Hi all I hope I've done this right.

@fejkalove just catching up I haven't noticed anything on my notes although my BMI is in over weight category too which was brought up by the midwife but they haven't seemed too concerned at scans. Let us know how you get on! I've got a growth scan on Monday as seeing a consultant so maybe they'll mention it to me then as well.

@luckygreenduck I've had morning sickness again too, when I first got covid last week my taste and smell went and the sickness seemed to go too but it's back with a vengeance the last couple of days!
Also been incredibly tired which I put down to covid but I think is just pregnancy!

@Bubbasmama2017 was it pink tinged? I had at 23 weeks some pink mucus and a light bleed and I panicked my midwife had a look and said that sometimes doing to much can dislodge a little but it should grow back. Mine was climbing up a really really steep hill. If you need some reassurance you can mention it to your midwife when you next see her. I've been having stabbing feelings down there as LO is on a nerve lol x

Bubbasmama2017 · 13/03/2022 20:03

@Kittycaz no it was just like thick gloopy yellowy stuff (sorry TMI but we're all going through this together lol) pretty sure it wasn't discharge as haven't had it since or before. That sounds painful! I've felt quit uncomfortable today with baby sitting in my ribs somehow. Love feeling her kicks & knowing she's happy inside but almost ready for her to come out I think! Obviously still have quite a few weeks to go!

@Sarah239 That's reassuring to know! Thanks for sharing! Xx

H0peing · 14/03/2022 14:35

@Kittycaz lol I'm on a strict diet for gestational diabetes so I'm planning to save myself a giant Easter egg for when she's born! Xx

H0peing · 14/03/2022 15:01

@YummyMummyXoX those outfits sound great! Please can you post a link to them? X

H0peing · 14/03/2022 15:05

I had my 32 week growth scan today. Thankfully, she seems to be growing well. The only thing that stood out to me was that her body was in the normal range but her legs were above the 95th centile! The sonographer even double checked the legs to make sure that her measurements were correct! Obviously the main reason for them checking was to see if my gestational diabetes was making her bigger than she should be and she was just over 4lbs so they are not concerned about her weight at the moment, thankfully. X

morphe · 14/03/2022 22:43

@RosettaTheGardenFairy my baby's weight was 1959g at my 32 week scan (done exactly at 32 weeks) so just a bit smaller. She seems to have slightly long legs and short arms, but still within a normal range.

@Kittycaz I'm missing treats on the GD diet so I'm looking forward to cake after the baby's born!

I've overdone it a bit today, just walking around taking my DD out but covered quite a few miles and some of it uphill. By the time we were back home I was having to hold on to furniture to move around the house and pull myself up to sitting from the sofa. Thankfully no sign of mucus plug though.

H0peing · 14/03/2022 23:06

@morphe Glad your 32 week scan went well. I'm definitely looking forward to a big slice of cake after depriving myself on rhe GD diet. I'm planning to have a huge slice of my favourite cake ready...red velvet.Xx

YummyMummyXoX · 15/03/2022 07:07

@H0peing so glad your scan went well that's good news. Mines next week just realised I will have had 5 scans and another 2 booked if I'm still pregnant for the last one eek. Of course I will link the outfits xx

The cakes sound so good can't wait for you ladies to get all your treats for doing so well with the GD 😍

My son had a fever, cough, headache and aches after school went from 36.6 - 38.6 after paracetamol hasn't eaten a thing forcing him to drink and he's been asleep for hours. So I'm chat in his chair last night and the baby starts kicking and I just think wow soon they'll be two wanting my attention not just my son having my undecided that's when it hit me I think. I've been up most of the night and have hospital today with specialist thankfully feeling ok, hoping there's some plan around delivery when I go back on 30th

Hope everyone is ok and recovering from Covid 💕

MrsMay19 · 15/03/2022 14:07

I just want fresh bread with pate and salami 🙈 I’m still really struggling with names! She is just going to be baby at this rate. Hope your all with your covid- I had it last year and it was horrible 🥺

Kittycaz · 15/03/2022 15:04

@MrsMay19 ooo chicken liver pate I missed it so much at Christmas this year 😋 tbh it's not been to bad my husband is quite ill with it fever, gunk on his chest, no energy all I've got is swollen lymph nodes. I let midwife know yesterday that we tested positive Saturday and she told me the warning signs and when to contact em.

I've noticed I've got a red mark under my bump I think it's the start of a stretch mark my husband joked and said our LO is trying to claw his way out x

YfenniChristie · 15/03/2022 15:33

Hey everyone! I'm currently sweltering in the office - can't figure out if it's me/the baby or the building (our heating is all over the place in work). 🥵

I think the baby has hiccups. Never felt them before, but it's a really rhythmic feeling (almost like a heartbeat) very low down! Is it what I think it is?

I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow and will have my next growth scan next Monday. Really looking forward to seeing baby again!

Bubbasmama2017 · 15/03/2022 16:38

@YfenniChristie I have that sometimes and assumed it was my blood going through the area but maybe it is hiccups! Always seems too rythmic to be kicks

@YummyMummyXoX Thanks for the links! Lovely outfits!Smile I Hope your son feels better soon. Xx

YummyMummyXoX · 15/03/2022 18:15

@H0peing he is much better today and going to school tomorrow. Lft was negative. Had my appointment and my birthing hospital has been changed to the specialist one I visited today! Which is a lot busier and understaffed but I've got to go where the care is specialist and safest for me and baby. They advised today that a ELCS is not recommended as it's major surgery and I'm not really fit for that as my main plan. So I'm glad I said I will only have one if it is a medical need recommended from a specialist consultant, which it wasn't.
Get all the info on the 30th about my induction and the plan going forward from the two consultants looking after me now.

Hope everyone is having a good day and feeling ok? X

Kittycaz · 15/03/2022 19:38

@YummyMummyXoX oooh exciting it does sound like your gonna be the first one of us to have your little one. At least with a specialist place they will have the right equipment and might be more used to your situation. Glad to hear your boy is getting better.
I am good I've been getting some very low punches today he's punched my cervix a few times which kinda feels like having your cervical smear test done I sent a bump update to my family and they think he's starting to drop but as am a FTM it's quite common for them to drop earlier so your pelvis has chance to adjust. Even though I can't wait to meet him I know it's probably gonna be more than another month.

YummyMummyXoX · 15/03/2022 20:01

@Kittycaz I don't think I will be! I think some of you ladies will come early naturally or induced before me with GD maybe? Either way I'm excited to hear the stories and see us approach the next step of the journey together 💕
I'm glad you and little one are well xxx

H0peing · 15/03/2022 22:03

@YummyMummyXoX Really glad that your son is feeling betterSmile It's seems like great news that your care will be specialist and best for you and your baby. Xx

Kittycaz · 16/03/2022 11:32

Hey ladies Ive made a start washing my LO clothes ready to go in his drawers. Am using non bio aldi pods and comfort fabric conditioner the white one. I'm just wondering if I should iron them before putting them away? I assume the heat will kill any left over nasties. Wanting to get hospital bags packed and LO's clothes sorted before end of month so in April I can relax and enjoy the last month x

@Kittycaz I've washed the baby clothes although I haven't ironed them. I've also packed the baby bag for the hospital and part packed my bag. (Only started my bag yesterday though)

YummyMummyXoX · 16/03/2022 18:08

Thank you @H0peing ❤️

@YummyMummyXoX I brought one the other day alongside some nursing tops they had on offer. I like the clip mechanism for easy access with breast feeding. George online are really good for maternity stuff x
