My scan all went well too. Very wriggly baby, moving all over the place and kept opening mouth. DP worried it will take after me & never shut up now!!
Truely wonderful day. I'd reached a point of mild hysteria earlier and to have good news is just incredible.
Nemo, how typical is that, we were the reverse of you, our babies legs were all over the shop, absolutely no shame. We chose not to be told though so it will be a lovely surprise in Dec.

Cadmum, I hope everything is fine for you too. I hope you have a busy morning so the time doesn't drag by. {{{{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}

romilly · 09/08/2005 13:01

george - more great news - i am thrilled for you - it all sounds so exciting, seeing the not-so-little beanies at that stage. really really delighted for you and nemo today

now just praying cadmum's scan has gone well too

oh by the way, total thickie question coming up - there is nothing wrong with eating greek yoghurt is there? its all i can face at the moment...

munz · 09/08/2005 13:19

lol@george and nemo, glad your scans went well girls,

lets keep fingers crossed for cadmum now.

rom - not sure about greek yoghurt but normal yoghurts ok.

yingers74 · 09/08/2005 13:31

nemo and george, glad your scans went well and beanies are safe and well. Nothing like a scan to put your mind at rest and make it all that bit more real!

Rom - i think all yoghurts are ok, am not totally sure though but i did have some myself during this preg.

george32 · 09/08/2005 13:55

Thanks everyone.
Rom, I hope you can eat greek yoghurt as I've had quite a bit so far!

I've also eated goats cheese - don't tell anyone!

dramaqueen72 · 09/08/2005 14:51

greek yoghurt is fine BTW. and george, goats cheese? if you can buy the welsh or english varieties, they are 100% safe and fine. otherwise youre supposed to keep it to a minimum....i cant bear to be without mine so am stocked up on tescos welsh one!

dramaqueen72 · 09/08/2005 14:52

and cadmum, will try and get on here tonight to see how you went. GOOD LUCK!!!

george32 · 09/08/2005 16:33

Oh, all these rules, they are so hard!!!

munz · 09/08/2005 16:41

he he he I know I was 'suppose' to be cutting back on chocolate cos of caffeine - yeah right like that's gonna happen! the hardest one i'm finding is eggs esp soft boiled with soldiers, and cheese/spring onion sandwich filling cos I adore that but it's got mayo in it, ooh and coldslaw would be nice but again has mayo in it.

george32 · 09/08/2005 16:44

What?????
Cut back on chocolate because of caffeine? Never!

And coleslaw?

How on earth have I got this far?

george32 · 09/08/2005 16:45

Munz, my DP managed to put me off boiled eggs at about 10 weeks quite simply by mentioning they come out of a chickens bum. Haven't been able to eat one since!

munz · 09/08/2005 16:52

uurrrggghh dear god i'd kill my DH if he told me that! lol.

i've been eating pretty healthily except last weeks fried burger king (twice!) lol. was nice thou!

now fried foods making me feel sick thou!

friz is the chco person to ask for caffeene! (sp) now onto haribows!
