Starting a new thread due to last one being full. Such a valuable place to share our journey! Not going to tag anyone in case they don't want to be tagged.

Marching towards or in the beginning of the second trimester!

@AG96 I was hoping for a quiet sleepy coastal town in northern France (where the temperature isn't roasting!) but husband is desperate for a spanish beach/resort (so...32 degrees!).

The funny thing is that he cannot stand the heat, today in Glasgow it was 21 and he was moaning all day about it. Dude, you want to be somewhere a lot hotter than this, give your head a wobble! 😂

@Tofu35 Don't think I'd fancy somewhere roasting tbh. I get so warm now and am dreading summer heat while pregnant. Just glad I won't be properly huge until it's a bit cooler! Hope you have a wonderful relaxing time ☺️

@AG96 yeah it's a gender scan! But I'm not that fussed really it's more for reasurrance! But would still be nice to know... I can't imagine a day would make a difference

@Amphibian94 i can’t imagine a day would make a difference if it was a dating scan- they’ll just measure and go from there. You should be fine lovely xx

@Tofu35 men are funny creatures with warm weather either basking in it dreaming of bbqs or cursing it! Hope you get a holiday you both enjoy!

Hey everyone! Thanks for the new thread. I've had some serious backache today, I've basically been on the sofa, watching TV with a hot water bottle on it!

@MrsN3 it's a gender scan not dating. You think it will still be OK? X

@Amphibian94 I reckon a day early for a gender scan wouldn’t make a difference- if baby plays ball and let’s people see you’ll be in the same situation as you would be on the day they would recommend- could always call and ask if you’re worried?

@MrsN3 yes that's what I thought! And I keep getting dated ahead anyway so I'm sure will be fine x

@Amphibian94 yeah you should be fine lovely! Do you have any ideas what you’re having?
I keep doing online quizzes and the Chinese gender chart but keep getting mixed responses.

@MrsN3 nope! Not a clue. My husband thinks a girl, but I just have no clue either way x

New to this app. 12+6. 11th December. Had first scan today :).

Now most of use have a more accurate due date, thought we could start off another calendar for when we're all due and which number baby this is!

Eeek! Its scan day tomorrow. So excited to see bubba again just praying everything is ok 🤞🏼

I feel so rough today...hubs has already agreed to make me cheesy mash for tea. Feel like this long weekend has been dedicated to slothing!

I need yous to talk me out of something stupid 🙈😂 would any of you risk going to a concert 20 days before your due date? I must be bloody mad for even considering it!

@BuchananBaby depends on the set up and cost tbh, is it a seated event? Or standing in a crowd? If seated, I'd risk it, chances that baby will come that early are marginal. Do you have anyone you could give the tickets do that would enjoy it if you couldn't make it?

@BuchananBaby depends on the venue, if i could sit and keep space then yeah. I'd buy the insurance with the tix though just in case then have the option to cancel. Realistically its probs last chance for a night out!

@Mommabear20 and @Jampot36 they're sitting tickets right up the back which is probs a good thing 🙈 they're relatively cheap and I'm pretty sure I could resell them closer to the time if needed. DP was like yeah go for it until I told him he'd have to come with me as it's not his type of music 😂 I think I'll just book them as you said Jampot this will likely be my last night out for a long time 🙈

Yay glad I found this thread! Can't believe how quickly we're filling them up 😅. I'm 14+2 and pretty sure I'm feeling baby move now. With my daughter I first felt her around 15 weeks so quite early but I'm pretty sure! ❤️

@BuchananBaby seated I would, standing not a chance for me personally as I struggled with standing for long periods towards the end with DS.
