a box room). This is SE but not London.

£500k+ I live in a town with drastically different levels of niceness so the shit areas are £500k up to £1m for the nice bit by the train station which is 20mins to London.

From £80k here!! Northern Ireland. You guys wanna SEE what we get for £250k…. Well done to anyone who manages to get on the property ladder nowadays. It boggles my mind.

Between around 400k and about 800k+
(Brighton, there is the occasional 3 bed at 350k but usually in an outer suburb and/or needs lots doing)

£250 - £400k depending on condition and size of plot (lots of houses have massive gardens round here, some with planning permission to build on). Large W Midlands village. Borough as a whole is quite run down but we're considered one of the more "upmarket" parts of it

We've just brought one in our area for £410k

850k - 950k+ : SW London

$1.8 mil Sydney

Between £230k and £260k for 3 full sized bedrooms. A bit more expensive in nicer, newer parts of town, but they're more likely to have a boxroom for the third bedroom.

We are just coming to sell our 3 bed semi and have been told it values at £350k, I’m really surprised at the rise as when we put it on the market last year it was £290k.
