Hi all lovely people!

Here’s a thread for all March babies 🥰 I got my BFP this morning at 10dpo with a due date on the 10th of March 2023. I suffered a miscarriage at 7 weeks in early March so it feels special that we get our rainbow 🌈 baby around the one year mark!

A little about me: I’m 27, living in Sweden with my fiancé. This is our first child and we’ve really longed for this baby and desperately hoping it will stick this time!

Welcome to this journey, please tell me a little bit about you!

My 1st day of last period was 31st may so I think I'm 4+2 due around 6th March. I've an early scan booked for the 24th of July I think I'll be around 7+5 then so fingers crossed! Took a clear blue digital on Tuesday it said 2-3 so will take another next week 🙈.
This stage is so worrying!!!

Livvydee · 30/06/2022 14:47

Hello im due 3rd march with my 3rd baby but my partners 1st baby. Feeling shattered and a bit sicky

EmzieMurf1987 · 30/06/2022 15:05

Hi ladies hope you don’t mind if I hop on this thread. We finally got our BFP 2 days ago after being diagnosed with late onset OHSS. We have had an early MC at 6 weeks and been TTC for 4 years. This was our first IVF attempt and if I’m honest I’m in complete shock as I wasn’t expecting it to work!! It all still feels very surreal at the moment and although I’m on a lot of pain and discomfort it’s absolutely worth it after seeing that lovely positive test 🥰🥰 currently 4+3 and due 6th March.

@Nora11 I’m so happy to hear you managed to conceive naturally and didn’t need to go down the IVF route. You must be overjoyed! I totally understand the anxiety it’s such a worrying time but all we can do now is look after ourselves as best we can 😘😘

@Pinkcloud5 OMG I thought it was just me being hungry all the time! I’m very hungry and wanting savoury snacks - I usually have a major sweet tooth but can’t even think about sweet treats right now 😂😂

congratulations to everyone else on this thread too 🥳🥳🥳

ThatsNotMyMuffin · 30/06/2022 16:03

I'm going to book my early scan for 8 weeks I think! I find this time so worrying and just want to press forward and know baby is growing well.

Cdoc · 30/06/2022 16:12

Hello everyone 😊
can I tentatively join please?

Got my bfp yesterday at 13dpo. I had a mmc at 9 weeks at the end of May and didn’t have a period in between, so am terrified that something could go wrong. But AF was due today and nothing so far, so keeping everything crossed.

Due date will be 9th March if this one sticks 🤞🏼🌈

Nora11 · 30/06/2022 17:25

Thanks@EmzieMurf1987, we really thought IVF was our only chance so it was such a shock (a very pleasant one of course!) I'm so happy for you too that you're pregnant on your first round! And hope you are through the worst of the OHSS and feel better soon!

So true about looking after ourselves 🥰

TeddyBeans · 30/06/2022 19:57

Hey all, I made a Facebook group if anyone finds FB easier than Mumsnet. It's private and hidden so noone would find it from your friends list so perfectly safe. I've posted the link on the late Feb/early march thread too. Feel free to join or not if you want to 😊

Eastybaby19 · 30/06/2022 21:27

@TeddyBeans I've just requested to join 🥰 I'm still in my almost 3 year old group and it's great to see how the kids have all grown! Fab having a Facebook group ✨

TeddyBeans · 30/06/2022 21:37

@Eastybaby19 I've had to take the hidden setting off for now to allow people to find it but I'll hide it again once requests tail off - hope that's okay

Lexxa · 30/06/2022 22:11

Hi!! Joining at 4 weeks today. We got our bfp on Monday, and feeling so happy. This would be our first child. We had a chemical earlier this year so can’t help but feel anxious. I’ve been having some cramps ongoing for the last 3 days and can’t help but be worried everytime I use the restroom.
i went in for blood testing this morning so awaiting what my results are to see how my levels are doing. Also, been going crazy and testing daily.
congrats to everyone on this thread! glad we have this community to be here for each other.

TeddyBeans · 30/06/2022 22:23

Right, think I've sorted the fb group to stay hidden but still be visible to people who want to join via the link. The link expires in 2 days so I'll keep popping up new links in case people want to join. Previous links won't work - current link is

(I hope. Let me know if it doesn't work)

Pink15 · 01/07/2022 06:51

Hey! I'm due 10th March with my second baby! No major symptoms here mainly boobs sore and slight tiredness. I know it'll all kick in by around week 6 though! Hope everyone's doing ok x

Curlywurly3 · 01/07/2022 07:45

Thanks for setting up the Facebook group @TeddyBeans 😊

Welcome to all the new joiners and congratulations ✨

I’m going to do my (hopefully) last CB digital today. I then have two FRER’s left which I’ll do next week before my scan next Saturday.

I know I’m only 5+2 but I just don’t have any symptoms! It really is unnerving!

Pinkcloud5 · 01/07/2022 08:13

Welcome new joiners and congrats 🎉

I did my last digital this morning and it’s 3+ (I’m 5 + 3 I think) so relieved to see that. Last test until my scan next Sunday.

@Pink15 ive heard this from a few people that symptoms really kick in at week 6 - is this what i should expect? Was it nausea for you or other symptoms too? Hoping it’s manageable with work. Any tips would be fab!

Due March 2023 ✨👶☀️🌈
Pink15 · 01/07/2022 10:10

@Pinkcloud5 it was mainly nausea for me luckily I was never actually sick but could only stomach beige foods. I was also exhausted to the point where I was sleeping about 12 hours a night and napping when I could! It was lockdown last time so will be interesting to see how i cope this time in work...

SJ1994 · 01/07/2022 10:13

I’m only 4+6 today I think and my symptoms seem to be ramping up! Feeling extremely tired and nauseous at times which is making work a bit of a struggle. I have an office job and do half the week at home but Im finding I’m quite distracted/it’s taking me a while to do anything and already anxious about client meetings next week (if I feel sick etc!) not sure whether to just tell my boss early….?

Kitty901 · 01/07/2022 14:09

Help, I am suffering with insomnia i think! 🤣🤦‍♀️ I don't sleep, literally i can't! Takes me hours to fall asleep, i then wake up every 30 mins or half an hour and stay awake for hours. So i have been up since 4am this morning, i googled it and it says it is insomnia 😧 weirdest thing is that i don't even feel tired! And i am up all day, working, cleaning, cooking running around after a toddler, going out walking for hours... i just don't get tired! I want to be tired and sleep but just doesn't happen! It's been a week now and i probably get about 3 4 hours of sleep in a 24 hr period.

Loouloo · 01/07/2022 14:38

@TeddyBeans thank you for setting up a FB group! I’d love to join, but I just want to make sure, will any of my FB friends see that I’ve joined the group? I haven’t told anyone about the pregnancy yet.

OP posts:
TeddyBeans · 01/07/2022 14:43

@Loouloo nope I've sorted it so it's private and hidden so noone can find it without a direct link from me and it won't show up on groups you follow either 😊

@TeddyBeans amazing, I sent a request 🥰

I’ve just got my 3+ at 5+2. Just need to wait until my scan now next Saturday when I’ll be 6+3. I’m just sat here staring at it and hoping everything will be ok!

Thank you 😊 I'm just not sure how long my cycles are, my period on 6th June was my first proper one after stopping the pill in April. I didn't really get periods whilst on the pill 😟
