Another girl here @OrionNebula!

Smiffette · 28/04/2023 12:34

@NSx no they didn't, they said it was at the front of the uterus and I'm sure I read it in notes

Lucyjane200698 · 28/04/2023 13:58

@Smiffette I don’t have any notes like that at all 😂😂 guess I’ll need to wait until the 10th for my scan.

@Lucyjane200698 lovely bump ✨ is this your first ?

doeandfawn · 28/04/2023 14:25

Very jealous of everyone who knows the sex! Is it worth paying for a private scan to find out early?

MeganC104 · 28/04/2023 14:29

So I haven't had the summary from my hospital but I saw the raw results from the lab and (hopefully I'm reading it right) but my combined screening has all come back as very low risk. 1 in 5000 ds and 1 in 52,000 for the others. Also my Papp a which was an issue last time and was the reason I was induced came back normal!!!!

Alexandra07 · 28/04/2023 15:06

@doeandfawn i know the sex because i had a nipt that I really wanted for peace of mind. Otherwise I would have waited for the 20 week scan!

Lucyjane200698 · 28/04/2023 15:40

Thank you! Nope baby no5 xx

Mamabear345 · 28/04/2023 15:45

@doeandfawn we found out through a private NIPT test at 11 weeks.
We didn’t do a NIPT test with my first, but we did do a private gender scan at 16 weeks! I’m just impatient 😬

Chanteuse · 28/04/2023 16:06

@doeandfawn it was worth it for me! But I was desperate to see him again and I’m glad I did as now I know about my anterior placenta so won’t get as worried if I’m not feeling lots of movement at first! I’d definitely be worried if I hadn’t felt him by my 20 week scan

ttcttc · 28/04/2023 19:10

@NSx has it arrived? X

NSx · 28/04/2023 19:20

@ttcttc still noooo 😅🥹xx

Bloody hell! No news is good news though! Xx

NSx · 28/04/2023 19:30

@ttcttc I doubt it will be before the bank holiday now, unless it miraculously comes tomorrow which I doubt 😂😅 so I guess it will be sometime next week.
yes no news is good news 🤞✨✨
how are you? x

They'd have rang if anything was wrong though!
I feel better today, in bed now though 😂 how about you? X

cruciverbalista · 28/04/2023 19:47

Great news @MeganC104 !

I have definitely had a cough and it's definitely from reflux, which I also had prior to pregnancy so I'm used to it. Gaviscon is very special to me haha. @peonygirl @katherine123x Also Peony so glad to hear you're feeling better finally!

Chanteuse · 28/04/2023 19:57

So this is a bit niche 😅 but is anyone else super breathless? I’ve noticed it more when I’m singing - I think I need to be careful with gigs cause I don’t wanna disappoint anyone 😂

NSx · 28/04/2023 20:13

@ttcttc ive literally just had my dinner 😂😂😂 grilled chicken, white rice and salad 😂😂 can’t do spices that much at the min especially garlic it repeats on me all night making me ILL 😅😅😅

I’m about to goto bed too 😂I’m so sleepy. Are you feeling better within yourself these days? X

Summer022 · 28/04/2023 20:52

@Chanteuse soooo breathless! Can’t even walk up the stairs at home without gasping for air 🤣

Chanteuse · 28/04/2023 21:27

@Summer022 thank god! I wondered if I’d suddenly become super unfit 🤣 gasping for breath after the stairs in work 🥴

doeandfawn · 28/04/2023 21:59

@Chanteuse very breathless! The first midwife I saw said it was due to my iron levels being low but then they came back fine. Glad it’s just a normal thing!

PrimarilyParented · 28/04/2023 22:33

@katherine123x and @peonygirl i hope there is an end in sight to the nausea for you both. This week seems to have been miles better for me (week 14 into 15) and the nausea has almost completely gone. I do think that taking gaviscon may have helped as a lot of my nausea was exacerbated by being really gassy and burping loads. Gaviscon has helped stop that and acid reflux and as soon as I started taking some before bed I stopped waking up feeling sick.

Saturnsmoon · 28/04/2023 23:24

@Chanteuse also super breathless here and have been from very early on, which is was surprised by. Honestly I get it even from just talking too much 😂

DSP21 · 29/04/2023 02:48

@Chanteuse I had an anterior placenta with my last pregnancy and definitely still didn’t feel movement till after 20 weeks so I wouldn’t worry! Infact I barely felt movement throughout! I was in and out of hospital with
’reduced movement’ in the 3rd trimester and baby was always just chilling or sleeping or i just couldn’t feel it. It did take away from the pregnancy I felt, but at the same time i never had a baby kicking me in the ribs at 2am or keeping me up!

I had pasta last night 🐷

Defo feeling better in myself, not 100% and still always shattered but nausea is easing, thank god!

Praying you get that letter today! What area are you in? They're probably just busy)! Xx
