My last was 2lb9 at 28 weeks, 39th percentile, so the same kind of thing would be nice😂
Also have my anti d injection and I'm dreading it, they're horrible

@TeddyBeans it's rare I actually see anything (usually stops by the time I look or I'm not quite in the right position to notice) but could see my belly wiggling from him moving and I think a kick...a good half hour or so of activity but no evidence 😂his dad did look when I said I could see my belly moving and did catch the kick at least! He's still going on now but had settled for a bit lol one day I will catch it!!!

@Dreamingof3 I think we have the same due date? so definitely interested what your little one weighs!

What’s the difference between a romper and a sleep suit?
My sister has given me bags of clothes so I think we are definitely sorted until 3 months at least.

@Blocklynn rompers are short sleeved and short legged

@AK93 they're tricky little buggers sometimes 😂 glad you both managed to feel some action though! It definitely makes it more real

Anyone been given ferrous sulphate? My iron levels came back really low so I’ve got to take it 3 x a day. Glad it’s just anaemia and not a heart condition as id been so breathless and heart racing. Has anyone else had this? X

@Blondewave I had my bloods taken yesterday and today my midwife told me I'm anaemic as well. Although she said I wouldn't be prescribed anything for it anymore and I need to just buy some iron myself. I bought some Liquid floradix I think it's called. I used it in my second pregnancy and it got my numbers back up pretty quickly without messing with my stomach.
It's worth upping your vitamin c as well - iron can't absorb into the body without vitamin C. Xx

@Blondewave Ps I've also been ridiculously breathless with a racing heart too. Hopefully the iron sorts us out quickly.

Ah thanks I’ll have a look at going on that in a few weeks once I’ve got my levels abit better. My MW said I need high dose of the tablets that can only be prescribed not bought OTC. My levels dropped to 7.5 after my last birth and I needed a transfusion so I’m gutted that they are dropping already this time at only 30 weeks. Horrible feeling anaemic isn’t it. Fingers crossed it kicks in for us soon x

@Dreamingof3 I had my jab today too, not as bad as I thought even though it looked like a tool to tranq an elephant

At my scan 29+1 the estimated weight was 1.2kg, big jump up (and relief) from my 3rd percentile FH measurement last week

@Blondewave I found out I was really anemic last week and got given a prescription for Ferrous Furmarate 305mg tablets. Only on day 4 but no side effects so far 🤞have read they can be quite rough!
I'm also low in potassium so had to have a drip for that, it can cause racing heart etc

@Dreamingof3 I had my anti D jab yesterday! Jesus they hurt!!! Forgot how sore they are but totally fine after feels a bit bruised today but nothing crazy and no side effects 🤞

I’ve got way too many clothes lol, but as baby’s can be quite sicky I’m well prepared lol, my last was sicky in hospital and I was in for 24 hours and went through about 6 vests and sleepsuits.

We were passed down so many clothes for DC that I think we’ll be ok without having to buy anything else this time around. It’s always surprising to me how many clothes changes they can go through when tiny.

This insomnia is getting so frustrating. 😔

Wide awake here, just ordered my daughter some bath and body works sprays out of the next sale for her birthday

Im waiting on a call back from midwife, not sure if Im over thinking (my neighbour didnt help yesterday by telling me about her early amniotic fluid loss)
The last 3 days I've woken Am to find Im 'damp below'- top of thighs inc.
It's not enough to think I've wet myself but is more than to think it's not sweat or similar. My pant liners are damp end of day but again, not soaked!
My neighbour casually mentioned at her 28weeks check ( mine is Wednesday) it was discovered she had lost fluid everytime she had peed for the 3weeks prior. They delivered her baby at 34 weeks.
I've not had this happen before but had DC1 at 27 weeks due to pre eclampsia...

Oh gosh @Cats23 I hope they get back to your call quickly.
I’ve never had this but definitely think you should get it checked out.

@Dreamingof3 yep same due date! Did you know the 19th is Mothers Day next year!? I didn’t know until I saw it somewhere and was shocked I hadn’t realised as for work I used to look up all those kind of dates to celebrate occasions with the kids! So basically told little man he has to either come on his due date or before so he doesn’t ruin my chance of first mothers day being extra special with him! We’ll see if he listens 😆
He’s also been head down pretty much the whole pregnancy I think! I feel rolling movements but couldn’t say what positions he gets into however every scan I’ve had has been head down!

Also sounds like your little one is growing nicely too!

@AK93 yes it is! I'd love to have had her by then but we aren't sure which way we're going yet 😂 I can never tell what body part is where, that's why I like the extra scans!

Re: leaking though...has anyone's boobs started leaking or is it just me? I've got dried yellowish stains on my pyjama tops, nowhere else so it must just be at night at the moment but I'm not ready for this 😩 I leaker for months last time, before and after birth

I posted couple weeks ago about my baby measuring a few weeks behind and measuring small, he had dropped to below the 10th percentile. another scan today and he is now above the 50th percentile and approx weight is 3lb 9oz! Just shows what a couple weeks can do 🙌

No leaking anywhere for me yet.

We got our nursery furniture today, so excited to put it all together, and to decorate the bookshelves etc :)
