Anyone due April 2024?

Just got my bfp yesterday and EDD is early April 2024. Anyone else similar and feel like keeping each other company?

@WolfMother326 tired and bloated with sore boobs and either starving hungry or nauseous but generally feeling well so far 🤞🏻 how are your symptoms?

@CinderRosie I feel OK! Mild nausea today for the first time. Very tired everyday around 4pm but otherwise fine. With my 1st pregnancy I didn't have any major symptoms until 6 weeks and then had extreme food aversion for 5 weeks but never was actually sick.

@Christmascrazyalways I’m the same. I’ve been in tears over it a couple of times because it’s just so… relentless. I’m eating for momentary respite but that only adds to the never ending feeling of uncomfortable fullness. I took travel sickness tablets when I was away and they worked a miracle, but I’ve since switched to (and will stay with) Cyclizine which is safer but I’m my experience not nearly as effective. I’m sorry you’re also having this terrible experience. My friend described it as torture and I’d be inclined to agree!

Does anyone else have Thyroid issues? I have an under active Thyroid and am on medication for it but wonder if i need to get the dosage upped. I am SO tired! Will mention it at my first midwife appt in a few weeks but wanted to see if anyone else had been pregnant with thyroid issues?

Hi everyone, I am 15dpo and got my first BFP yesterday!

this is my first pregnancy and I’m so excited but feeling nervous because I want everything to go well! I don’t feel like I have any symptoms at the moment other than I had some light cramping. I think I also feel slightly sick! My app is telling me I am 5 weeks pregnant because my last period started on 23rd July.

I am hoping we can all be there for each other as we go through this - I don’t want to tell anyone before I have my first scan but I just can’t wait for this journey. I feel so lucky xx

I'm 7w 3d today due April 3rd!
First baby & keeping everything crossed.
Symptoms mostly tiredness, sore boobs, food aversion and some mild nausea..but they do coke and go which freaks me out!!!

@LouH93 I also have under active thyroid. When i told my GP I was pregnant he arranged a blood test and my dose has been upped as a result. May be worth mentioning to your GP unless your midwife appointment is soon?

@Butterfliesandroses thank you! I don’t know why i didn’t think about it until now.
Annoyingly, I am on holiday from Monday until Friday, and then midwife apt is on the following wed. I think ill try and get something booked in for Friday as i know it will worry me otherwise!

@Growinganaries @SurreyPsych same date as me too (I think!) I’m just over 7 weeks. It’s my first baby. I’m feeling nauseous and CBA 24/7! I’m trying to force myself to eat as it does help but there’s just nothing I feel like x

It’s almost 5pm and I’ve just showered and got ready for the day :D first day in a few where I’ve had the energy to do my makeup properly.

Absolutely same!! Dragged myself to brunch this morning and then napped the rest of the day

Congratulations everyone, @Lbw1292 , we are very close date wise and it will be my first too🙂my due date should be 26th April. I'm so nervous about telling anyone until after the scan and think I might leave it until a few weeks after that just if I can get away with it! I only got mu BFP yesterday and it still feels so surreal x

I am the same! I am trying to stay positive about a healthy pregnancy.

I hope we can support each other through the same milestones! I know what you mean about telling people, my mum has been so supportive with my TTC journey and I want to tell her so much :( but waiting until I have that scan. Not sure when I will feel confident enough to tell friends! Xx

@Lbw1292 you're welcome, I would love to say congrats to everyone personally, but there are just so many commenting on this thread I can't keep up! I just noticed you because you must be the same due date as me and it's both our firsts ❤I have no symptoms yet, and because we weren't actively trying I hadn't been taking folic acid until I rushed out this morning and got some! Otherwise just trying to drink lots, eat well and enjoy the warm fuzzy feeling for now x

I know, it’s so nice that we all have each other in this very early stage isn’t it!

I have been having light cramping for a few days and have a bit of nausea but sometimes I don’t know if that’s just my body in general (I always feel sick 😂). That’s so nice it happened for you when you weren’t actively trying. We have been trying since January, so after a few emotional months, I am well and truly so grateful for this baby 😍

I have ordered some vitamins, they should be arriving today but I was taking pre-conception vitamins too! Sat with my water bottle xx

@Lbw1292 that's lovely that your mum has been so supportive- were you TTC long? I saw my mum today and part of me was desparate to tell her, but I will wait! Are you planning on waiting until the 12week scan or having an earlier one?

Tested positive last week after two miscarriages this year.
Very nervous and keeping all the positive thoughts going that this time will be the magical time for us 💖
