All I can think is the builders deserved a medal. 😆 I'd hate it, but maybe it's normal for London. 🤷‍♀️ Not very helpful am i. I only clicked to be nosy and then got full of admiration for the builders so blurted it out. 😂

I hate the idea of not having a toilet on the same floor as the bedrooms so for me it would be a no. Also its way out if my price league apart from in my head!

It is really cute, but it looks like a dolls house. I would love to own it but could never afford to buy it and don't think I could live in it for long.

I live it twickenham. To me it's a bit overpriced for the area. You can always make a offer though if you like the house. I find it a bit odd looking from the street, but nice inside.

With such a small house, I just can't understand the logic of two kitchens.

Looking on Streetview
Across the road (narrow with minimal parking and double yellow lines) is the gates to the Infants/Junior ( Infants Outstanding/Junior Req Improvements according to RM)

Is there space on the drive for a SmartCar?

Could you actually get into your own road?

Could work for a childmiinder is they do wrap around care at that school. Use The Shed as a play/homework area

I like it!

If I were single and retiring (& this was my budget of course), I could imagine myself somewhere just like this.

Off street parking is a massive bonus, a spare room to use as a study plus the garden shed/room for guests. wouldn't expect much noise coming through the walls since they're not actually adjoined. Manageable size, easy to keep clean and maintain, a lovely garden and walking distance from great shops, restaurants, train to town.

I love it!

Fugly exterior! No I wouldn't even view it if I had that budget and wanted that area.

@Droite

“ That's definitely Estate Agent exaggeration. It's around 15 minutes' walk to the station, so rather more than a stone's throw, and the station isn't on the underground.”

That’s even more annoying than the ‘Magnificient’ hyperbole then! When we last sold the estate agent wouldn’t put ‘walking distance of local shop’ because ‘walking distance’ is subjective, and what if someone can’t walk? It was about 300m, and I’m pretty sure people who use wheelchairs and mobility scooters still have a pretty good idea of what ‘walking distance’ means …
