Just had a tentative early bfp which would make me due Feb 2027. Super scary as we have a not quite 9 month old…fingers crossed it’s sticky.

Anyone else?

@Itsabeautcongrats. I think I’m 5 weeks tomorrow so we’re close. I have 3yr old DD and been trying for 18 months. Fingers crossed we all get a little luck. Symptom wise may come and go. Bit of nausea here and there, fatigue but it’s also hot weather so it’s hard to really tell

Hi all, tentatively joining here, took a clearblue test this week and 3+. I reckon I'm actually 5 weeks today, put off testing for a while! All being well Due end of Feb. Tentative because I have no symptoms, had a miscarriage at 7 weeks back in April and also no symptoms then either. Wishing everyone luck for sticky beans this time🤞

Edited

Congrats @Itsabeaut .

We're quite similar.
Im about 5 weeks 3 days today. I also had a miscarriage back in April at 8 weeks (was measuring 6).

Ive had a bit of cramping today (trying not to freak out) but no other symptoms really.
Hoping for a sticky pregnancy for you. 🙂

Hi guys! If any of you use discord (it’s a chat app like Slack) there’s a Feb 2027 baby bumpers group here https://discord.gg/4wAFBNcY7 It’s a really welcoming group and will become a close little online community in time.

Congrats to you too! You're right we do sound similar. I've had some cramps at night for some reason but fine in the daytime. Good luck for the next few weeks!

Ahh we have close dates. I have a 2.5 year old DS, been trying for nearly a year. Hot weather makes me tired anyway but I do feel more tired than usual. Wishing you the best!

Anyone else really struggle with the first trimester anxiety?
I have a scan next Tuesday and just wishing the days away to know all is OK.

I was like this in my last pregnancy too.
Lot's of friends have had losses around me recently so I think it's made anxiety worse.

Springcloud26 · 29/06/2026 09:53

@BananaMilkshake77 yes, I’m around 6+4 based on ovulation and other than constant bloating I don’t really have any other symptoms which is causing me anxiety. It also feels so long since I got my BFP only 2 weeks ago! I’m having a private scan tomorrow because I couldn’t wait another 6 weeks to have any information! It’s my first.

HettyMeg · 29/06/2026 10:06

@Springcloud26 @BananaMilkshake77 I felt more anxious the first time round. The anxiety is so normal, I think it's the main reason people go for the early scans. Also a lot of the time, anxiety is heightened because you can't or don't want to talk to family and friends about it yet. We aren't telling anyone until post 12 week scan.

Where I'm feeling anxiety is things like I've forgotten what I'm supposed to be eating as I was last pregnant 5 years ago. Was out for pizza the other night and nearly ordered a goat's cheese one and then thought I better not. I'm also eating so many more snacks etc so not feeling the healthiest. I remember loving 2nd trimester last time so holding out for that!

SantiagoSister · 29/06/2026 10:12

Can absolutely sympathise with the anxiety, for me it lasts the whole pregnancy and it is so draining. I had sore boobs for a week after my positive test and they’ve now disappeared, it’s so hard not to worry that a loss of symptoms means somethings wrong. It is such a long wait to know if everything is ok until the 12 week scan.

BananaMilkshake77 · 29/06/2026 10:17

Luckily you have a formal scan (between 6-7 weeks) where I live to confirm pregnancy then 12 weeks again before your hospital referral.

I am also so bloated!!! But no other symptoms.
Similar to my last pregnancy though but that one had bleeding throughout from 4 weeks (and never knew why) .

Blighted ovum previous to that, needed D&C . I dread that happening again as it was awful.

lmw88 · 29/06/2026 10:46

For those getting early scans what is the earliest you are having one done? I’d love any early scan instead of waiting for 12wk but equally don’t want to have one too early and cause more anxiety if not much is seen. I’m currently 5+2

You wont be able to see a heartbeat that early, maybe 7-8 weeks?

Springcloud26 · 29/06/2026 11:12

@lmw88 @MF94 I’ll be 8 weeks tomorrow when I have mine based on LMP, but I know I ovulated late so expecting to only be around 6+5 - this has confused me quite a bit not knowing how far along I am!

Even if all okay, I’m not sure if I will see a heartbeat tomorrow? I will go in knowing it’s still early and will be enough for me to see it in the right place and tracking around the right dates.

I should be 9+1 based on LMP but ive had 2 NHS EPU scans now and 1 private in the middle and im currently measuring 8+2. I saw a heartbeat at 6+2 (adjusted) if that helps

Springcloud26 · 29/06/2026 12:05

@MF94 thank you, that’s reassuring!

BananaMilkshake77 · 29/06/2026 12:25

6 weeks is the earliest the dr advised me to go. But I am waiting closer to 7 as last time, I could see a strong heartbeat at this point @lmw88

lmw88 · 29/06/2026 21:39

Thanks all think I’ll try and wait 7-8 weeks then see how I feel. It’s such a weird stage in pregnancy, got a positive, not really telling anyone, getting the symptoms and just impatiently waiting for the weeks to pass

NoCheese2026 · 30/06/2026 09:38

The wait is so weird! I had my booking appointment and found it so strange they just took my word for it that I was actually pregnant. I've started telling a few friends but it's a strange limbo between being cautious and excited. The midwife schedule made it all feel a bit more real, but the first scan will feel like the watershed!

BananaMilkshake77 · 30/06/2026 11:44

I got my HCG levels back today , I had them done last week at 4 weeks + 6 (estimated) and came back 1910 which seems good!

Where I am they confirm via blood before your 6-7 week scan. Which I have next Tuesday and it can't come quick enough!

Did you not provide a urine sample?

Springcloud26 · 30/06/2026 12:50

Had my early scan today, measured around 6 weeks, which is slightly behind where I thought (6+5). Gestational sac and yolk sac visible but no fetal pole yet. Rescan in 10 days!

NoCheese2026 · 30/06/2026 13:13

anniehall12 · 30/06/2026 12:31

Yes but that just came back 'normal' with some results for red and white blood cell counts!

LGG29 · 01/07/2026 14:04

Hi all ,
hope you don’t mind if I jump on! Also due Feb 2027 (approximately the 13th I think). This will be my second and I was hoping I’d be less anxious this time, but this is not at all the case! I am constantly panicking when pregnancy symptoms come and go as I think they were more consistent last time. Have a scan booked next week at what I think will be 8 weeks 4 days and hoping if there’s a heartbeat I will feel better. It doesn’t help that my best friend had a missed miscarriage at this point a month ago! Wishing us all very sticky babies 🤞.

lmw88 · 02/07/2026 13:31

Anyone else just completely wiped. I’m so tired mixed with the on / off nausea. Can’t remember being this tired first time around. Caffeine withdrawal likely not helping

Absolutely, I feel so tired too. Ever since I found out I’m pregnant I’ve had quite broken/disturbed sleep too, which is unusual for me and definitely not helping with the tiredness!
