Hey!

I am 4 weeks 6 days today and wondering if anyone out there is of similar gestation or has similar due date to me! Feeling quite lonely in this pregnancy (last pregnancy my best friend was pregnant at the same time so we always had each other!) and just wondered if there was anyone else feeling the same and wanted to share experiences 😊

I’ve had mild symptoms come and go and got my dye stealer on cheapie yesterday at 21dpo 💖

Been panicking about miscarriage as I’m sure lots of people do, but feeling a little better since I got my dye stealer.

fingers crossed for a healthy 9 months ❤️

Hi @RozzieRoo , I'm 3 weeks pregnant and due date in mid of July.
I'm also a little stressed as this is my first pregnancy and have been trying for quite some time.
Good luck to you & happy, healthy 9 months to you.

MaltipooMama · 05/11/2024 14:18

Hey! I had an early scan today, I'm five weeks and going back in a fortnight to hear the heartbeat. I'm stressing so much as I'm 38 now so feel a constant fear of miscarriage and everything else so just hoping to god for a healthy pregnancy. My little boy is 11 months old so we're going to be having two under 2! I am just so excited, wishing you guys very healthy pregnancies ❤️

Friedseasalt · 05/11/2024 14:25

I'm 3 weeks 5 days if my calculations are correct which would give me a due date of 17 July. My lines are still faint hoping they keep getting darker! Congratulations to you all. ❤Feeling a bit crampy and my boobs are so sore.

Yay! Congratulations!🥳 my little girl has just turned 2 so I’m equally anticipating a little addition to the family ❤️ it’s such an anxiety ridden time isn’t it. How have you been feeling? I feel really different to my little girl, I was sick straight away with her, this one I am barely feeling any symptoms. Think I’m coming down with tonsillitis and reading lots of horror stories so got that one on the agenda to worry about for now! 😂 yes all the best ❤️

That’s amazing! Congratulations and welcome ❤️My lines have only just got dark enough for a dye stealer and I’m 5 weeks tomorrow, they seemed to take forever. That’s really good! Mine were ever so sore with my little girl, I’m not feeling much this time round so far ❤️

Hey girls! I’d love to get in on this! I’m due 8th July. My app says I’m 5w1d but I actually think I’m more like 4w5d because my ovulation was late this month!

Ive got no symptoms so far apart from brown spotting which I always get pre AF and I’ve had since 7dpo (waaaay before I tested positive!)

I spoke to my doctor today who was not too worried by it…given I always have spotting but he did book me in for an early scan on 15/11 at EPU

fingers crossed all okay!

Id love to get some more symptoms to make it feel more real… not even sore boobs yet!

MaltipooMama · 05/11/2024 22:48

@RozzieRoo awwww you're going to have two tiny ones as well! It's honestly such a scary prospect as our little one is really turning into a little toddler now so it feels daunting, but equally will be amazing to have them go through all their stages of life at such a similar time! I've had zero symptoms so far, I didn't get any with my first either so it always used to freak me out. Hopefully I'll be a bit more chilled about it this time haha! Oh I hope your tonsillitis clears up soon, that is absolutely not what you want right now!

is30tooyoungformidlifecrisis · 06/11/2024 05:23

@RozzieRoo this is so weird, I'm exactly as far along as you are and i have a little girl who just turned 2!! Am also super scared about losing it which didn't worry me so much the first time

@MaltipooMama can I ask about your early scan? How much was it and what info did it give you? I'm thinking about getting an early scan too

MaltipooMama · 06/11/2024 06:29

@is30tooyoungformidlifecrisis It was £49 for the reassurance scan, they estimated I am 4.5-5.5 weeks along and basically confirmed there was a pregnancy in the right place and that everything looks fine. Because I'm still a little early they've given me a free rescan for two weeks time so they can give me an estimated due date. I did the same for my first only I was just over six weeks when I first went, and hearing the heartbeat was the most amazing and reassuring thing ever!

Hey!! 🥰 welcome & congratulations!!🥳

if it helps I had brown cm with my little girl two years ago and she’s now a fiesty little 2yo 😊 although it started around 5 weeks but lasted for a good fortnight!

Me too.. although I can imagine we will all be regretting what we wish for in a few weeks time 😂😂

that’s amazing that your GP was so helpful 😊 I’ve got a scan next Friday which i was referred for months ago (to look for cysts) so hopefully I get a little peek, I’ll be 6w2d then ❤️ you’ll have to let me know how your scan goes!! I’m so excited for you!

I’m not sure if I’m posting this right by quoting people every time 🙈 😂

like you I keep feeling a bit daunted about it every now and again 🙈 I keep trying to tell myself we will adjust to our new normal like we did the first time ❤️

apparently hCG is lower in male pregancies (although I’d recommend you fact checking this 😂) so maybe that’s why we have less symptoms? I know with my little girl I felt horrendous by now!

