I am a bit concerned this morning, I went to bed at 8pm with an awful headache, which has kept me awake at different points in the night. Still here this morning, then I've woken up and been sick. Protien detected in my last urine sample.

Typical it's my last day in work today, don't really feel like I can call in sick.

@Luhou bless you, I understand how you're feeling, it's horrible not feeling well but knowing it's the last day, you need to make the right choice for you, if you're not good, work isn't the best place to be.

@lucya66 I've been the same with the sweats! Had them on/off for two weeks now, never read it's a labour symptom but anything could be at this stage I suppose 😂

Cannot wait to set my OOO at 5pm! Although boss has tasked me with writing something humerous for it, and my creative brain is completely fried.

How long are your babies active on a night ? I am seriously questioning this little one. Nearly 2 hours last night and it’s everywhere from low down to in my ribs, to the middle and sides. I feel limbs, I get braxton hicks in between too. She’s been head down but now I’m questioning if she’s back to back because I shouldn’t be feeling all of that surely ? Definitely no room for her now so praying I get a date tomorrow for an eviction notice 🤣

I’ve been running to the toilet all morning with an upset tummy and not being sick but stomach acid rising up into my mouth for me to spit out.

this is exactly what happened about 3-4 days before I had my DD 👀

@buckingmad I've had diarrhoea this morning and nausea! But I'm not even 37 weeks until sat so I'm assuming this is just third trimester nonsense

Also waking up with numb legs in the night when I don't turn over enough it's so uncomfy! You'd think I'd wake up and move! My legs literally have huge sheet lines where I've been lying that take hours to go away and my hips are aching!

@Luhou you could go for something about Christmas holidays lasting longer than everyone else's and don't expect a reply until xxxx date?

Midwife is happy with babies position, head is in my pelvis, not deep and she could wiggle it. He's been served his eviction notice (well I've told him) I want him out before Sunday.

Growth scan this afternoon, so we'll see what they say. I'm guessing it'll either be organise an induction for next week or just watch and wait.

I’ve also been having leg pain. It’s mostly when I wake up in the night as if I’ve been in the same position for too long but the last couple of days my thighs feel like I’ve overdone it on a workout when I’m walking. It was really uncomfortable to sit on my birth ball last night so I only managed a couple of minutes.

I was just reading about the junior doctors strikes after being in for my blood pressure check. The midwives had a phone call while I was there to let them know where to direct any urgent cases whilst the strikes are on. Hopefully it won’t have too much of an impact on those of us waiting for c sections and inductions. They said not to expect the induction to happen on the date I’ve been given anyway but I imagine there might be a backlog to get through now as well. I’m not too worried as part of me thinks it’s probably best just to let baby come when they’re ready unless there’s an urgent medical need.

I'm also struggling with an upset tummy, acid reflux and leg/hip pains, especially at night. Lower back is starting to really hurt and also feeling a lot of pain in my inner thighs when I walk so think baby is down and ready. Hopefully holds on for another couple of weeks (but also ready to not be pregnant any more 😂). It's tough knowing I could have another 4-5 weeks of this too 🫠 already feel like there's no room and my bones will snap!
