Hi all!! First pregnancy here!! Congrats all ❤️ 6+2 according to missed AF but I think I ovulated late, so I may be 5+5.
No symptoms at all yet and it’s freaking me out. Lots of friends who have had MMCs so I’m worried about that. Feel totally normal!? Anyone else?!

Coffeeforlife · 09/11/2022 22:40

@Hopefulhoney6 Congratulations! Lots of people don't have any symptoms, or not until later, so try not to worry. I had symptoms right up to when I had medical management for my MMC so it doesn't necessarily always match up x

candycrush789 · 09/11/2022 23:29

@Hopefulhoney6 I had mmc in September and I remember one day my husband was eating his cereal and it made me feel so ill and I threw up and I actually had to go into hospital for hydration as my sickness was so bad. Little did I know my baby had already passed. The symptoms didn't go and still had morning sickness the day of my surgery. Having no symptoms isn't a bad thing and to me it's more reassuring! I know it's hard but try not to worry, Congratulations on your bfp xx

Skyblue22 · 10/11/2022 08:24

@Hopefulhoney6 I'm exactly the same as you, 6+2 today and have hardly any symptoms whatsoever. I'm peeing more than normal but I do that a lot when I work from home and need a leg stretch! It is definitely playing on my mind a lot.

Hello, I've set up a secret squirrel thread FB group, most people end up with more than one I think, if anyone would like to be an admin let me know because my life is chaos Grin

Might just be my phone, but that link won't work for me @Coffeeforlife

Morning all..
I am all in a panic today, my test was good this morning with fmu but I can't stop comparing to others and not being happy with huge line progressions like other people's.

I'm just using the easy at home and can see a huge different since last Friday, the 6 days since I found out, but it's slow and I feel like it's all gonna be taken away from me.. I think I'll do a frer tomorrow morning and then stop testing everyday. Anyone else tested everyday until a certain point?

I won't join Fb just yet, but I will soon ✨

ScarletDreams · 10/11/2022 09:14

MamaSJ15 · 09/11/2022 20:48

Could help but do another cheapie test tonight, only got a couple left so using them up 😂 pretty happy with this line progression which makes me feel a little better about no progression on the FRER this morning. I have a feeling i test better in the evening than morning.

@MamaSJ15 thats looking great! How many weeks are you?
I'm using these up too, but I keep testing with fmu and are still not very dark to say I am 14dpo today. I might try testing in an evening and see if it's darker. I get a faint line in less than a minute but then just doesn't get much darker in the 3 minutes. Yesterday/today would have been start of af and it hasn't arrived yet so that's a little win, it usually always starts first thing.

I'm feeling the same with the easy@home tests. Have you tried testing in an evening? I'm going to try it as some people look to be getting better results. I tested this morning with fmu with both frer and Easy@home and as aways the frer was much better. I actually managed not to test yesterday but that was the first day I had missed. I'm not sire when I will stop. I might stop from every day and go to every 2nd or 3rd day but I have a feeling that I will still want to do the odd test until I get an early scan to see what's there . I underestimated how hard the first couple of months would be.

@Chaoscontrol I honestly really feel for you. I used to test back a few years ago after my 2nd child was born and I wanted like an 18 month age gap but it just used to stress me out so much I threw away my ovulation test strips and the pregnancy ones. It just lifted a cloud from my head. If it's meant to be (right now) it will and please don't worry. Praying for you x

I've tried being consistent and texting fmu with the same tests. I can see progression but it's just not as dark as I thought it would be. But then again, it's my first pregnancy so I have no idea what my body does.. It's super hard, I thought I would test a couple times, get my positive and then just enjoy it.. But it seems too good to be true.
This is my test from this morning at 17dpo 🤞🏻
I first found out a week ago tomorrow and that line was barley, barley there as you can see.. So this is good right?

Thank you, talking to people really helps these first few weeks x

@Losti121623 yeah I've thought about the washing pile 😂 and having to push a double pram at Disneyland with a single one too, uni fees, bedroom space etc etc. I'm a bit okay today after having spoke to my 5 year old she's like don't worry we'll manage me and the one year old will help you 😂.

I so understand. I've been stalking on of those subreddits to compare results to the ones I had and for me it caused huge amounts of stress.

I've now completly stopped testing and using the mantra 'Today I am pregnant!'.

babybrainfart · 10/11/2022 09:44

Morning, I got my BFP this week with faint lines and confimed it this morning with a digital test. This is my third and I'll have an 8 year gap between new baby and youngest child, 11 years with oldest. I am 34.

polkadotdasies88 · 10/11/2022 09:53

@Hopefulhoney6 I'm 5w 5d and have no symptoms either. I did have quite sore boobs & a few waves of nausea but they've all eased off. It's making me feel wo

polkadotdasies88 · 10/11/2022 09:53

@Hopefulhoney6 Sorry pressed post by accident!
It's making me feel anxious but I'm just trying to tell myself to take it day by day.

MamaSJ15 · 10/11/2022 10:05

@ScarletDreams I'm 4+3 today I believe.
Yeah try a different time of day, not sure why it works better later on but I feel it does. Update us with the next one. Lines are looking good though!

I've got a full on cold today, didn't sleep well last night and my 3 yr old woke me up at 2:30 crying telling me she couldn't find bunny... It was on her pillow 🤦🏼‍♀️

You can definitely see the progression on yours in those 2 photos. And being consistent with time of testing a good way to do it to prevent any yoyo results. I just think the easy@home tests are a little rubbish for getting strong results, but a line is a line! Like others have said, we are pregnant today 😊
im glad we all have each other for support throughout this journey.

Oh ok, we aren't far apart then in days , I'm exactly 4weeks today. Yes, I'll try one in the evening and compare to how the mornings one look and let you know the results 🙂

My level of competence on FB is not brilliant, try this

I've called it Waterlilies as that's one of the birth flowers for July x

Skyblue22 · 10/11/2022 11:07

Thanks @Coffeeforlife I'm in (I think!). Had to copy the link and paste into the FB app.

I have a horse and there are a couple of children at the stables who regularly use my phone to look at all the pictures of my horse that I have on there so this will stop me worrying about any notifications popping up!

MamaSJ15 · 10/11/2022 12:37

@ScarletDreams thank you!
Looking forward to seeing the tests 😊

Balajake · 10/11/2022 12:57

I'm 43 in Feb.
I have a 27, 23,14 and 3 year old. I'm a little worried about things also having suffered losses after the 3 year old. My Due date is 15th July so I'm about 4 weeks 5 days.

I'm booked in with midwives for December 23rd but I'm also registering with diabetic midwife too so I will probably bee seen sooner as I'll be on insulin in my pregnancy.
I bought an early scan on Groupon for £23 which I'm going to try and book for early December.

I've joined with trepidation. I might be a bit quiet until I'm sure all is well with the pregnancy. Dont want to get too excited yet

Cheapie tests are awful for faint lines. I'd get a first response from boots or Amazon to ease your mind a bit. This is mine from yesterday 17dpo
