I haven't seen one of these yet for December so thought I'd start one!

I'm due 1st December with hopefully a little rainbow.
I'm on cyclogest because I had 2 losses in the latter end of last year (October and december) at 6 weeks and 10 weeks.

Fingers crossed for lots of December babies!

@Aprilsunnyday unnyday thanks for checking in... Not super hopeful, but also very, very confused!
I went a bit mad with the testing...
These are - 10dpo smu, 11dpo sum, 12dpo fmu, 12dpo smu and then the last two are today (13dpo smu) using exactly the same wee from a cup... I really have no idea what's going on. I feel like the tests are not a good indicator of line progression... Wish I had have just spent some more money and got some frers!
My easy at home might be progressing a tiny bit? (But they did with my chemical too last month)
I don't know what to think... I don't think it's going to end well, but I really have no idea. So confusing and frustrating!
I got 1-2 weeks on a CB digital yesterday... I don't have any tests left and I don't want to get any more because it's really messing with my head :( x

Those tests look absolutely fine to me! I've been using easy at home too and mine looked similar Smile my tests are always stronger on an afternoon too

HannahLouD · 31/03/2023 15:38

Thank you everyone! Went out and got a frer as I don't trust the boots tests seeing as they have given me different line strengths with the same wee! 🙄
Feel a bit more reasurred now (for now anyway!) Does this look ok for 13dpo? I used frer last month with my chemical and didn't get a line this strong x

Due December 2023
Lottie3665 · 31/03/2023 15:42

@HannahLouD I think that looks great for 13dpo, mine wasnt that strong until about 17dpo 👍

Aprilsunnyday · 31/03/2023 16:03

@HannahLouD yes it is very strong for 13 dpo:)!!
Good to feel reassured!!

A bit nervous as I didn't know line progression was a thing until recently. Does this look good enough? The second line is still considerably lighter. (Managed to have a day off from testing yesterday) They're only 99p tests as after spending £30 on CB last week I decided I didn't need any more expensive ones, although I have one digital left I might use tomorrow x

Technically line progression isn't a thing as pregnancy tests aren't designed for that. They're literally made for a yes or no answer. But it doesn't stop me obsessing all the same.
Are the bottom ones sainsburys tests? I did one the other day and think they must take ages to get exceptionally dark because mine was similar to yours.
They do measure from 25 hcg (I can't think of the actual units) where as First Response measure from 6 sp they are always the darkest the quickest.
From memory I think the majority of Clear blue is 10 or 25

That looks amazing especially considering it's not first morning urine.

My line looked like that around 15dpo with my missed miscarriage in November.
(Nothing to worry about! Pregnancy was progressing fine at that point!)

Thank you so much girls! 💕
I'm just sooo paranoid after my chemical last month that it's going to happen again. I just can't relax (which I know isn't helpful!) I can't get even a tiny bit excited because I'm just so scared my tests are going to get lighter.
Promised myself so testing tomorrow and I'll use the other frer that was in the pack on Sunday and see if there's any progress then 🤞x

s14a · 31/03/2023 16:36

@HannahLouD I think that's the same with any loss. I had one in October and another in December and any little twinge I'm like is this it.

I've convinced myself today that it's not going to go well because I've seen one single magpie. (Because of the rhyme one for sorrow, two for joy)
Honestly it's not logical 🤣

My tests look amazing and I just need to keep counting down the days where I will see a nice healthy happy baby (or two) on scan.

Secretly hoping for two but I think my DH might have a meltdown!

5w5d today, had an early finish from work and was so exhausted I've slept until now.

Really regretting booking tickets for an event this evening back in December...

babyfever88 · 31/03/2023 17:11

Hi All,
Hope it's ok to join! I got my BFP on Tuesday! I'm 4 weeks and 2 days!
So far I've noticed - sore breasts, tiredness, slightly nauseous and keep waking up wide awake at 530am! Anyone else got the early waking?!
Will be so nice to be on this journey all together! Navigating telling people is tricky! I've told my best friend - she's 3m pregnant. But going to try hold off telling others until we've had an early scan I think!
X

CherryGiraffe · 31/03/2023 17:35

@babyfever88 i also seem to be waking up early and struggling to get back to sleep

Lottie3665 · 31/03/2023 18:16

@CherryGiraffe @babyfever88 same! I'm normally not a morning person and I keep waking up before 6 feeling wide awake. I wasn't sure if it's a sympton or something to do with the clocks, but if you've both had it too maybe it is a thing?!

