Ah see I am used being very flat 🫣 hips bones only but that stick out. So I feel like any bump is super noticeable as isn't normal for me @Matildahoney

I’ve really popped this week! It’s a proper ‘bump’. I’ll be 17 weeks tomorrow. luckily told work this week as don’t think I could hide much longer.

Had my 16 week appointment today which was fine, but disappointingly they don’t listen to the heartbeat. On the countdown to the scan!

@sashastuck glad its not just me! Haha yeah all seems normal just hate feeling it pounding when im trying to sleep 😂

Love seeing all the bump pics! Mine is popping now too and thought it was early as its only my first pregnancy but im embracing it as everyone knows now ☺️

Lovely bumps! I’m definitely looking “rounder” this week. I would take a picture but I’m currently cuddled up with my cat who never gives me hugs so I’m embracing it 😂

strange one but during the day I’m not hardly weeing at all, I think I need to up my fluids more even though I’m drinking the same as before and I’d be on and off loo? Is it because things are moving up ? My bumps quite high now, can’t wait for my scan tomorrow! Hear a pic of me trying on an outfit for my friends festival vibe party tomorrow night!

Is anyone else suffering with cramping? I am 15 weeks and keep getting floored by period-like pain. I don't think it's round ligament pain as it is too similar to period pain but I don't know? I get 'attacks' about 3-4 times a day, and always when I get up in the morning.

I don't know at what point to feel concerned. Everything online seems to say if it goes away and comes at irregular times with no spotting then it's nothing to worry about. But if it becomes "severe" then to call the doctor. What does severe even mean it's so subjective!

Hope I'm not the only one, it's really getting me down.

Lovely bumps! Mine looks quite big today. I know part of it must be bloating as it gets bigger throughout the day but I defo look pregnant now!

@Lululumpkin I wouldn’t say cramping, but have definitely had more round ligament pain. Could you ask your midwife just to be sure?

@Lululumpkin I've been googling this today, I'm still getting at least one day a week of cramping/full heavy almost period like feelings! Scares me every time! Usually doesn't last too long for me but it's different to the other pulling/stretching feelings

I'd say severe would be painful cramps that don't go away, and/or any spotting, mine are 'mild' but they def feel like period cramps which is why it freaks me out! I think it's just the uterus growing tbh!

@Dannic2018 ooh love that dress! Yeah apparently baby is higher up so less pressure on the bladder but def drink more!

@Mushroo they don't do heartbeat at my 16 week either, seems they don't do any thing here 😂😂 mines not for a few weeks anyway, but I also need to tell work asap, my boss is on holiday and isn't back until 1st aug... so hopefully won't be so massive until then, I def notice it though now and there's another couple of weeks to go until then 🙈🙈

I've been getting them too and I do remember them from previous pregnancies @Lululumpkin . MWs were only ever concerned once they started up with spotting too. I hope they ease up for you soon.

People that have done hypnobirthing, when did you do it? I was thinking about 30 weeks but am away at a wedding the weekend that one is one so my option is September or November. Don’t know if November is leaving it a bit late as I’m due early jan.

I'd say the earlier you can do it the better @buckingmad . It's all about practice practice practice. Definitely do a course and then also do additional stuff around it. It's all about habit building, practicing positions and breathing. Good to get your birthing partner clued up too.

@buckingmad I’ve bought the online course and gonna start working on it from around 20 weeks I think!

Here’s my bump tonight. Does anyone else think in clothes it looks bumpy but without clothes it just looks like extra weight? Hard to tell!

On the school run today, I got told I was definitely showing now by some other parents which was nice to hear (I think!)

I'm 16+4 today and here is mine this morning. I think baby suddenly popped last night. I told my partner that it feels like he had doubled in size from yesterday morning to yesterday evening!

No mistaking my bump when I stand up, when I sit down it just looks like fat, and when I lie down you can’t see it 😂

Beautiful bumps ladies. No doubt you’re expecting @Vikki7 . My family are finally convinced I’m expecting at 15+3. Haven’t looked into hypnobirthing yet but booked my ante natal classes.
