Anyone nervous for primary school admission results?

State primary admission results are.out this week. We have to wait for a letter, how retro, as we did a paper application for a deferred Reception start (DD is 5 in July, some minor additional needs). Really really hope we get a place at the friendly local school a 5 minute walk away! Anyone else waiting and want to chew their nails with me?

Essex was very slow for me but loaded eventually. First choice for us, fingers will be tightly crossed that everyone else gets the school they want.

Ahh! Ours looks similar to that screenshot, but still just says 'application submitted' in the green bubble.

Hexagonal Our school is also an infant's only, and there is a lot of competition for the "good" junior school so I will be doing this again in 3 years.

Our system won't email instantly -seems to do it in batches over the small hours - but it's viewable on the system from midnight on the dot.

That's one through my big gamble of moving them to an out of catchment infant school and hoping juniors worked out thankfully. Same time next year for the other child and then at least secondary we live so close to that something crazy would need to go on for it not to be a certainty!
