No, don't be daft! . I can't log on to Facebook at work (where I am now) and at home I use my DH's laptop which he takes to work every day and often works on in the evenings. So it's not so easy for me to get on Facebook. So I might not log on till the weekend but I promise I will deffo be your friends then!!!

Ok neenz, friend request sent! My initials are KF - am on facebook under my maiden name. Once you say yes to the other lovely ladies I will have to try to work out who's who! Maybe you could put something cryptic about how you know each other or something?

I left a message for the EPU this morning asking for a scan thursday or friday and they left me a message back offering thursday 9am - can't say fairer than that! Although I do feel a bit like I've been given my appointed time to face the firing squad... Really hoping all is well, and that if it is I will feel a bit more reassured by this scan than the last one... Am hoping the reason I didn't feel particularly reassured last time was due to my GP putting the fear of god into me about mc-ing between 8 & 9 weeks (I was 8+4 for the scan) rather than being due to some sort of 6th sense... We shall see... COME ON BEANIE, YOU CAN DO IT!! Have started having to undo my suit jacket so am hoping that's a good sign. It is pretty small, I only bought it in January thinking it would be a good insentive to make sure I didn't put any weight on...... or maybe I just bought it so that sods law would make me pg again !

Whoever said that about me worrying about the little things too much is absolutely right of course... but in a way it sort of stops me having too much time to worry about the big things if that makes sense... (Am mad...)

I understand. I have my scan in the morning at 0930 and am getting really nervous. Am home alone tonight DH is at work until eleven.
I am feeling sick. Not sure if its beanie or just me starting to panic. How am I going to get through this?

Jules, if it helps at all, DD had many quiet days when I was pg, especially if she had had a couple of 'busy' days. She is the same since she has been born, couple of wide awake days then a sleepy day or two to recover.

Ellie, I had (and still have) dreams like that! Not long until you will get to see what LO looks like, I was very impatient too meet baby, the body is very clever at making us ready to give birth even though we know it will hurt!

Fab news Ronshar! Don't feel bad about your white lie, it should be made routine to scan ladies with previous losses early anyway.

Hi ladies, can I join you? I'm currently 5+5 weeks. I've been ttc my first baby for 18 months. Had a mmc of twins last February and an ep last August. Everything seems to be going ok so far this time, although I have a lot of mild af-like pains and other twinges. I have a scan booked for a week on Friday when I will be 7 weeks. I am so scared of another ep or another mmc.

Not good news ladies..
I just knew this would happen.

Beanie has not grown much. There is a slow hearbeat (again!) Sac has a kink in it too.... All of these are bad things. Prof was really good and explained there is no chance of this being a sucessful pregnancy. Just to make matters worse..I nearlly passed out at the hospital. I injected my heparin this morning and may have hit a nerve. The pain is excruciating. I could not bend down to put my trousers back on.
Anyway....Am going out with a freind later. I intend on having a drink and forbidden foods.
I have another scan booked for tuesday at 0900hrs. This should show a definate miscarraige. I will not be having a D&C. Prof was cool with that.

Hi Oinker, so so sorry to hear that - life is so unfair - and baby making is much harder than everyone makes it out to be. I have loved the support of being on this thread but your news makes me doubly aware that many of us are still in really early days - I am sending huge hugs - a good boozy night out with your friend sounds perfect!
