@Pinkfig My first pregnancy ended in MMC. During my second pregnancy (which resulted in my now 5 year old DD), I remember, around 6 weeks pregnant having an utter utter freak out because I was absolutely convinced the pregnancy wasn't going well because I had very few/no symptoms. I started getting some symptoms at some point - but didn't really trust that it meant anything as I'd had worse symptoms with my first pregnancy.
Well 12 week scan came around and there was a perfect little baby. I know how you feel - it's awful. I feel a bit like it this time around too tbh (I had no symptoms at 5-6 weeks, and now at 7 1/2 what I had had in terms of nausea seems to have abated again). But I am clinging on to the fact that
I am currently pregnant
I have not bled, I am not in pain
There is no normal when it comes to symptoms - they can come and go, they can never be there, they can be horrendous
An early reassurance scan in a few weeks might help you - I am considering one too. But either way, you are not alone, lots of people feel the same, and the most overwhelming liklihood is that baby is fine.
