Lordy Lord have just read my post and I sound like a right melodramatic / depressive little cow!!!

Am honestly fine - think its just nice to get my thoughts out once in a while...

Go for it Munz! hope you have a good night

Nemo agree with Munz, .com it if you can!

J&BM how's things, any signs yet?

Hi to everyone else, Cadmum, is your dh home this weekend? have a good one all

Cadmum · 23/09/2005 13:32

Hello,

Sorry for being absent... I am finding this all rather insane with no DH and 3 children by myself 24/7. I am also trying not to be stressed about having another miscarriage.

DH is not home this week-end because I asked him to be home next Friday in case things go pear-shaped at my next appt. There are two functions this week-end that I was longing to attend but I can?t find anyone to stay with the kids so I will have to pass on both. Shoudn?t waste much time feeling disappointed since I honestly can?t remember the last time I was out without the kids but somehow having the invitations without the option to go is making me blue.

I need to get a life.

Hope you are all well.

Rom: Are you feeling any less sick yet?

Munz: Good luck with your seduction plan. Wish I could relate on any level... My DH is lucky to be so far away.

Cadmum · 23/09/2005 13:34

Hi Friz!

Nemo: I fully agree that your shopping days are over! I can barely manage at this stage and I don?t have the SPD to deal with. Sit down and relax, will ya?!?

munz · 23/09/2005 13:35

hay caddie - could you possibly meet a friend next week for a cuppa and leave the children with DH for an hour or so just to get u out and child free? whens ur next apt? - how r u feeling so far?

Nemo1977 · 23/09/2005 13:36

aww cadmum hugs to you hun..are you still finding babe with doppler? hope your hunnby comes home soon.

Not a lot going on here..took ds to toddlers and he actually cheered due to the lack of going out this week, pmsl. He is now up in his room playing[i hope] although whatever he is doing sounds rather noisy..lol

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 23/09/2005 13:47

God im knackered!!!

Took Jess to toddlers this morning and wish i hadnt!!! She loved it, but the walk there, then joining in the hokey cokey and the walk back has done me in!

Jess would usually sleep for 2-3 hours when we get home and she lasted 1 measly hour today so i couldnt even get a decent sleep!

On top of that DH was discussing baby names at 12.45am!!! WHY? We have set a girls name in stone, but im going of our boy choice.....

dyzzidi · 23/09/2005 13:54

God I wish I could crawl into a hole today!

The big Wedding party is tomorrow and people are actually ringing me to say oh could you book me a hotel!!! I have been ling to everyone much to my boss's amusement that I am just in a meeting at present could the ring Travel lodge. Why do people want to make things so bloody difficult.

DP was going to help me tidy the house tonight but two of his uncels have turned up a day early and want us to go out tonight. I have told DP he can go and i will pick him up later when I have done the 5 thousand jobs he should have done yesterday.

Oh never again will I have a party and if one more person asks when the christening is going to be I will swing for them.

Sorry Ladies I am having such a crap day i really shouldn't unload on you. I will be back in a better mood on Monday!

romilly · 23/09/2005 14:51

hi girls. havent had nearly enough time to keep up with you all this week and same goes for today sadly (very demanding boss on my back, not literally of course !!)

just wanted to say i hope you are all doing well - nemo, i hope you are taking it easy - cadmum, thinking of you for next appt., is it next friday then?

bella - i have every faith in you girl, i really feel for you that it is taking a little longer - but you have been pregnant before so it can and will happen again. keep strong hun. keep up the temping, and the acupuncture, please try the grapefruit juice even though you hate it!!! i am convinced that helped my CM to be at its best.

munz - i have not found debbsys thread yet, please feel free to give her my email address if i can help at all. i dont get much time for other threads on here, hence why i havent even joined the march due yet one yet.

munz · 23/09/2005 14:54

rom here's the thread, unfortunatly her AF turned up yesterday - was looking really positive as well.

debs

romilly · 23/09/2005 16:56

oh munz - what a shame, really sorry to hear that i will try and catch up with the thread over the weekend.

Frizbe · 23/09/2005 17:12

Oh what a bummer for her Munz, I've just popped her a little note.....

Oh Cadmum, bummer for you as well too much of kids can really get you down.....agree with Munz's idea for later in the week if I was nearer I'd babysit for you!

Dyzzidi, argh! the nerve of some people, as if you've not got enough on your plate, and grr at dh for not doing his tasks yesterday......really hope you have a good party tomorrow night, and you don't feel too rushed off your feet meeting and greating everyone! are you going to wear your dress again? I didn't and apparently really upset an Auntie who didn't come to the actual thing - my response was a rather harsh, well you were invited to the wedding! (and boy could she have afforded to go!)

JNBM keep working yourself hard, you never know this could be your weekend! (these things have a habit of happening, when your knackered!)

Out of interest, when I had dd, I went off my food just before hand (and I never go off my food!) has anyone else on their 2nd etc had this happen to them?

Nemo1977 · 23/09/2005 17:39

afternoon all
hope you are all ok
Dyzz hope you have a locley party and pmsl at telling everyone your in a meeting...good for you..lazy so n sos

frizbe i didnt go off food but then again I also had to be induced..lol

Jabm hope things get going for you soon..is the house all sorted?

Havent done a lot today apart from toddlers this morning then went to bed for 2 hrs this afternoon when adam went for his nap.
Will put aload of washing in when he has his tea and do dishwasher but thats it for me today.

OP posts:
jessicaandbumpsmummy · 23/09/2005 17:47

lots of pains low down but not what i could call contractions!

Jess had time out in her cot for 15 minutes this afternoon because i just couldnt cope with her naughtyness any longer! I feel like such a bad mum, but she came back downstairs so much happier - maybe it will work!

DH is home and cooking my tea..... all i want is a bath and my bed! Not going to be a late one tonight!

Nemo1977 · 23/09/2005 17:58

JABM i started using time out when adam was about 16mths old. I used a beanbag in the hall..some people said he was too young but to be honest it provided me with sanity and always came back in a better mood. Now I rarely have to use timeout and he is 2 next month.

OP posts:
jessicaandbumpsmummy · 23/09/2005 18:13

thanks nemo - i dont feel so bad now!

Frizbe · 23/09/2005 18:54

oooh low down pains, your in the last week I reckon
We also used time out on dd from about 15mths and it works a treat with her, now we mainly only have to threaten and she stops what she's about to do!

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 23/09/2005 19:00

i hope you're right friz.... either that or this is just the beginning of a LONG 4 weeks!!!
