@HRP1990 I've only just started with my partner. We are really rubbish at it 🤣🤣🤣. It it's fun!

@Xur really interested in your exercise programme when you get there! I think I'm going to just carry on as normal for now but with a bit lighter weights. Being strong through this is really important I think. I haven't done much yoga/pilates in recent months which is something I kept managing to get back into which I'm going to have to find some time at some point too.

Also that sounds like quite a journey for you too and I can see why you were surprised when it all worked out! I genuinely believe that if I hadn't have had the IVF stimulation then I wouldn't have had the right hormones to conceive naturally, as I'm older (36). Wondering what I'm going to do with my two Frosties!! That's great you were already being seen and have had scans, very reassuring.

@MrsB2019x I don't think I've had any yet, apart from the wave of anxiety when I remember I'm pregnant 🤣 hope it settles for you.

@MrsB2019x i had to tell my boss - luckily he is a close friend of mine aswell so wasn’t so bad. I WFH full time (with the odd f2f meeting or training to run) but even with that I have struggled to concentrate and he always notices when I’m acting “off” 🤣

@californiacooper you are not old, I am just 3 years younger than you.
We are not old until we are dripping sand 😂

@MrsB2019x I haven't got nausea yet I think I got it around 5/6 weeks last time and I remember ready salted crisps and lemon and ginger tea being my best friend! As soon as I as wasn't eating or drinking either of those I felt
Awful! I feel for you as it's so hard to hide it at work x

Thanks @hol92 , I have a multipack of ready salted hula hoops that I was making my way through yesterday 😂 I have completely gone off sweet stuff so I’ve made sure I have a stash of salty snacks!

Had a scan today and measuring behind. We saw a gestational sac, a yolk sac and a maybe embryo. No heartbeat so I have a repeat ultrasound next Wednesday.

@emmatcc1 I hope next scan is going to show all, I’ve crossed my fingers and toes for you!

good luck with the scan! I was so nervous before my first scan I couldn’t think of anything else the day before(spent all day in bed) and same on the day of the scan because it was on the afternoon! At 1600 😂

@emmatcc1 im sorry you're going through that. Being in limbo is awful. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you x

@emmatcc1 hope you're okay. It's so disappointing when you're told they can't see the heartbeat yet but there is a pregnancy there. Hold on to that and hopefully next week that little heartbeat will be there and all is perfectly fine 🤞🏼 xx

@emmatcc1 sorry that you're in a bit of limbo at the moment. I'm sure all is fine and you'll see a lovely strong heartbeat next week. how far back were your dates pushed?

Not my ultrasound but this is what we saw. They also did the color doppler which showed blood flowing to what could be a baby. Fingers crossed everything will be fine.

@emmatcc1 I think you have to take that as a positive and just try not to worry too much (which is easier said than done I know!) I have everything crossed for you xx

@emmatcc1 Like @VT6 said, take it as a positive if you can. You saw the pregnancy and it was in the right place which is still great news! 🤞🏻

@emmatcc1 did they tell you how big the sac is? The gestational sac.

@siobhanmt247 how are you today? Light bleeding/spotting is very common In early pregnancy so I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.

These early weeks really are the worst in terms of worry and anxiety aren't they?! I don't have any symptoms at all now at 5w which is playing on my mind, but trying to remember that it's still very early and I didn't have any when I was pregnant with my DD either. Doesn't stop me googling myself into a tizzy though.

Morning! Just back from my scan. All in the right place and saw a heartbeat ❤️

She said I'm measuring 6+3, I thought I was 7 weeks but dates make sense as I ovulated a few days late, plus I know it's super early for accurate dating. So relieved!!!! Thanks all for your reassurance!

I’ve just booked my early scan for beginning of Feb, I should be 8 weeks exactly. I didn’t want to book anything before that as I didn’t make it to 8 weeks last time.
everything is freaking me out this week! I can’t concentrate on work. I’m emotional mess most of the time!
I’ve got my booking in appointment on Monday - didn’t make that last time either so I’m so anxious and this week is dragging!

@HolyMoly24 yeah I think I heard it can happen after exercise. Nothing more yet so fingers crossed but my bbt dropped below baseline yesterday. If it doesn't go up tomorrow I think I'll call epau
