I can see one for this so in my excitement thought I’d start one. Due date is 1st Jan for me 😊

I’m 37 and pregnant with no. 2. We tried for 4 months so lucky not too long.

@RootsHere it’s side boob pain for me too. Lying on my side in bed has been quite uncomfortable sometimes.

I have heard of others having nipple pain though so maybe anything goes when it comes to boob pain!

Whoisdis · 20/05/2023 08:27

@Lightningrain I'm 5+2 today and for the last 5 or 6 days I've been waking in the night and not able to get back to sleep. It started being 3am, then 4am not I'm at 5am wake up 😬 have been getting up at 5am for last few nights and it doesn't matter what time I go to bed, it's so bizarre šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

TrudyProud · 20/05/2023 08:35

Same on the early waking's. I've been up since 5am. My toddler sleeps better than me!

MimosasInFrance · 20/05/2023 09:10

@Dannic2018 Yes to the feeling cold! I'm so glad someone else experiences this. I usually run warm, but recently I'm freezing constantly and especially when I get into bed, currently using three blankets even though the weather is very mild!

Cheeseycheeseycheesecheese · 20/05/2023 10:36

@RootsHere yeah it's my nipples here too, although it's when touched, otherwise nothing.

The early mornings for me are between 2 and 3am, and then I don't get back to sleep until almost 6, just staring at the ceiling or getting angry at dh for being able to sleep when I can't šŸ˜… and then just alarm goes of at half 6 šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

suz2285 · 20/05/2023 10:44

Awake at 2am here, got back to sleep about 4am then awake at 6.30.... feeling super nauseous today

I'm boiling overnight, but I often am but it's probably gonna get a lot worse as the temp heats up, time to crack out the mini fans šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Lightningrain · 20/05/2023 12:05

That’s interesting that there are a few of us suffering with the night wakings. I’ve been so tired during the day and look forward to going to bed but then don’t get a full night’s sleep.

@suz2285 I was actually thinking when I was laid awake that I’m going to be too hot to sleep before long! I normally struggle in summer but I imagine it’s going to be worse this year. Our house gets unbearably hot upstairs so I might end up downstairs on the sofa.

Just had a phone call from the midwife team. Booking in appointment is 9th June and scan is 7th July. I self reffered online 9 days ago so quite a quick response really.

FirstT1meMum · 20/05/2023 14:34

Hi! I'm due around the 10th Jan! All through my TTC journey I was so excited but as soon as I saw the positive I've turned into a nervous wreck!!! 😄
I'm currently 6W +3 and don't experience many symptoms at all. The only thing is that I'm quite tired! It's really putting me on edge I have no sickness as everything tells me it starts at 6 weeks! I feel really guilty for actually wanting sickness! šŸ™ˆAnyone else not experiencing many symptoms?

Mushroo · 20/05/2023 15:22

Had my scan today and went really well. Measuring 8 weeks which is what I thought :)

Dont worry about lack of symptoms- mine have fluctuated loads and not felt sick at all. Just been a bit tired and boobs a bit sore but thats it.

So relieved!

JaffaCake123 · 20/05/2023 15:30

That's great news @Mushroo šŸ™‚

Mushroo · 20/05/2023 15:32

@JaffaCake123 thank you! šŸ˜€

sashastuck · 20/05/2023 17:22

@Mushroo aww amazing news! You must be buzzing!

Mushroo · 20/05/2023 17:26

@sashastuck thank you! I’m so relieved, I was convinced my lack of symptoms meant bad news so I’m so glad all on track so far!

I wish I'd done a dating test yesterday but I got a 2-3 on todays dating test šŸ˜ƒšŸ™ŒšŸ¼ good sign that everything is going the way it should! I've booked a dating scan for 2nd June just to give us some definitives ā˜ŗļø

Luhou · 20/05/2023 18:31

Hi all, šŸ‘‹ hope you don't mind if I join? I'm due 22nd Jan. 2nd baby, my DD is 2.5. So far just feeling really exhausted and sore boobs!

Wanderlust86 · 20/05/2023 18:39

Hi, I've not been on in a while so just been catching up with this thread.
It's very reassuring to see lots of people with few or no symptoms as mine seem to have mostly disappeared too. I have heartburn/indigestion but that's about it.
I'm 8+3 according to my app and baby is as big as a raspberry apparently 😊
I got my booking in appointment for June 1st and the midwife is coming to my house for it? Is that how they normally do it? I was expecting to have to go to her. Either way is fine, I was just surprised.
@mushroo that's great! I can't wait for my first scan even though it's very nerve-wracking.

I think it depends on where you are. I’ve been to booking-in appointments at the GP and at the hospital. This time I’ve also got someone coming to my home, which I’ve never had before!

Mushroo · 20/05/2023 19:26

@Wanderlust86 thank you - I was really stressing over lack of symptoms!

I’ve heard they can come to your house for the appointment - jealous as I have to drag myself to the hospital! Let us know how you get on, mine is the 2 June :)

Mummyme87 · 20/05/2023 20:15

@Mushroo lovely news! Glad all was well.

we used to do booking appts at women’s homes but that was about 15yrs ago when we had surplus staff!

sashastuck · 20/05/2023 20:36

@Luhou congratulations and welcome!! Xx

Luhou · 20/05/2023 20:47

Thank you. Has Anybody been experiencing quite sharp pains when lifting/sitting up/rolling over in bed? On both sides really low down but deffinetely to the side. I think it must be muscular due to the association with moving but has got me a bit worried.

Salamander91 · 20/05/2023 20:50

@Mushroo congrats on your scan!

@Luhou it could be round ligament pains. I've always got them quite early on in pregnancy.

I had my scan today too and all went well. Measuring at 6+5 when I should be 7+3 but I know measurements can be a bit off at this stage when we're measuring in mm's! So relieved as my last pregnancy was a mmc at 5 weeks.

ThomasinaLivesHere · 20/05/2023 21:01

@Luhou Like pp said could be round ligament pains. I’ve had a few. I even sneezed quite badly and it hurt for a moment.

Good to hear a few people have had good news at their scans.
