Thank you @LeopardLover I’ve not joint this one too :)

clarabella269 · 26/07/2023 12:00

I'm 5 weeks and having bad cramps .. is it normal? I've had mild ones previously but todays feels constant

TTC12023 · 26/07/2023 13:28

Hi! Can I join? I found out on Monday and I'm due 31st March based on ovulations dates, my app has me at 4+3. I've been driving myself mad as I just don't 'feel' pregnant 😆
16DPO today and test a little darker, but DH mas made me step away from them now 😆 - I keep reading that it's completely normal to have no symptoms; is it really? Please talk a this anxious mess off a ledge!

I'm 33, 7month TTC with no hint of a line until Monday just gone! I am excited but can't bring myself to get too excited 🙁

Itsasomething · 26/07/2023 15:06

Is anyone else on their second(or third etc)? -with my first I had TERRIBLE morning sickness that started at week 6 and lasted til 5months. I'm trying to treasure these last few days before I am living on crackers and dry toast

Sassy90 · 26/07/2023 15:11

Hi, congratulations!! Yes don't worry it's completely normal if you don't have any symptoms yet. I am currently 6+5 and I didn't have any symptoms until a few days ago when I hit 6 weeks, no sore boobs, nausea or anything! It's kicked in full force now though 😂
Try not to worry although easier said than done I know x

@TTC12023 see my post above, I couldn't work out how to reply to you 😂

Sassy90 · 26/07/2023 15:16

@Itsasomething this is my second. With my first (girl) I had no morning sickness at all. However sickness has kicked in already with this pregnancy (maybe a boy!?).
Fingers crossed you'll be opposite this pregnancy and have no sickness 🤞

ame88 · 26/07/2023 15:32

This is my 2nd! This time feels very similar to the first with no sickness nor any signs of pregnancy which although nice also feels very weird! I keep taking tests 😂

HKS90 · 26/07/2023 16:58

@TTC12023 I didn’t feel anything at 4 weeks either, try not to worry too much! I couldn’t wait for symptoms but now I’m 8+4 and throwing up loads I can’t wait for them to hopefully ease off in a few weeks 😂

STH1988 · 25/07/2023 11:40

I've just been for an early scan at 7 weeks and found out there's 2 in there 😳

Still in a state of shock!!

Me to Shock don't know what to think...

LeopardLover · 26/07/2023 17:19

@Scarletthoping Hope you're feeling better now! Definitely contact someone if the spotting continues for peace of mind.

@BraveHeart91 Great to have you back 🥰

@Itsasomething No sickness with my son and now feeling ROUGH 😅😫

@TTC12023 congratulations and welcome 😊

LeopardLover · 26/07/2023 17:20

@Gonesurfing @STH1988 @BraveHeart91 You're in the twin mum club! Have I missed someone?

Congratulations @Gonesurfing 🥰

FinallyMrsT · 26/07/2023 17:21

What amazing news @STH1988 hope the initial shock is subsiding now! Ha

FinallyMrsT · 26/07/2023 17:24

@Gonesurfing congrats to you too! All these tinnies!
I've just finished my nights today. They were so hard. I don't usually take a break on them and I was literally falling asleep at the desk thar I had to take a break and catnap.
Nibbling takes away the nausea but I don't have an appetite.

This morning when I got home I have so much pain in my lower back and hips I'm hoping it's just from being exhausted and sat for long periods but has anyone else felt this? It brought tears to my eyes

Nmvasey85 · 26/07/2023 18:48

@Scarletthoping @1sttimemummn with my first within 24 hours of a positive test I was bent over double sweating with pain at various intervals throughout the day - like spasms. Sometimes going to the toilet would make it pass, sometimes it wouldn't. This went on for 2 weeks. I then had my reassurance scan as I was convinced it was ectopic, thankfully it wasn't. As soon as I left the scan place it never happened again. Might sound strange but I think it was anxiety causing whatever it was to make my stomach spasm.

Congrats to all of the new BFPs

lola8319 · 26/07/2023 18:50

Hi all, I've been reading MN for a while bc I was suspecting being pregnant. Got my blood test today, I'm 8 weeks, first pregnancy.
Thank you all for sharing what you've been living while expecting a child, I've learned a lot.
Currently: very tired, like TOO TIRED, sometimes pelvic pain and some random spotting. Had sensitive breasts a week ago or so.

Khanga27 · 26/07/2023 19:07

Hi has anyone had any sudden sharp pain in their upper tum after eating? We just had dinner and I don't know if it's because I've eaten too much or what but I'm in quite a lot of pain. Tried ringing the community midwives line but I think it's too late for them. I've had no bleeding or anything but I'm not feeling good at all!!!

Managed to get through to midwives line. Bad indigestion, apparently very common at this stage. God it felt awful!!! Think i will be avoiding sweet and sour chicken for a while!!

LeopardLover · 26/07/2023 19:51

@Khanga27 Yes, I often get indigestion too 😫 Rennies are our friends!

BraveHeart91 · 26/07/2023 20:00

@Gonesurfing and @STH1988 how u both doing? And how far along are you? I’m expecting twins too :) both are sharing a sac I believe I have another scan on the 31st to see if they have their own placenta. I’ll be 9 weeks Friday and my god this pregnancy hitting different with extreme tiredness and sickness.

Gonesurfing · 26/07/2023 20:58

@BraveHeart91 Not too bad thanks, didn't really have any symptoms when I went for scan so big shock. I think mine are sharing a sac to. Going back in a few weeks for another scan. How are you doing? X

Gonesurfing · 26/07/2023 21:06

@BraveHeart91 also forgot to say il be 9 weeks Saturday!

TTC12023 · 26/07/2023 21:54

@Sassy90 @HKS90 @ame88 thanks ladies that's reassuring! It feels so odd knowing I'm pregnant but with no outward anything 🤣
@ame88 DH has made me step away from the tests and keeps telling me to relax and calm to provide the best chance 🥺 gosh he's a keeper ❤️

It's awful isn't it. I've had it before being pregnant but this was something else! Going to stick.to little and often from now on

Pinkchicken85 · 27/07/2023 05:30

@Busylizzie85 thank you for creating the thread.
@Itsasomething 3rd pregnancy here. Intermittent mild nausea, often induced by pungent odors. Pretty similar to my previous ones. The predominant symptoms are fatigue and the strike of my digestive system.

I have my dating scan booked for the 1st August. Hoping that everything is going to be hunky-dory.
Anyone else in France?
Congratulations to you all!
