I know this is very early but I wanted to start a thread for those with a January 2023 due date.

I got my BFP 2 days ago and am about 4 weeks pregnant today. I already have a little boy born in November 2020 and I’m super excited for him to get a sibling but I know it’s early days and have had 2 early miscarriages in the past so slightly nervous too!

Least we are all in the same boat 😂 tempted to bin them! I'll maybe do one again in a weeks time see if it jumps

@mrsgtobe97 I've got one left after or two! So will probably leave till Monday and then stop testing! Testing really isn't going to change any outcome is it :(

Even when j had my mc the lines stayed dark until the bleeding had started, so guess there would be other signs first 😩

Yeah it's difficult when you get to this stage cos no test can tell you 100% what may or may not happen! Fingers crossed we both have healthy pregnancies 🤞🏼

Hey ladies! Congrats on all your pregnancies!

I just want to say a very cautious hello. I got my first ever BFP yesterday at 4dp5dt (~9DPO) via IVF, and so it's still very early days for me. I have my beta blood test next week Wednesday and a scan two weeks after. I've never been pregnant before so I have no idea how my body will react to pregnancy but so far I don't have any symptoms (except cramps on 1dp- and 2dp5dt, which could have been implantation). I don't think I fully believe it's real just because we've been trying for so long so it's hard to be excited but I do hope that this is it.

My due date is 18th Jan 😊

My tests have started to get lighter. I'm 4weeks 6 days. Been waiting for a dye stealer but getting the opposite

@Hopesandrainbows hey! What day are they from and too? I don't actually think they are getting lighter x

@Moosh18 that's from 16dpo to 20dpo all FMU
Should they not be getting darker with a dye stealer? I am worried its not progressing xxx

Hi all, can I join? Got my bfp yesterday 😊 NHS website puts my due date at 12th Jan 2023. I already have a dc with a bday in Dec so winters are going to be expensive for us 😂

@Hopesandrainbows ah I wouldn't worry then!!! They say hcg doubles every 48 hours, so I'm four days you wouldn't see much progression, I stopped testing on FRER at 15 dpo but there wasn't much progression between 13-15 and in my last pregnancy my 15 was lighter then my 14 I will find pic and attach, x

@Hopesandrainbows so top is 14 and bottom is 15! And that pregnancy was fine DD is perfection! ❤️

@Kindofcrunchy 😂 at least it's over in one month!!! My due date I think is jan 7th but they will do a sectio at 38 weeks, which puts it at Xmas day!!!! So not sure when I will be...- this is if all goes well x

Been quietly watching since last week, and thought I'd cautiously say hello today 👋🏼

I had 2-3 on a digital last Tuesday (and had a dye stealer on an FRER on Thursday) but did another digital today and it's not changed. I'm 4weeks 4 days since lmp and 19dpo so thought it would say 3+ by now. Hoping I'm just being over eager and need to be a little more patient 🤞🏼

Loved following your journeys and tests so far 😌

That's so reassuring @Moosh18 perhaps not everyone gets these dye stealers- to be honest I had never even heard of them in my last pregnancy! 😅

@Hopesandrainbows I haven't had one on a FRER, I did stop testing at 15, been using easy at home since then! I'm 5+ 3 today I think and have just used my last test, shaking trying to not order more 😂😂

@Hopesandrainbows They all look the same to me dont worry! And I never had a dye stealer (I didnt test much though and had never heard of dye stealers til this thread!) And ive had healthy scan with heartbeat at 6+2 this weekend ❤

@Mac89 I thought it was at 5wk point or after that you usually get a 3+ so maybe just wait a few more days?

Was on the Nov 21 board but unfortunately we had a loss at 5 week. Fingers crossed 🤞 for a sticky rainbow baby. 🌈

Thanks for your reassuring comments 🤗 congrats everyone! I am going to the EPU tomorrow and will hopefully have bloods done. Was referred due to the strong pms cramps. Anyone else still having strong cramps (5 weeks)? Feels like I'm about to have a bad period! Praying to god this is a successful pregnancy for us all! Xxxx

@LC84 ooooh how exciting I can't wait to see a heartbeat as they say chances of loss are so much lower! We have a scan at 7 weeks privately, it's an abdominal one though so praying they can see 🙏🏻

Been manic my end & was out gigging with my son last night so catching up since Friday morning, here goes......

@plantflowersforbees did you manage to book your doctors appointment? Yes I've told my close friends & family, only because I've had a loss so if it happens again at least I can talk to them about it.

@Moosh18 I think the internet cheapies aren't the best for dye stealers. I've been using the One Step IC & they're dark but just staying the same but my FRERS are darkening🤞🏻

@Hopesandrainbows looking at your tests I don't think they've got lighter. I completely understand how anxious you must be feeling. Some people don't get dye stealers & their tests just don't go darker so let's hope that's what's happening to you. The main thing is they haven't got lighter 🤞🏻

@Kindofcrunchy congratulations on your BFP! Tell me about it, winters are expensive for me to!🙈 both my childrens birthdays are in Nov, one at the beginning & one at the end, then we have Christmas, then it's my OH bday January & then my current pregnancy would be due beginning of Jan🙉

@Mac89 congratulations on your BFP! I'm in the same boat as you. Got my 2-3 on a digital tues morning, so did another yesterday morning & still 2-3 so I'm leaving it until this tues & doing it again in the hope for a 3+🤞🏻

Wow that was a mammoth catch up! Hope you all managed to stick with it. I'm going to post now incase I lose this massive reply! But now I'm going to post with my own question & see if anyone can help me out.....

@Hopesandrainbows I've been getting cramps on & off but not horrendous. I just can't stop farting 🤣 a lot more than usual 🙈😂 I'm also struggling to go to sleep at night, & the last week I'm wide awake by 6am, & I keep getting random heartburn that only lasts a few seconds. But apart from that I haven't really got symptoms.
Glad you've got an appointment at the EPU tomorrow, which will hopefully put your mind at ease for a little bit.

So I'm abit confused...... how are you ladies dating your pregnancies?

If I go from the day of my last period (30th March) then I'm 5weeks & 5days

I know I ovulated around 18th April which was cycle day 20, so puts me at around 20DPO

I've downloaded a couple of pregnancy apps to predict EDD. & when you fill out the info it asks you for the first day of your last period & calculates it that way.
Well 3 of the apps say I'm 4wks 6days and another says 5wks. But if I go by my LMP i work it out as 5wks 5days🤷‍♀️

Please can any of you ladies tell me how you're dating yours or even better please try & tell me what you would put me at?🤯🤯🤯

did the apps ask for length of cycle or when you ovulated? I assume so with those answers

Take the date you ovulated , go back 14days, use that as last period, then count forward. That way is far more accurate than just counting from your last period, but most don't know when they ovulate.

Basically you were definitely 2wk 0d on 18th April, so go from there.

@XrayFish no the apps didn't ask length of cycle or ovulation day, only asked my LMP date. Gutted that I'm less than I thought then. No wonder I've barely any symptoms. Thought I was 6 weeks this wk but looks like I'll be 5🥺 I've known since last Saturday & it's felt like the longest week everrrr😣
