I’m 37 and pregnant with no. 2. We tried for 4 months so lucky not too long.

Got my booking appointment for 2 June through today. I’ll be 9 weeks by then so hopefully not too long to wait after than for my scan.

Feels a bit more real!

I’ve been given a booking appointment for the 12 May which seems far too early. I think i’ll be around 6/7 weeks.

I am feeling really reluctant to refer myself to midwife yet, but not sure when I will wait til. I want to see a dye stealer and weeks indicator go up I think that will help make me feel calm. I have been feeling nauseous from the get go, just background low level sicky feeling in my throat. Kind of get used to it after a while!

I went to a wedding on Sunday and all my friends' husbands were pressuring me to drink so it became really obvious that I wasnt... pretty sure they will all have guessed. Stupid men such assholes sometimes.

@Mushroo I feel like it’s too early as I don’t really feel pregnant yet!

@Smile02 @Mushroo I self referred before the BH and haven't heard anything yet. My patient records keep getting updated but nothing about an appointment. Gaagh, just want it booked in!

Really hoping I can time appointment like I did with DD. Because of this none of my colleagues realised I was pregnant until I announced at 20 weeks .

I have got my booking appt 23rd may so Il be exactly 8weeks. Had nausea start yday and I have had to move diffusers out the house I can’t cope with them 😂 not had any food aversions so far!

@TunnocksTCake i'm not referring myself until a few weeks time I think, its too early and i've had a previous loss so i want to make sure i'm at least a few weeks in before I refer to the midwife! Sorry about the drinking pressure, luckily i'm usually the boring one so no one expects me to drink but i know what you mean....

Ah excited for all your booking appointments! I was going to hold off referring myself for a couple of weeks because I’m scared of tempting fate after last time (started miscarrying a few hours after my booking appointment last time) but I did it this morning as I want to try and enjoy it rather than worry!
Also did another test this morning and it was a very strong positive/dye stealer 🥰

Just had our positive result, this is my 3rd and my partners 2nd, 1st together.
Due date is 12/1 x

@TrudyProud Like you I self Referred just before the bank holiday and currently sat by my phone being super impatient.
This is my 1st so I've no idea what to expect, I've booked for an early scan 3rd June I'll be 8 weeks.
So at least I have something to look forward to.

@TunnocksTCake I've got my best friends wedding in the next few weeks, hoping no one catches on as I don't want to tell anyone until closer to my 2nd trimester. Youd think people would stop with the whole "peer pressure" and just accept no for an answer wouldn't you.

I’m going to refer after I’ve had a scan I think to confirm it’s in the uterus. My HCG today is 72 and progesterone 121. Really happy with that, 12dpo today, AF due tomorrow. Will recheck again on thursday

I’ve now been given 3 appointments, so I’m a bit confused. I’ve got one for when I’m 9 weeks (assuming that’s the booking in appointment), but now 2 letters arrived - 1 for 11 weeks and 1 for 12 weeks?! Anyone know what the third one could be, I’m assuming one is my first scan but why another the week before!

Hey Ladies hope your all how is symptoms etc going for everyone, I am 6+2 and only today I'm finding I'm off some foods and I just don't know what I want to eat 🙈🙈 I'm very bloated have had to start opening my jeans throughout the day because I feel so bloated, my diet is good and I exercise alot lol so it's obviously part of the process lol.

I got my faint positive today at around 9/10DPO but CB digital still saying not pregnant :( are these tests a bit less sensitive than the FRERs?

@outinthesun yes cb digital less sensitive I tend to get a positive on that once a strong FRER line.

found out last week I am pregnant, due 07/01/2024. This is mine and my partners 1st, and we have a private scan booked for the 21st of May. Eek, it’s so exciting!

@Babydustthisyear I'm 4wks+4 so early days. Main symptoms are sore boobs and achey hips and lower back. Imagine the bloating will come 😂

@sashastuck one is for booking, one for combined and booking bloods and another probably scan. Are they all different locations?

@Blessedmummytobe I work as a midwife so have access to get bloods done easily. I’m only checking them due to previous chemical and ectopic