MaltipooMama · 06/11/2024 06:55

@RozzieRoo omg yes that's exactly it, I get slight panics thinking oh god we're starting from scratch again 😂 but then I think how amazing it will be, it's just so exciting ❤️

Yes that's right I think! I had absolutely no symptoms with my boy and had an early gender blood test at 6 weeks which confirmed it, I'm probably going to end up doing the same thing this time again as I cannot wait to find out!

RozzieRoo · 06/11/2024 07:29

@is30tooyoungformidlifecrisis aww congratulations!! 🥳 🥰🥰 when was your little girls birthday? Happy belated birthday to her 💞

trying to distract myself as much as possible! How are you feeling? Xx

@MaltipooMama oh wow!! Didn’t know you could get one of those! 😲 where do you get those if you don’t mind me asking? How interesting!

I’m trying so hard not to get carried away with myself just yet but it’s all so exciting. Always the niggling fears in the back of your head aren’t there! It’s much better talking to everyone and realising that we aren’t all alone in our worries! X

Countrygirl300 · 06/11/2024 09:08

Thanks @RozzieRoo it’s so good to hear some people have the brown CM and no issues!

Im trying to keep away from mumsnet and googling about it (obviously not doing so well) as there’s too many negative stories - it really upset me yesterday but the doctor did make me feel a bit more positive!

I just really hope it’s all okay, can’t wait for the scan but it feels a lifetime away! I need to try and keep busy in the meantime!

This will be our first baby so I have no idea what to expect symptoms wise but at the moment I don’t feel any different, not really any more tired either!! You’re right we probably shouldn’t complain as some people feel so ill!!! Xxx

MaltipooMama · 06/11/2024 09:58

@RozzieRoo I didn't know about them either at first, and when I found out they existed I literally booked it for the next day 😂 we did it at a private scan place called Peek a Baby, they're a chain so depending on where you live you might have one nearby. I went there loads throughout my first pregnancy, we had a 4D scan there as well which was amazing, they filmed the baby moving and gave it to us on a USB stick as well as loads of 3D photos, it was amazing to be able to see his face and what he looked like so early!

Oh yeah it's absolutely painstaking trying not to get carried away and tell everyone, this outlet is really helping to keep the secret for now though! I'm so desperate to tell our families but we're going to wait to hear the heartbeat first!

MaltipooMama · 06/11/2024 10:02

@Countrygirl300 I'm feeling exactly the same as you, wishing I had some symptoms, literally ANYTHING to feel a bit of reassurance that everything is ok! If it's any consolation for you though, I didn't have any symptoms virtually throughout my whole pregnancy and had a healthy overdue baby, everyone always told me to just enjoy having no symptoms and I wish I'd have been able to but it's easier said than done!

RozzieRoo · 06/11/2024 10:10

@Countrygirl300 aw it can be really common! Obviously it’s best to get these things checked and it seems really alarming, I didn’t have any with my first but I did with my second and it was scary so I understand how you feel! I used to keep telling myself ‘it’s not over until it’s over’ and that used to help me snap out of the worry a bit ❤️

I think my lack of symptoms this time is actually what made me realise I was pregnant! Every pregnancy is certainly very different.

just realised both our scans are on the same day 🤞🏻❤️

Ah I don’t have any nearby but did do some googling and there is one that delivers to your door!! That’s mad!

we should be getting our 12 week scans around Christmas shouldn’t we 🙊🎅🏻👶🏼 that’s everyone’s present this year made easy 😂😂 are you going to see baby before 12 weeks? How are you feeling today? X

Hi everyone!
I am 4 weeks 3 days, my app is showing EDD 14/7 but I think I am less and I ovulated later. I've had a rocky start with some pink / brown discharge which did panic me along with quite a bit of cramping so I feel like I haven't let myself get excited yet. My tests are also not getting particularly dark... see pic- two days difference between the bottom two tests and no difference in darkness! But I think I ovulated later than expected so I could be anywhere between 12-16DPO! Is anyone else having similar?

4 weeks 6 days, due 9 July 2024.. anyone wanna join?

Hey @Babydreamer123 ! 🥰💖
I think yours look exactly like mine around 13/14dpo so makes sense! I’ve attached a pic of mine so you can see. Excuse the state of them 🙈
yours look like they’re progressing wonderfully, the last one is definitely darker. Early days I think the progression is harder to see ❤️ had some pinky brown cm with my little girl and it lasted a good 2 weeks and everything was great 😊 I completely understand the anxiety, big hugs ❤️ how are you feeling?

@RozzieRoo thank you so much that's really reassuring! Your tests are so dark now. I didn't have spotting with my daughter so it has panicked me, every time I get a cramp I expect to see period blood when I go to the toilet. I'm hoping I just ovulated later hence the lighter tests. If I am 16dpo my lines definitely feel too light :(

CadoAvo · 06/11/2024 18:14

Hi, can I join? Currently 5+1 with a due date of 8th July as per LMP 🥰

Friedseasalt · 06/11/2024 19:06

I'm having bad cramps tonight 😫Trying to re assure myself that's normal and no bleeding/discharge so hopefully okay 😩Am I right in saying you can't take ibuprofen?! Been nearly 5 years since I was pregnant.
