Except whenever Im pregnant i cant cook, the smeel makes me sick, I cant eat homecooked food and crave takeaways which cant be good ?

Bloomin heck Kate, that's fantastic news! I can't imagine how great it must have been to see your baby's heart beating! You are pregnant! DO you still have the cyclogest or am I mixing you up with someone else?

I just had a really specific craving for a cheese-topped bap filled with hummus, cheddar and crunchy salad.

Jules - so glad things are going well for you - 15 weeks! IKWYM about realising you are pg, I think I was about 39 weeks when I finally realised I was pg and going to have a baby! Thankfully the detachment I felt while pg with her has not affected bonding at all. She seems even more precious to me because of what I went through to get her.

HunofMonsters - Evie is 4 weeks old today! Where has the time gone? Have put another couple of pics of her on my profil [proud mama]. I confess to eating lots of Lucozade tabs while pg with DD, she used to go wild too! Still keep packets of them handy now...

Lissie - nice to see you! I also had all those things in early pg too. Keeping fingers crossed for you (hypothetically of course).

Nice to hear that the lovely MrsMc is okay, hopefully your lovely little man will let you get some sleep soon so you can join us all again! Hope you are enjoying him x

YEAH!!! KATE that is such excellent news. The female body is an amazing thing. Sometimes it does something we don't understand but it can multitask.

Julezboo, Kate might just be the inspiration to help you get through today. Bleeding is scary but not always the end. Good luck with your scan.

Nice to see you Beckle. Can't believe Evie is already 4 weeks! And she is absolutely gorgeous!!! I find it rather freaky that pg seems to take so, so long but then your LO arrives and time just whizzes by. Don't you agree that it is just so important to try and enjoy it all (even the horrific tiredness!) and to remember each little thing cos they just grow and change so quickly?

JustJules STOP! you made me have to get up and heat up some mac-n-cheese with brocolli.

julez - hope all is well with your scan. Bleeding is scary but can be fine - justjules (and others) have bled loads and were OK. Many hugs to you x

jules - I ate through the whole of my first and second trimesters - appetite was crazy! Only thing stopping me now is that stomach appears to be squigded up near my ribs and doesn't have as much space to exapand!

Mmmmmm....lady at table next to me in cafe has a chocolate brownie....

im freaking out, please, just let me rant.

af is/was due on friday. kicking myself for testing so early and letting myself hope/get excited. you see, i have backache. nothing major and its not low, its kind of low-mid back. i also had a tiny bit of brown when i wiped this morning.

no stomach pains or cramping but had a funny turn in town today, nearly fainted then threw up. ive bought more HPT's to reassure me, but im so scared. i want this baby sooo much and i dont know how i'll cope if i lose another one.

next friday seems so far away, but pointless going up before then. i know that if this were anyone but me then i'd be saying "of course youre scared" but i feel so weak. id be saying "most women have backache and brown discharge around af time" but i cant believe that it'll be ok

Sorry lissie - am being a bit obtuse I think - have you had a BFP? Could be implantation bleeding etc
