@Sunshine8888 congratulations!! Lovely news. Hope you're recovering well.
@BabyFeb22 I had this with short femurs, and he's here now and his legs are fine. He measured normal for height.
What centile are you, or how many weeks are they measuring behind? Mine were between 3rd and 8th centile depending on the scan, and roughly two weeks behind. FMU said if there are issues, they normally measure very significantly behind, and not just a couple weeks. The FMU scan will examine for other markers, so the skeleton, the rib cage (babies with dysplasia apparently have narrow rib cages), bossing on the skull, bowing of the bones etc and the heart and kidneys. Short femurs on their own are not very reliable markers of any issues apparently. Good luck, the FMU drs are great and hopefully will put your mind at rest.
@becarefuloutthere I had back to back and it was painful but also okay. So if he doesn't turn, don't worry. Just to be aware, the contractions go down the front and also down the back, so it feels like you're needing to poop rather than in labour. Anyway for me active pushing was less than an hour and a half and I didn't need interventions or have tears etc. The midwives said afterwards (we didn't know he was back to back) that pain relief might need to be more sorted for back to back, so maybe have a think about what you might want in advance if he doesn't turn.