EmW102 · 31/03/2023 18:29

@babyfever88

Exact same dates as me! I told my best friend today too, she's also pregnant. Will probably try to hold off telling anyone else until after scan. It's so hard though. Not drinking will be a huge giveaway to our friends 🙄 might have to become a hermit for a couple of months?

Oldermum84 · 31/03/2023 19:12

I've woken at 5:40 everyday for the last week!

I'm obsessively testing still even though I got a dye stealer on Monday at 15dpo. I bought some cheapies thinking they would continue to show progression and would help, but they've stayed the same since Tuesday and have made me really anxious I've thrown them in the bin as couldn't stop looking and comparing them! I've another frer coming tomorrow now. I felt some pulling feelings everyday for a few days but haven't felt them yesterday and today so convinced myself I'm going to miscarry again.

gulph · 31/03/2023 19:47

Hi all! Hope I'm ok to join. After ivf fresh transfer, I am 5w2d. Absolutely petrified! I had a missed miscarriage around 6 years ago and haven't fallen pregnant again since due to male factor infertility. We were finally in a position to give ICSI a go and have fallen pregnant on our first round but we don't have any frozen embryos left from this cycle so will have to start again if this one doesn't work. It's just all so overwhelming. I question everything, is it a symptom? Do I 'feel' pregnant? I have an early scan on the 14th April so we will see what happens 😬

Babydo22 · 31/03/2023 21:26

I should have stopped testing 😭 I've had two faint positives on frer and easy@home

Babydo22 · 31/03/2023 21:30

I clicked post too soon 🤦🏻‍♀️ I've had two positives on frer and easy at home tests but 'not pregnant' on the clear blue digital which is 6 days before missed period. Very confused as the clear blue detect 10 HCG and the cheapies are 25hcg. Starting to think I'm not actually pregnant and the positives have been evap lines. Has anyone else had this and still been pregnant?

greentreeseverywhere · 31/03/2023 22:50

@gulph I'm 5weeks3days from a fresh ivf transfer! I had bloods as my positives were so faint and they doubled so they have now said to waite for my scan (13th april) but I'm so nervous. I'm still getting lots of aches and pains and stretching feelings?!! my back is painful nearly all day! im on pesseries so wondering if it's that.
iam so scared it won't stay. I did a clearblue date today and it's come up 2-3 weeks so my levels have gone up to get that reading. I'm nauseous after I eat and very gassy! but still can't believe its true!

TTCJJB · 31/03/2023 22:58

Also suffering from the early wake ups, been like this for over a week now and wide awake since 4am this morning. It must be a symptom?

Lottie3665 · 31/03/2023 23:01

Sorry @Babydo22 that sounds really stressful. Hcg is supposed to double every 2-3 days so if you have some cheap tests perhaps test again in a day or two and see if the lines are any darker? I hope you're doing ok, keeping everything crossed for you

I remember seeing your name on the March Ivf post! Congratulations! Yes I'm on the pessaries as well and hoping they will be enough to encourage little bean to stick 🤞🏻 yes I'm getting the stretching cramping still and my clinic have asked me to do weekly tests so my otd I was showing 1-2 weeks and Wednesday this week I was showing 2-3 so hopefully that is heading in the right direction. I just feel that after all this time, it won't just happen first time, we have been told no for so long, that there must be some kind of catch. At the start of the week I was getting nauseous but now i don't seem as bad which makes me wonder if it was in my head? Anyway really hoping this is our time!

Aprilsunnyday · 01/04/2023 06:26

@gugulph @gregreentreeseverywhere
Congratulations on the pregnancies!! I can imagine it's not been easy. Well done for you and your partner. I was going to kick start mild ivf this year.
I actually did thr base scan already and then found out about the two lines...it was very unexpected and I still have doubt about the egg quality😅. Fingers crossed for all of us.
They say the Dr would give progesterone in assisted fertility cases for reassurance.... Was it the case in your situation? X

Aprilsunnyday · 01/04/2023 06:27

@TTCJJB @Oldermum84, me too the the early wake ups is a thing I suspect...! I usually sleep long but waking up around 5:30am everyday now.

Jammydodged · 01/04/2023 07:18

Hi everyone. Just tested positive and I think due between 1-8 December. Just done the midwife referral so will see how long it takes for her to get in touch. I didn’t have to do this last time! This is baby no3 for me. Excited to join a group again I’m still in mumsnet groups from my other babies :)

I didn't have ivf but am on the pessaries for recurrent miscarriage. They are making me really nauseous. Not in the morning but after I eat too.

Fingers crossed for us all.
