Just quickly dropping in to say hello to everyone and to check in! Not sure what I have been doing over the past few weeks, but hope all of you are well, happy and healthy.

Am 30 weeks today - how scary is that? So only 2 months or so to go!

Congrats cadmum on your scan.

Hope everyone has a lovely bank holiday weekend.

romilly · 27/08/2005 12:53

hi there yingers - 30 weeks, how wonderful - you were the first of all of us to get a BFP so i guess that should not be a surprise how are you feeling?

i'm a little bit disappointed that at 12+1 i am clearly not going to be one of those whose sickness stops at 12 weeks. typical. still, am busy thinking about my scan on tuesday so the puking is taking a backseat on the worries front!

Cadmum · 27/08/2005 13:06

Morning Romilly, I am also still feeling horrible. It figures... Hope it doesn't last too much longer for either of us.

WOW to the 30 weeks Yingers! Glad you are still well. Thanks for the congrats.

I am off to a friend's cottage for the rest of the week-end (not a bank holiday here though). Can't wait for our children to have other children to run around with. I need to rest.

Back on Monday. Take care of yourselves.

yingers74 · 31/08/2005 09:10

Rom - know how you feel, did not stop feeling sick until about 5 months gone! Wirh my first, I was sick until about 7 months!!!

Jess - wow, 32 weeks, you must be very excited? I have still not got round to getting the new room sorted for this one or getiing all the stuff we lent out to friends back.

no ideas about names although we know it is a girl so that shortens the choice somewhat, we are thinkibg maybe abigail, isabella/e, kirsten, kiera, saffron, hannah etc etc LOL!!!!

munz · 31/08/2005 11:59

been for scan!

but due date's now 3/3/06 not 11th can it really change that much when i'm certain of when I bled and when I OV'ed? apparently by the head i'm 13+3 so 14 weks on sunday.

george32 · 31/08/2005 11:59

Hi all,
I'm back from sunny cornwall, stuffed to the eyeballs with fudge!
Rom, I'm so pleased to hear about your scan. Well done for hitting 12 weeks - it's really happening now you know!!
Munz, hope all is OK with your scan today too.
Cadmum, congrats on your 12 weeks too and your scan. It's lovely to see everyone doing so well.

On the names front, love the name Rebecca but DP won't have it at all. We are on Poppy, Joe, Jake, and Ben was a contender until I started humming Ben by Michael Jackson - it had to go!!

george32 · 31/08/2005 12:00

Congratulations Munzie
It's a great way to help you pregnancy along getting a new due date!

munz · 31/08/2005 12:02

munzie - yayyyyyy FAB NEWS about your scan. i've been dying to get on here but my midwife only just left. you are now a week ahead of me, you lucky thing! have you sent me a piccie????????

george - hi! how was St. Ives?? did you have a lovely time? shame you are not still there, the weather is gorgeous now.

yingers - oh noooooo, dont tell me 7 months of being sick! - i cant bear it

cadmum - how are you feeling now hon? i hope not as rough as i do, lol

nemo - you have got me going on the names now, i seem to wake up at about 6am and start mulling through all the possibilities, only to have mr. rom scoff at them all over breakfast

well, my midwife was v. sweet but didnt do any doppler business, which i was a bit disappointed about! she did say i was "showing" a lot! well, i have to tell the boss at work tomorrow so wish me luck (that he will be overjoyed for me and offer me 6 months fully-paid maternity leave, .... )

Lottielou · 31/08/2005 12:24

Hey Ladies, Not sure if you remember me?
But you ladies were the first that welcommed me to MN when i was toying with the idea of trying for a baby but then found out that I was but the lost it. I am still frantically trying and praying that it will soon be my turn. I just wanted to say that i wish you all the best and i hope that i can soon be on the antenatal threads myself.
Love to All x x
