4+3 according to Flo app, pregnant after a miscarriage in March at 11 weeks so feeling very anxious / scared and needed a safe space to speak about pregnancy worries without thriving anyone of joy!

Hi! Thought I'd jump in on this post.. Just had my bfp yesterday at 9dpo and much stronger line today.. Had early mc 2nd May and one cycle in between and can't quite let myself become excited yet.. If all goes well i would be due 6th march according to NC. Feeling very anxious but also just more pragmatic about this time!

Time seems to have stopped since egg collection, if its not waiting on the embryos, it's 2ww, now its lasting to 8 weeks, I cant think beyond that yet.
I'm sad that the joy has been taken away from what should be exciting & hopeful times.

@CNizzle i get what you mean about being pretty much symptomless - it’s driving be bonkers! Maybe our time will come soon though.

@Maya12345 i completely understand how you feel with the joy and excitement being taken away from you. It’s genuinely seems like ignorance is bliss!

I bottled out on taking a digital today - I’ll take it tomorrow but I did do a cheapie (I know I was meant to hide them but I just needed something). It was all good though - equal if not darker to the control line so that’s helped my anxiety a bit today ☺️ I will do digi tomorrow and then I am done 👍🏻 Keeping everything crossed for a 3+ tomorrow 😬

Good luck @RedElleJ with the Digi test! I took one at 5+1 and it was still 2-3 weeks. Left it a few days and tested again at 5+4 and got the 3+. So don't put too much pressure on it tomorrow. With my DS I got the 3+ at 6+1. I know this as I went back and checked my messages from 2 years ago!!! I worried initially when it didn't go up from the 2-3. Despite all the research saying the threshold is super high and they can be unreliable. Testing can drive us mad.

My DS is 19 months @Skylark1990. Yesterday was tough with the nausea. Just making my DS breakfast and threw up. I'm a SAHM right now, do while I'm glad I don't have to commute and work each day, but I'm already feeling guilty about not being up to doing as much with DS as I would on a regular day.

I'm currently away staying with family but have decided once I get back to London next week I'll go for a scan to check things are progressing okay. I'll only be 7 weeks then but that always seems to be my target based on previous losses. Of course, even if things go well that won't stop me worrying for the next 5 weeks...and beyond...🤣

@MooBugz aww that spot looks lovely I googled it! I hope the trip goes well, can understand why traveling with children plural is tough and if your eldest has special needs it must be even more of a logistical hurdle. Enjoy though and I hope it's a lovely break! And to celebrate the scan result! You said you'd have it just before the holiday yes?

@RedElleJ glad the cheapie was dark and you're feeling better! I have done CBT in the past and also other sorts of talk therapy. It can help for sure! I've also never been diagnosed with anything but honestly I think we all would benefit from therapy at times. Also I think it's so so natural to be feeling anxious at this time, so getting some tools to help would be good. The perinatal mental health teams across the country are also meant to be good and they can offer free therapy services so maybe look into that?

I'm sure there is more I was meant to catch up on and reply to ... But it's early and need to take DD to nursery so for now I'll just post my beautiful Digi 3+ and strong positive I just did this morning 😍 LAST TESTS 😂 I'm feeling reassured and happy to see the 3+. 🤞🤞🤞🤞 Just hope things keep progressing smoothly ☺️5+4 today ❤️

I missed your message @STom2 ! Aww lovely, similar to my DD she is 21 months. I remember 19 mo being quite hard she went through a tricky phase with teething and sleep and her mood was all over the show but from about 20 months she's been much happier and chill again haha. I know it's constant ups and downs but definitely appreciating this smoother period!
Will you book the early scan privately or go through hospital? I'm sure they would give you one due to previous loss if you asked. Xx

Welcome to everyone who has joined in the last few days, and don't be at all apologetic for sharing how you're feeling. Like we've all said, it sucks that we find it hard be full of the joys and excitement of pregnancy, but we can still try and in between times, share our experiences and anxious thoughts in a safe zone!!
(I just cried a little bit writing that - bloody hormones!)

I had a pretty anxious last couple of days. Had some cramping which has concerned me and my boobs weren't as sore. Having said that, I was really struggling to do my online food shop last night as the thought of it all just kept turning me green 🤢🤣

I was supposed to be having another scan today but DH is away so have put it back to next week, that's gonna be a long wait!!

@Skylark1990congrats on the 3+ !!

@MooBugz Its nerve racking isn’t it.
I know what you mean about appointments and scans. I’m anxious as hell about the 12 week one. I started mc 2 days before the scan, so I think that’s on my mind.
Just got to stay hopeful.

I’m glad you had a good day! Sounds busy and fun, probably good to take your mind off things too.

My dds naps are fairly hit and miss tbh - she sleeps well at night but her naps can be anywhere from 12.30 to 4.30 depending what we have done that day. Sometimes she misses one altogether!😵‍💫

@STom2 I’m also at home with my dd during the day. Having nausea and an active toddler don’t really mix do they 🤣
How are you feeling in general?

We are moving house shortly , lots going on & I haven’t got much motivation at the moment. Need to snap out of it - think I’ll feel better about everything once we have moved.

@OceanbreezeSun feeling better today actually. I do think it's the combination of having a bit more sleep last night + a nap again this morning + eating several Greggs vegan sausage rolls!!

Welcome @CNizzle and @Maya12345 . @CNizzle mine is an ivf pregnancy (6th transfer) too. Extra pressure!

