Hi all lovely people!

Here’s a thread for all March babies 🥰 I got my BFP this morning at 10dpo with a due date on the 10th of March 2023. I suffered a miscarriage at 7 weeks in early March so it feels special that we get our rainbow 🌈 baby around the one year mark!

A little about me: I’m 27, living in Sweden with my fiancé. This is our first child and we’ve really longed for this baby and desperately hoping it will stick this time!

Welcome to this journey, please tell me a little bit about you!

When you have your booking in appointment they will probably work it out on a 28 day cycle until you have your scan at 12 weeks, so your EDD will be 13th March 😊

Curlywurly3 · 01/07/2022 19:23

Sorry@Flowerpower8912 meant to tag you

Flowerpower8912 · 01/07/2022 19:31

@Curlywurly3 thank you 😊

Hope everyone is feeling ok

Dellarose · 01/07/2022 21:27

Hey dose anyone know is Lewisham hospital dose weekend scans Saturday or Sunday? As my partner works away and can only attend weekend scans but they’ve given me my 12 week scan on a Tuesday xx
can anyone help me please x

TeddyBeans · 02/07/2022 06:13

@Dellarose I don't think hospitals do scans on the weekends. You'd have to phone them to confirm though. Private scans are always an option for your DP to go to

SJ1994 · 02/07/2022 07:46

5 weeks today and got my 3+ this morning! 😄

Congratulations @SJ1994 🎉. How's everyone feeling I'm roughly 5 weeks tomorrow and feel like crap today exhausted 😴😴. Has anyone booked an early scan?

SJ1994 · 03/07/2022 12:47

Thanks all!

@Eastybaby19 thank you! I’ve felt like that the last few days and having some waves of nausea! 😴😷 I’ve booked an early scan for 3 weeks time when I’m 8 weeks.

Hi Ladies

Long time mumsnet lurker here hope it’s ok if I join! I’ve just found out I’m pregnant with number 3 - Am 4+3. I have 2 DS 7 and nearly 5 and I’m 41. Slightly in shock at the whole thing as was expecting it to take forever to conceive at my age but one weekend of let’s see what happens has led to a BFP! Bit more scared of miscarriage this time round too and don’t want to tell any friends or family (my mum will think I’m bonkers) until further along. Grateful for any moral support here!!

MrsD0147 · 03/07/2022 13:04

can I join this? Tested positive this morning. Still in shock!

Squishybean · 03/07/2022 13:22

Just joining in! 👍
I am currently around 5w. feeling great which is good as last time I was sick from 4w onwards.
Hope everyone is doing well.
when are you all planning on telling people?

SJ1994 · 03/07/2022 13:33

Congrats all!! 😄

we have told parents and my sister at 5 weeks, earlier than we planned but we are very close/see each other all the time and we’d probably need their support if anything happened! Not telling anyone else until further along (apart from potentially my boss if the nausea gets worse 😂)

ThatsNotMyMuffin · 03/07/2022 13:59

Congrats all 🥳

We are probably telling my in-laws next weekend as they're coming to visit and we will be going out for lunch/dinner so probably won't be able to hide my non-drinking!

Eastybaby19 · 03/07/2022 14:16

Nausea at the start of the week which went away and seems to be back today, not feeling like I'm going to be sick but just feel yucky 🫠.
Think we are telling my parents today, I have 1 DS who will be 3 on the 20th of July, told best friend & sister in law as I'm bridesmaid at her wedding in 4 weeks and had last dress fitting yesterday 🙈

TeddyBeans · 03/07/2022 15:05

Woo love an influx of newbies! Congratulations everyone! 🥳 I'll post a new FB link momentarily if anyone fancies joining our private group ❤️

Curlywurly3 · 03/07/2022 15:07

Congratulations to the new ladies with their BFP’s!

5+4 today, still don’t have any symptoms but line is progressing. I want this week to hurry up so I can have my scan next Saturday! ☺️

Due March 2023 ✨👶☀️🌈
Handmaid2019 · 03/07/2022 15:27

Hi can I join? I'm 4 weeks 4 days, tested positive on Friday. I'm 36 and have 10 year old twin boys.

Hope everyone is feeling okay so far? I'm having some nausea but I otherwise feel great! Although quite anxious, keep testing!

RhiRhi1988 · 03/07/2022 22:31

Looking to join in on the group.
Currently 5weeks+2 but soooo nervous as I have already had two miscarriages this year so far.

My CB digital test came back 3+ at 4weeks+6 so it’s already a better start than my last pregnancy in March/April with really slow and dropping HCG levels.

Asked my GP to refer me for early scan due to recurrent miscarriages but they haven’t, so will look into a private one soon. itching to see if it’s in the right place and growing. My first MC was 8 weeks but had only progressed to 5.5 weeks, and the second was 11 weeks, with three sacs but no babies in any, the sacs continued to grow until my miscarriage started. I had gotten pregnant straight after MC, so this time decided to wait 1 cycle first.

Not a lot of symptoms yet, some slight nausea. But I had food poisoning last weekend, so worried that might have had a negative impact.

Anon2324 · 04/07/2022 00:58

Hi all! Just got my bpf today!! Due around the 7/9th of March (getting different dates from different apps) Think im due around the 6th of March! Quite anxious as i had a mmc in January at 11 weeks

TeddyBeans · 04/07/2022 06:43

Welcome @RhiRhi1988 and @Anon2324 - sorry about your losses and congratulations on your pregnancies 🥳 I'm sure you'll find a lot of support here

TheHC · 04/07/2022 06:50

Not much symptoms here just sore boobs and omg I could sleep all afternoon but at night I am awake every 2 hours! I also have started peeing loads 🙈 this is my first.. can anyone tell me when it’s best to contact GP?
