that red has been photoshopped in, it was literally all grey. I wouldn't even consider looking at that house, energy is so off.

Oh wow! I live in the village next door to this (Dorridge). This house is awful. I’ve driven past it a few times and I’ll be surprised if it ever sells

It's just been dressed for sale by somebody who has zero taste then photoshopped to accent the red.

£3mio in Solihull? I've only been to the NEC and didn't think it was a very nice area....

Agents photoshop red accents into photos because it draws in the eye and attracts buyers to photographs. Normally it is not done this heavy handed

If it is CG furniture, the EA has paid attention to detail because if you zoom in you can see a sofa through the window in one of the garden pics.

The furniture is real guys this video just sprung up on my YouTube. Reading the comments it’s been on sale since 2018! Started at a cool £3.5mill those who have commented local to the area have said a beautiful house was demolished to build it. That’s why on street view it looks so out of place!

To be fair, I do think it presents a lot better via the walk through. The owner/builder has obviously put a lot of care and attention to detail into building it and apparently they do live there, which surprised me.

It’s obviously a marmite house, but someone will buy it and put their own stamp on it eventually. Personally I hate the red, but for the most part you could easily be rid of it, except for the bizarre 80’s grid pattern front door, which would be a pain to replace.

I still think it’s wrong for the location, massively overpriced for the road it’s on and opened the door for similarly inappropriate developments along there though.
