Medical abortion fear

I took my first tablet yesterday and due to take my next lot tomorrow. I’m so scared, I’ve read so many posts and terrified myself into their being issues or it not working.
im 5 weeks. I’m a nurse so I feel like I’m very aware of the medical side and what can go wrong :(

I am 6+1 wks and booked in for my initial consultation on Wednesday 28th. I have been incredibly anxious so just desperate to get to the end of this process. One thing that is making me really nervous is whether they can deny me an abortion. Can anyone tell me the type of thing they talk about on the medical questionnaire to determine if you can have the tablets at home? I am irrationally terrified that they will find a reason not to let me have them or will refuse me an abortion. I'm generally healthy but this process has meant that I have had to seek GP assistance to manage anxiety (triggered by my previous PPA/D. I am 100% sure that this is the best decision. Any help would be much appreciated.

So long as you know the date of your last period properly they're not concerned. I don't think they would deny you the abortion. The questions were fairly normal as far as I remember @Anonymous298 please don't worry

I’m about to start my pills tomorrow and I’m so so nervous. Reading this thread has helped settle my anxieties a bit. I’ve got really bad health anxiety and I’m so scared of what the pills are gonna make me feel like!
any advice?

Hiya, first time having a medical abortion with Bpas and I’m literally petrified, my pills have arrived it was all very quick but I’m struggling to take the first tablet as I’ve heard so much about side effects and I can’t cope with feeling sick even though I already have it 😭😭can anyone help put me at ease xx

The first pill was fine. The pessary tablets were more painful than expected. Just make sure you have cocodamol and ibuprofen and take them regularly during the second phase along with a hot water bottle. I started the second stage at approx 9pm at night and was done by 3am. Don’t be scared. Xx
