Congrats @ButtercupBlue on the scan, good news for now and we'll all be keeping our fingers crossed for your next scan.
@Gemster19 I'm doing ok thanks, had a scan a few days back and apparently baby is doing fine. We've told more people now though, so I'm now feeling anxious if it goes wrong we will have to tell everyone.
@Mancbear88 that sounds promising this time, but I understand your anxiety after two losses. I've been a wreck after one. The best advice I got from ladies here was to break things up into small milestones. The first would be when AF is due, then the cut off point for a chemical, then maybe seeing a HB or getting past the point previous losses, etc. Taking it one step at a time and not looking too far ahead made it easier for me to handle. Another thing I did this time around is I only took two pregnancy tests and I didn't take any digital ones as I think they're bad for my anxiety. I also stayed off social media for ages after my MC and during the beginning of this pregnancy. If you need support you will find it here!
@Bm741 sorry for your losses, I don't have much advice about loss of symptoms (hopefully someone else will) but I do know about lack of symptoms...I have had practically no pregnancy symptoms either with my MC or current pregnancy. Of course I worried that it was a bad sign, but I'm 16 weeks now and baby looked fine at a recent scan. So symptoms aren't necessarily telling. I also asked my MW whether I should contact them if I had symptoms and lost them, and she said no because it can happen and be nothing to worry about. I don't know if this helps at all, but at least you don't have long to wait until your scan now. Let us know how it goes!