@Skylark1990 amazing tests! I'm too chucked to do mine yet. I think I'm going to do it on Sunday in hope that the 3+ is there by then.

Sorry to all those suffering with the anxiety. It is such a weird time full of excitement and panic that we shouldn't allow any excitement!

No news from me really. Still no symptoms. I'm covered in bruises from my clexane injections - my whole tummy is dark purple (I'm on steroids too which can make bruising worse). My viability scan is on Tuesday, which isn't too long off now really.

Congrats @Skylark1990 on the 3+, I had to stop with the digital, as I was still 2-3 at 6+2 , the cost was racking up, and I was stressing myself out. Banned myself from them (but have done a few cheapies and a free just for progression purposes! It's costing a flipping fortune!!
@RedElleJ I had a 1st fleeting moment of vague nausea as I was in the queue at work cafe today, then I put it down to just being ravenous 😆 don't know if that was it or not!!

Thank you all for the kind words re my 3+ test! It's silly really as it doesn't guarantee anything to get that result but I can't help feeling reassured which can only be a good thing. As others have said worrying about it constantly isn't going to help even if the worst does happen.

@CNizzle I have also had the random waves if nausea every now and then, does seem to be if I'm hungry! It's definitely not kicked in properly tho I expect to get it more next week or after 7 weeks as that's what happened with DD.

@seven201 gosh all those injections sound intense, hope you're doing ok! Best of luck for the scan! Tues is very soon 🤞👌❤️

@OceanbreezeSun haha sounds like your DD is unpredictable like mine! If she naps later than like 1 pm these days it pushes her bedtime really late. But then some days even if she wakes up by 1 she won't go to sleep till 9 or 10! Last night was a killer, she just wouldn't go to sleep and it got to 9:30 so I ended up showering then hopping into bed with her then finally she fell asleep 😂 I'm feeling quite tired today as she also coughed and tossed and turned all night - think she has probably caught covid off DP although she seems completely happy so 🤞🤞 it passes her by easily.

I've still got a sore throat so thinking I'm probably covid positive 🙄😞 need to do a test. I also got my dating scan through in post today! 9 August! Haven't had the early scan time through though yet. X

Congrats @Skylark1990 on your much awaited 3+ that just feel like such a relief and it's a definite win even to get to that point given your history so go you 🥳❤️

Yes I plan on getting a scan a few days before the holiday but last night I started my fun overthinking again and now have second thoughts lol. If I go and it's bad news it'll ruin my holiday but then if I don't Then will I be thinking about it wishing I had a scan. Honestly what are we like. Likelihood is I will go through with it because I'd rather know and be ready for it on holiday than be ignorant and it catch me out on holiday. hoping for a good scan though so going to try not to think of negative thoughts 🤞🏼

I have had a loooooong day today and all was going well until I started to get cramping. Hopefully, it is just things moving about and what not but every bathroom trip has been filled with dread! Thanks for the info @Skylark1990 I will defo look into those services, I had never heard of them before.

I did another digital today and got my 2-3 weeks at 4 weeks+1
Officially past my previous chemicals now, still being cautious with my own feelings, I guess just taking it day by day (or by how dark my lines are getting!)

Has anyone joined the other Feb/march thread on here? Not really sure if the plan is to keep separate (Facebook groups) or join together. I'm part of a due January 2019 (anyone here?) for my previous and it is such a lovely group so would love to do the same for this little one if all goes ok

Hey guys found out I was pregnant and due on 6th feb 23.

Had some light spotting for 2 days 2 weeks ago and again last week which has turned into full period for the past 6 days.

Had a early scan just after the spotting got worse which showed there was a gestatIonal sac With a yolk sac With no feral pole.

They advised everything was at normal but too early for a heart beat.

since the scan period like bleeding has not stopped, which is followed with cramp pains.

I have been reading up and these symptoms are a sign of miscarriage however some people mentioned they do have these symptoms and everything is fine.

just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this.

first time being pregnant.

@BEL88 congrats on your cb! I hope it's our time for all of us this time it does seem to be a lovely supportive bunch here. I initially joined the other feb/mar therad then made this as I felt feelings are different after me and didn't want to creep out the happy pregnant ladies with my worries but happy that others have joined and found comfort in this too 😊

@Victoria98 sorry to hear that and I do think it does differ from woman to woman, have they said about any follow up? Might be an idea to get back in touch with them if the symptoms have worsened. Hope you are ok

well I have the first midwife appointment on 02/07/2022 and then a follow up scan on 05/07/2022. I don’t want to go for the midwife appointment until I have had the scan because it is likely to be a waste of time. X

@Victoria98 that sounds very stressful, I'm so sorry. July seems a while away, usually the early pregnancy unit will see you at fIrly short notice if you have bleeding etc, maybe give them a call?

I had a scan on Tuesday this week but they said unless I’m filling up 2 pads within an hour the next scan will be 2 weeks.
I am heavy but my pads do not fill up that fast.

Sorry to hear you are going through all that @Victoria98 It’s hard because so many symptoms of miscarriage are also a sign of pregnancy and some women do describe symptoms like yours and go on to have a healthy pregnancy. If they really can’t see you sooner have you thought about booking one privately?

Took my final digi and utterly gutted, it’s reading 2-3. I’m 5+2 today (23DPO). I know I shouldn’t let it get to be but when you have had a loss it just stings and adds to the doubt. Don’t really know what to do if I’m honest - maybe book a 2nd earlier scan because the doctors seem to have fobbed me off now. Could go at 7 weeks and then maybe reschedule my one planned at 9 for 11.
