@Hjudge56 oh wow I didn't know you could do that! I'm assuming you have to pay for that? Did you get the result?

@habiller I'm glad I could help! This is my second and I'm currently 14+3, I've not felt anything yet. I kept thinking I was feeling something but to be honest I'm sure it's just gas haha.

Hjudge56 · 21/01/2023 20:04

@MamaSJ15 yes the SneakPeak test is the most reliable! I did and got a girl result!!!

MamaSJ15 · 22/01/2023 07:41

@Hjudge56 ahh that's amazing!! 💜💜

leanneb94 · 23/01/2023 10:25

@habiller I am 15+1 today and I'm 100% sure I've started feeling baby move as of yesterday! This is my first so I have nothing to compare to but I've felt it in the same place in my stomach yesterday and today, to me it feels almost like when you get a twitch in your eyelid or along those lines rather than butterflies. Very strange feeling but lovely to feel, surprised to be feeling it this early but going by knowing what having gas, etc feels like it does feel different to anything I've ever felt myself 😊

Rutennotou · 23/01/2023 10:33

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I'm 17 weeks today. Movement is more definite now! Have had a headache since yesterday though.

This is my third and movement is getting stronger than it was. I'm 15 weeks. Has anyone noticed some days they have a obvious bump and then other days it's hardly there. The days it's hardly there I don't feel the baby as much. Its very strange

septembersapphire7 · 23/01/2023 12:11

I have an anterior placenta so probably won’t feel anything for a while yet..

but had results of amniocentesis and all clear for the 3 trisomies which is a huge relief ☺️

also means I get a consultant scan for my 20week appt which is reassuring. Hopefully can breathe a bit easier and start enjoying this pregnancy a little!

Getinajollymood · 23/01/2023 12:17

That’s fantastic news, @septembersapphire7 .

What a relief!

leanneb94 · 23/01/2023 13:44

@RandomCatGenerator Honestly its magical, I didn't think I would feel anything this early but even as my first pregnancy I'm pretty sure of it as its nothing like I've ever felt before

EmmRach · 23/01/2023 13:58

@septembersapphire7

Amazing news!!! So pleased for you!!

How did you find out where your placenta is? I haven't felt anything yet (although it's still early) and wondering when I should watch out for it!

rach971 · 23/01/2023 14:59

@babybrainfart I've been noticing that too, but I think for me it's just that I'm bloated more some days than others. I have an anterior placenta, so probably won't feel movement for a while yet (I'm 13 weeks at the mo)

septembersapphire7 · 23/01/2023 18:48

@EmmRach they told me about placenta location at my dating scan.

I assume if they don’t mention it, it’s likely to be posterior but can always check at the 20week scan? although hopefully we should all be feeling movements by then

So lovely to hear a lot of you starting to feel movement 😁 I think I felt a very faint little movement yesterday so hoping it'll start properly soon. I do suffer from bloating and trapped wind so so far that's all I've felt. It'll feel so much more real when I can feel movements ❤️
I'm 14+6 today and have a definite bump, gets bigger throughout the day due to bloat 😂

nicc1000 · 24/01/2023 16:32

Hi. Hope it's ok if I join. I'm 16 weeks due 10 July hopefully. I have 2 boys already but nervous this time round following 3 losses in the last 18 months (MMC, surgical termination and early miscarriage). I also have super early gestational diabetes so on insulin etc for that which means I find it difficult not to think about being pregnant!

Getinajollymood · 24/01/2023 16:33

I admitted defeat today and hung up my work trousers after feeling like I was being sliced in half yesterday! Maternity leggings it is!

Welcome @nicc1000 , what is your due date? Mines 19th July.

Is anyone else just eating crap all the time? Or just me? 😂 I know I should be eating better but I just want rubbish food! Although I did just eat a banana haha.

I’ve just finished eating three biscuits in about two seconds flat so yes! I feel like it’s calming a little bit now but still wayyyyy more than normal. I can’t face a lot of healthier foods - the thought of a banana is 🤢 Fish is another one that makes me 🤢🤢 But crisps, chocolate, biscuits, ice cream, cake… none of it repulses me 😂
