cece - glad you enjoyed ds concert it was dd1s yesterday and it was fab, dd2 spent her whole time stood on my knee shouting at her sister.

goingfor3 - congrats on your scan hun x

TwilightSurfer · 14/12/2007 19:45

Afternoon all. I've just received news that my HCG went from 41(CD26) to 1600(CD32) in six days. So I'm definitely pregnant!!

Okay.

Now what???

Healthy and Well
Healthy and Well
Healthy and Well

Now I will try NOT to think about the fact that just 36 days ago I had a miscarriage. I will consider myself lucky (and suddenly very fertile.) I will embrace my belly and enjoy the next 246 days.

B R E A T H

DonDons · 14/12/2007 19:55

Cece - sending you more hugs and thinking of you, Mr C and Hope. You've been so strong these last few days and it is all so unfair.

Congrats TS and welcome newbies - here's to an uneventful pregnancy for you all.

23 weeks now so onto 4 weekly MW visits........ can't quite believe I've got this far this time..

Healthy and well all

fettleandbabyfettle · 14/12/2007 21:17

Cece - big hugs to you. As others have said you are sounding so brave. I hope you are giving yourself time to grieve for beautiful little Hope.

Twilight - congratulations! as I've said before I had exactly the same situation as you, couldn't believe I conceived again within 14 days of miscarrying and it was all ok this time round, so keep thinking positively!

Waves to everyone else - who's the thread Grande Dame currently?

Take care all

becklesparkle · 14/12/2007 23:17

TJuice at hearing the heartbeat! I still love to hear it even though I get movement too!

Hi Fettle! How are you and babyfettle???

Grand Dame I think would be Bouncing (due 23rd) and then me (due 27th)! Mad4Girls was due on 4th Dec but hasn't posted since the end of August so hoping she is a) okay and b) enjoying lots of snuggle time with her new LO. Someone on the Due in Dec thread suggested she might have namechanged as she is expecting a boy but she has not come forward yet if she did!

Lots of positive Healthy and Well vibes to everyone!

fettleandbabyfettle · 15/12/2007 08:30

wow - we could have two Christmas day births!!!! How exciting?!

All well here. Can't believe that Toby is 12 weeks now! He is also such a lovely, easy baby. In the last 5 nights he slept through, apart from last night, when he woke at 5am just briefly, which isn't bad for a fully breast-fed baby! Compared to DD who didn't sleep through until at least 18 months, I keep worrying that something is wrong with him! - just goes to show that the worry never stops for us mothers!

He is playing Jesus in our town nativity scene today, so hoping that it is not too cold, or else we will all freeze. I always wanted to play Mary when I was a child, but I'm not so sure about filling childhood ambitions at 32!!!

HEALTHY & WELL EVERYONE!!

Bouncingturtle · 15/12/2007 09:02

Amazing - it honestly doesn't seem that long since Toby was born, time seems to have flown by so quickly!
38+6 today and getting very impatient!
TS - That is fantastic news - sending you sticky bean vibes!
Dondons - every day it does get easier but you still have a little worry niggling at the back of your mind, I know I still do. But you are over the halfway mark now

Cece - thinking of you during your sad time {{{hugs}}} to you and your family.

Good morning everyone. I haven't been on all week and am absolutely distraught to hear cece's news now I have logged back on.

Cece, everyone has, of course, said all the things I am thinking and feeling for you. I am sorry that I wasn't here to offer support earlier in the week. But you have indeed been incredibly brave and strong. Words seem so insignificant at a time like this. But hugs and love are surrounding you and yours at this sad, sad, time. xxxx

TwilightSurfer · 15/12/2007 11:12

Morning (or Afternoon in UK).

Fettle please don't think I'm a stalker but I read over some of your old Jan07 posts last night. It made me feel more confident about how things are going for me right now. Thanks for letting me know how similar our conceptions were. Just confirms (in my mind) that our body does know what it's doing sometimes.

Thanks for all the congrats ladies. I'm on cloud nine!!!

fettleandbabyfettle · 15/12/2007 17:48

I dread to think what I wrote a year ago Twilight!! Keeping everything crossed for you and everyone else on the thread that these are sticky, healthy babies!

take care all

ps Toby excelled himself today in his starring part of Jesus - wide awake, almost smiling lying in his manger, with no tears - despite the cold. He was wearing so many layers and there was a hot water bottle under the straw in the manger, that I actually think he might have been verging on the too hot!!

Bouncingturtle · 15/12/2007 17:49

Was Toby in a nativity play - oh how adorable!! Do you have pics?

Jossiejump · 16/12/2007 21:41

Hello all
Having logged on much recently, due to young Ben keeping me busy in the evenings (he's a bit of a velcro baby then, hence me typing with one hand)
TS-the lovely man I mentioned was conceived two weeks after my third miscarriage so I know exactly how you feel. Good luck

TwilightSurfer · 17/12/2007 00:19

Jossiejump nice to meet you. WOW I almost want to start a Quick Conception Club. Interesting you have a boy. So does Fettle. Makes me think I'll probably have a boy just because of the "timing" thing (sex&OV.) I guess I'll find out soon enough.

I have another OB/GYN appointment tomorrow. Bloodwork and Scan. I'll let you know how it went. I might even have a picture. If it's anything it will be a circle with a dot inside.

Bouncingturtle · 17/12/2007 07:55

Good luck with your scan, TS! Hope you get a nice pic

Jossie - how's you and Ben doing, both well I hope?

Cece - thinking of you, hope you are feeling a little better today. Please be gentle with yourself you are feeling very vulnerable.
