It still feels very early but I’m taking a leap of faith and starting a thread here.

Just found out yesterday that I’m due at the very start of August.

Anybody else yet?

@LS888 im obviously so forgetful as you said earlier in the thread and I said we were similar🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s really hard isn’t it, I’ve never head of a colposcopy what does it do?? We’ve only told my parents so far too xx

@ChloeN they look more closely at your cervix and sometimes take a biopsy if needed. It’s sometimes a follow up to a smear. I had one a few years ago and all was fine but when I had the surgery they recommended having another one.

I’m so sorry for all of you who have had miscarriages before. Only today my friend told me she has an ectopic pregnancy.

Horrible outcomes just seem far too common. I can’t believe we have to wait so long for the first scan

@Chocolotandtea I keep saying to my husband that eight week scans should be routine. They'd save a lot of people prolonged heartache.

Hi everyone, 4+1 according to dates so due date 5/8/23 as it stands - I have a 3 year old son who’s original due date was the 4th aug but born the 28th July.
I had a positive test at 3+2 on a cheap Amazon test which seems insane, and so wondering if maybe I’m a little ahead. Confirmed with a first response and a clear blue. It’s hard to know dates as my periods have been all over the place. I lost my mum in October and ovulation/periods have been all over since she became poorly.

On that note @MsRT I am here if you need to talk - it’s very bitter sweet atm. We were TTC before my mum became ill, chose not to stop trying despite the emotional rollercoaster I’m currently on as whenever we got pregnant mum still wouldn’t be here and it would be just as hard. It feels like a gift from her if anything but I know that wouldn’t feel the same for everyone.

Morning everyone. Hope we all had a good night. I was fast asleep by 9pm and the 3yo woke me up at 6:30 which is pretty early for him, but I was still asleep when he came down so I've had a decent night (for me, I'm not the best sleeper which gets even worse during pregnancy)

Thanks @somuchtolearnabout 🥰 no this is baby number 3. I have a nearly 4 year old and 5 year old! The gap was 15 months between those two.
I’ve been sleeping quite well, although still in bed with my little girl. She kicks so much and contact sleeps I need to try and get her happy to sleep through alone as it’s only going to get harder 😬

I've been having the worst acid reflux ever! Anyone else suffer? I get it occasionally anyway but this was really bad. It's even making me sick. Haven't slept in 2 nights. I'm going to speak to my GP today to see if they can prescribe me something.

I'm 5 weeks today and had another dye stealer this morning so I took the plunge and sent off my forms to register the pregnancy 😅 The retching came back too so that's made me a little happier 😂

Tested positive on Friday and then again Saturday and now today! Miscarried in May and hoping this is the one! 💖🌈

@AnnieApple123 what way are you feeling rubbish? I am too mainly heartburn which is also causing me to feel sick. I've an app with GP later who will hopefully gimme a prescription to calm it down a bit.

Heartburn, nausea and tiredness. Yet also very anxious.

Hi can I join? 😊 I got my BFP yesterday, the apps are saying I am due 5th or 6th August 2023!

I still haven't told my DH, I want to do a couple more frer tests this week, then planning to tell him at the weekend with a digital test! I am only 11dpo so feeling quite anxious.

I am feeling quite tired, and keep getting dizzy spells which is what made me test early. Is anyone else having this?
