The house itself is nice I think, a boring but big garden, good basic outline - but the décor..........attack of the 'shove flowery wallpaper up and that will be interesting' combined with THE BIG LETTERS everywhere, a very disappointing kitchen and even some twigs and shit randomly in a vase.

Weird that painting everything magnolia and removing the owners belongings would actually make this a more interesting house!

It's not my style but it's pretty inoffensive when you ignore the matching wallpaper and bed linin

There is something wrong with the outside shots. The weather in the sky, and the light, is summer, but the house and pavements are Autumn/winter. I can't work it out, have they photoshopped it?

I like it. The basics are good. Just needs re decorating-and a new kitchen!

Really? I don't think it's any more or less boring than most houses. Boring Is a strange word to use. It's a bit cheap looking though

York isn't cheap, but 550k for a 4 bed where it is seem steep.

I've seen way worse than that for unimaginative houses. Not my taste but pretty easy to fix quite a lot of it.

I always wonder if the owners' of these linked houses ever see their homes up on a forum like this?

It's not boring, just a bit garish. Nothing that a few cans of cream and grey paint wouldn't fix !

There's nothing wrong with the house itself that a lick of paint, and change of wallpaper won't do.

I was expecting the entire house to be beige. I don't see what's boring about it. Obviously it's not going to be to everyones taste. What a strange post.

I would say cliched rather than boring. And will date is already dated very rapidly.

Otherwise I would say lovely house, disappointing garden. Who needs a double garage plus space for 2 cars on the drive?

The sky is definitely photoshopped. Look at the clouds in pictures 3 & 11. Different aspects, identical clouds!
