Joining you all after getting a BFP yesterday. I’m a bit anxious because I was testing negative until CD38 but had two strong positives yesterday. I have 2 children already (aged 9 and 7) but it seems like a lifetime ago since I was last pregnant.

Congratulations to everyone here. The nausea has already kicked in for me.

I'm so sorry to hear about all the losses for us July ladies. It seems the majority have experienced this. Hoping for a lot of rainbow babies!

Congrats on all the new positive tests! How's everyone feeling?

I referred myself yesterday after saying to myself I was going to wait but it turns out the earlier the better. The birth centre said refer now for before Christmas scans. Just thought I would pass the info ❤️

I'm crampy today, I've been like this on and off, making me super anxious 😣

@Savvy21 congrats on your positive I recognise your name too I've been lurking about these threads for a long time now 🙄 one of these days a baby will bloody stick! I was horrified last time I went to the EPU and I didn't even have to give them my name they just knew who I was I was like omg how has it got to this point 😳

I had a couple of days where I felt a little sick but that seems to have gone now I'm sure it will return. I actually feel really normal apart from some backache in the afternoons 🤷🏼‍♀️

Update after my visit to EPU last night.

I've been getting pains and they're concerned I could be having another Ectopic even though my HCG was normal. They've taken another blood test and I'm waiting now for their call any minute with the results and a booking for an emergency scan. They also found out I had a UTI so I'm praying that's where all the pain is coming from 🥺🥺 waiting for the call this morning is the worst 😰

@pinkmarshmalloww oh lovely I've got everything crossed for you that's it's all good and it's just the uti they can be painful! It's a good step that your hcg is doing what it should let's hope the next test more than doubles 🤞🏼 keep us posted ❤️

Are you all monitoring line progression? My line is much fainter this morning than it was last night. The anxiety is getting to me. I’m getting hcg test on monday

@Bonster37 I've only done 4 tests because that's all I had in the house and I'll be blood test monitored at the EPU anyway. Try sticking to one time a day for line progression ie always first urine or second urine there are so many factors that can affect it throughout the day and some people find FMU isn't always great for them.

I'm testing for line progression, only got a positive yesterday so only second test this morning. Looked the same colour as yesterday, hoping for darker tomorrow.

My tests are lighter than they were at 15dpo last time but I'm trying to remind myself that implantation can happen from 6-12dpo so hopefully I just implanted a couple of days later this time... I really, really hope that's the case

@pinkmarshmalloww hope its just a UTI sounds very stressful for you.

@Bonster37 I'm not testing line progression, it doesn't stop you having a miscarriage, and really doesn't tell you you are having one. It caused so much anxiety and stress when I did it in my last pregnancy which just made the whole experience worse (sadly it did end in a miscarriage) and incidently I was still getting positive tests for a week after I lost my baby.

I’m going to stop testing now and just wait for blood results on Monday. The anxiety is just not worth it. The bottom is todays 16dpo/17dpo so just thought it would be darker

Unfortunately guys I'm miscarrying again my 2nd in a row 😔 I'm OK though going to book a private fertility appointment for some tests and hopefully get progesterone prescribed for next time. @Bonster37 where did you get your blood tests done? They paint a much better picture than tests do there's so many variables with tests

My doctor is doing a blood test on Monday as a second one needs to be done 48hrs apart so couldn’t today.

@bringmearainbow unfortunately they decided to change their mind on the scan day and now have booked me for Monday first thing
My 3rd blood draw yesterday was 5,347 from 1194 on Monday at 5+2
More anxiety has set in though as today I've got what feels like a dead right thigh and lower right sided back pain. My body is so cruel giving me all these pains on my right side only where the remaining tube is 😩

@bringmearainbow I mean my scan is being done at 5+2, won't be able to see much but will confirm or not a pregnancy in my uterus 🤞

@pinkmarshmalloww sounds like the hcg is rising really well though. It's is really cruel but I think atm all you can do is focus on the positives you have ❤️ it will be a tough weekend I'm keeping everything crossed for you on Monday 🤞🏼 try and keep busy and we're here if you need to chat

I might call EPU back and ask what my progesterone was. I've read on support pages woman that have had Ectopics with doubling HCG still often have low progesterone. My doctor did request it, but they didn't mention the result x

@pinkmarshmalloww I'm a little bit behind you but also feeling a bit worried. I have similar sensations to my last ectopic but I was lucky enough that it all resolved naturally. No bleeding yet this time so that's a positive. Seeing the dr today as he wants to do bloods - a Saturday appointment! Also have a scan at 5w+2 on Friday. Best of luck for Monday - let us know how you get on.

@bringmearainbow the backache is unreal - I couldn't sleep. Not sure if my ligaments are just fed up of stretching or perhaps it's because I'm getting old haha.

@Savvy21 lol at this point I think my body is just like wtf we're doing this again 😳 my first two pregnancies I had no backache only the last 3 it's been awful I'd really love hot bath 😩 it's all that stupid muscle relaxant you produce makes your joints loose 🙄

I'm getting my first blood test done at the EPU tomorrow though my blood tests are usually fine it's when I get to the scan bit it all goes wrong 🙄 I think I'll aim for 7 week scan

I took this test yesterday at 4 weeks according to first day of last period so I must have ovulated earlier this cycle.
When do I call the doctors to get booked in with them? It’s been such a long time since I’ve done all this
