It looks like a nice little house, presume it was built in an alley way? Extorinate but thats London🤷‍♀️

RandomWordGenerator · 17/09/2021 22:30

Scope to extend Grin

Smartiepants79 · 17/09/2021 22:31

Well it’s very beautifully done up and presented.
I don’t know the area but presume it’s priced right for a 2 bed property in the area.
I like it a lot actually but it’s the same price as a 6 bed detached where we live!

Agadorsparticus · 17/09/2021 22:32

😮. Wow that's ridiculous. It would cost £120k here and £650k gets you a big 5 bed detached.

@Notonmywitch Squeezed in with a shoehorn - maybe the walls are made of rubber Grin

Grin I like the —shed— extension

HerRoyalNotness · 17/09/2021 22:35

Nuts. Should not have been allowed to be built.

FindingMeno · 17/09/2021 22:35

It's ok, but no I'd never pay that even if I could.

AllTheUsernamesAreAlreadyTaken · 17/09/2021 22:36

My first thought was “that’s London” but then I looked at what else is up in that area for a similar price and I now think it’s a bit overpriced

Joystir59 · 17/09/2021 22:37

I love it

Joystir59 · 17/09/2021 22:38

Wasn't it on Grand Designs?

CassandraTrotter · 17/09/2021 22:38

I saw something like this on grand designs once. Maybe even this one Grin

How is the garden so wide?

Joystir59 · 17/09/2021 22:40

I think the price is ok considering it has the annexe

20questions · 17/09/2021 22:41

@Notonmywitch I know! Half the house is in the garden Daffodil

EastWestWhosBest · 17/09/2021 22:42

It’s a sweet little house but the price is madness.

NoSquirrels · 17/09/2021 22:42

It’s cute!

Pallisers · 17/09/2021 22:44

I think it is shit!

Minniem2020 · 17/09/2021 22:53

The prices in London always astonish me, but no, I don't like it.

Antinerak · 17/09/2021 23:03

I like the house- it would be ideal for a first home or even airbnb but not for that price!

BecauseMyRingBurnsSheila · 17/09/2021 23:18

My garage conversation is 2.3m wide and honestly it's not wide enough for a living room. So not wide enough for a whole house for sure.

Sagaz · 17/09/2021 23:31

No it's just too small. Is the garden somehow wider than the house?

sst1234 · 17/09/2021 23:34

It’s like when a thin person is wedged in with their arms on their lap by two larger people sat either side of them on a plane or a waiting area.

The rooms are far too narrow.

ArblemarchTFruitbat · 17/09/2021 23:38

Well, I live up north so there's no way I could afford a house in London, but it's nicely decorated.

DontCallMeBaby · 17/09/2021 23:39

“Stone's Throw Away From Magnificent Transport Links” Magnificent! Estate agents are a breed apart.

I think it’s really cute, but the price is batshit.
