I know this is very early but I wanted to start a thread for those with a January 2023 due date.

I got my BFP 2 days ago and am about 4 weeks pregnant today. I already have a little boy born in November 2020 and I’m super excited for him to get a sibling but I know it’s early days and have had 2 early miscarriages in the past so slightly nervous too!

I really want to go to the EPU before I go on holiday 2weeks today, so I can make sure it's in the right place & put my mind at ease, as they suspected ectopic last time, & I wanted to go this week, but I'm not sure they'll be able to tell me much at around 5wks, which is why I'm gutted as thought I was going to be 6wks this wk & then you can see so much more on a scan

I'm the same as you @aquarius36 30th March was my period but I ovulated on cycle day 20 this month so literally the exact same as you. Days are definitely dragging especially as this point everything is a worry and seems uncertain xxxx

Pregnancy after loss is so hard , just constantly thinking what if and looking for signs but I'm really trying to affirm to myself that what will be will be , at the moment things are ok and that makes me happy . It's not in my control and stressing is definitely not going to do any good . It's in the hands of the universe !! Just really really hope we all have lovely , healthy pregnancies 💖

same, @aquarius36 - ovulated on day 20.
I’ve just been kind of running with 2 separate dates in my head almost a week apart 😵‍💫!
Did the midwife referral for the further along of the 2 as it only asked for lmp, and the nhs 12 week test window is quite wide anyway.
but, going off my ovulation one for looking at booking a private scan because I don’t want to miscalculate and not see anything & get all stressed.
known for 2 weeks now, and I’ve had a lot of stitch like pain, mainly left sided - not enough to have me self refer to epu yet, but enough that I’m very eager for a viability scan to check position.

and urgghh! Yes, my night shifts have broken me!! Came right at the time of the exhaustion starting. Still, probably need to tell work in the next week, so hoping I’ll not be doing any more for a while!! 🤞

@Hopesandrainbows I had really strong PMS like cramps from 4+5 until about 6w was constantly expecting to see blood every time I went to toilet as it felt so much like period but I think cramps are fairly normal..

@Moosh18 they tried abdominal with me but had to do Internal...then it took them ages cos baby was hiding and I was getting more and more stressed but it was there 🤣🙈

Got a 3+ on the CB digital this morning! Time is dragging painfully slowly. Can't believe I'm only 5 weeks, it feels like a lifetime since I found out.

The first day of my last period was 30th March too and all my apps say I’m 5 weeks + 4 so I’ve been going by that!

NHS pregnancy calculator says 5 weeks aswell!

So the nhs dates you roughly on last period, assuming you have a regular 28 day cycle it's normally a few days out, but if you know when you ovulated then your date is likely to a lot more accurate, so nhs are putting me at 7+3 but I know my cycles are longer and I ovulated on cycle day 30 so I'm actually only 5+3 x

@Hopesandrainbows oooh exciting, we are exactly the same then! Are you going to see if you can get an early scan? Have you got any symptoms yet? I'm starting to feel like the pregnancy bloat has started this weekend, just constantly bloated🙈 but I read that that's completely normal.

@MimiBeee Thankyou. Yes I agree, we have to stay/think positive. Everyday I'm wobbling, & I have to say to myself..... 'today you are pregnant'

@Becca65 so are you going to book a private scan then? I hope I've not confused everyone with my previous post about dates🙈 because I was certainly confusing myself🙉 what does the nhs date put you at? & what's the dates you're going by? Hopefully when you tell work they'll go abit easier on you🤞🏻

@HannahSpanna have you got an idea what cycle day you ovulated on? I hope I've not confused you wit my previous post🙈 I was originally going off my LMP aswel, but because I ovulate abit later in my cycle I'm not as far as I thought🥺

@Moosh18 god that's quite abit of a difference isn't it. At least if you have an early scan you know what dates they're going to roughly put you at then 😊

@aquarius36 Im not sure to be honest, my predicted day was around the 13th on my app but not 100% sure when I actually ovulated!
Are you going to book an early scan? I’m going on the 17th May, but have read on here they can date you 5 days out!

@aquarius36 I'm actually going to the EPU tomorrow to check my HCG levels and have a potential scan as had lots of cramping and my pregnancy test lines haven't really progressed. I am hoping it's OK but my gut has a bad feeling 😕 x

@aquarius36 I'm so sorry to hear about your previous loss. I bet your family and friends are so excited for you though! I'm desperate to tell mine but we live 500 miles away and I want to tell them in person, so I have to wait until June 10th when my family is coming to stay.

I haven't booked a Dr's appt yet, I'm new to the area so they were still processing my details when I called on Friday - I will be calling tomorrow to make one though. Do you have one yet?

So I went to the spa with my sister today and I had all my excuses lined up as to why I wasn't going in the steam room/jacuzzi etc and I'd called in advance to change my back massage to a facial..as soon as we arrived the receptionist said 'I see on your notes that you're pregnant' 😂 ffs haha.

Me too! So far anyway. I had scans at 8, 11 and 14 weeks with my daughter and my due date changed every time! 🤣

@Jenkster Ive been reading on other threads that your date can change so much with the scans 😂Just hoping it doesn’t go too close to Christmas!!

@HannahSpanna exactly. This is the first time I’ve ever hoped they put it back rather than forward, I don’t really want a baby in that limbo stage between Christmas and new year, as long as it’s January that’s ok! My own birthday is 8th Jan and my mums due date was Dec 31st. With my daughter, my waters broke on the eve of my due date.

@Jenkster Im exactly the same, would much prefer January!! I have a friends whose birthday is Christmas Eve and she hates it as it just gets forgotten about!
Itll be lovely if baby does come on 4th as your birthdays will be so close!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@aquarius36 yes got my 3+! So a nice start to the holiday. Just wish I could have some sangria and cocktails 😂. I'm 5w+3 today and still not got many symptoms. I actually want to feel sick, it would be really reassuring. Although I'll be complaining as soon as I feel sick 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️.

No @Moosh18 but I had a little pink after sex. From doctor google it seems normal although I'd too be worried can you call your gp? X

@hopingfor23 yeah I did after we had sex last time, but we hadn't this time it came out of nowhere, docs basically just said it can be normal or not.... "wait it out" 😩😩

@Moosh18 try and stay positive as the stressing won't change it. Can you ask for progesterone? Sending hugs hopefully it will pass as quickly as it came x

How is everyone symptom wise? My cramps are all gone and just tender boobs and very tired and hungry.

I am stepping away from the frers now but pretty annoyed with myself as I thought I’d get a 3+ today but didn’t - stayed at 2-3 despite this dye stealer 🤨 I Am 20dpo and 4w4 so will hold off til 5 w and hope it jumps 🙏🙏🙏
