Hi Ladies. Can I join? I appear to fit the criteria ;) (joking). I am also early thirties, due late Jan. Eeks! I had a miscarriage recently, so I am keeping everything crossed that this one sticks around! Counting down to midwife booking appointment!!

@spttc when the two lines showed I did another one! Honestly I thought that I would be waiting another couple of months on the Clomid! But it’s worked, I’ve cried ran around! Honestly I am so relieved but so nervous! Think I might book an early scan as Clomid can make the chances of twins higher plus just peace of mind!

Thank you 😘 it's been a journey for sure. And I have experience of pregnancy and birth before and during a pandemic, and have had both a csection and vaginal birth (although micro preemie) so hopefully if bean is a sticky one and I get to stay then I can be of some help to you all.

I forgot say, I'm 35 next month. I got a positive last Tuesday at 8dpo (according to premom app, but going off my calculations I think it was probably nearer to 9/9.5) Anyone still testing multiple times a day?

@SemiFeralDalek I'm testing with the clear blue weeks and I'm still showing as 1-2 but I think that's due to me testing mid day after loads of juice lol! So will probably stop if and when I get to 2-3 weeks, that way I know it's progressing

Hi everyone, can I join in? I'm also due January 30th with my first baby and also feeling about a million different emotions! Did you all react how you thought you would when you got your positive test? I was really expecting to be super emotional and excited but I didn't really feel anything... it was just sort of like "ok that's cool" hahaaaa I think it was the shock though cause I just can't get my head around the fact I'm actually pregnant. Getting a little more excited each day but definitely just more worried and anxious at the min!

@Kayl23 I'm exactly the same! I had a chemical last year and was trying ever since & every period I was so upset. But when I found out a few weeks ago I've found it hard to be happy/excited. As if I'm trying to not get too connected as the anxiousness is taking over! Hopefully after first appointment can start to enjoy! Same for u! X

@SemiFeralDalek I did 4 tests in total so far, because the first one at 10 dpo was so faint I wasn't sure, I did a couple of the early ones to confirm and then another one just because I am obsessed...I have a lot of tests at home, I am trying to forget that but i'm sure at some point I will feel the need to do a few more....

@Kayl23 even though we really want this baby, both times I got the bfp i didn't feel the super excitement that I thought I would feel! But i am sure that i will feel much better when I'll notice some changes in my body or I see baby during the scan...

@bailey1802 I know what you mean, it's like a self preservation thing isn't it? I'm the same, but I think you're absolutely right and that it's something to do with being scared to feel the full emotion just yet. I'm still waiting to start my period and carry on as normal haha, even though I've done about 57907 pregnancy tests!

@EsseKey So strange isn't it! It's nice to know we're not alone feeling like that though. I'm hoping I get an early scan so if I do, at least I won't need to wait too long to see the little bean 🥰

I don't think I'll relax until (if) i get a baby who I get to take home. I won't be announcing anything until (if) after an anomaly scan either. But I will have an earlier anomaly scan at about 18 weeks, all being well.

I'm hoping to get a 2-3 ons digi tomorrow and a dye stealer of a frer

This is my first pregnancy but is anyone else waking up stupidly early and could eat a house?! I keep waking up and having to eat as I’m so flipping hungry

@Fraanne Yes! To both! Even woken up around 4.30am the last few days and then really struggle to get back to sleep, and when I do wake up I'm absolutely starving! I can't decide if the sleep thing is hormones or just excitement what do you think? Have you been eating more through the day?

@Kayl23 it’s so strange! This morning I was awake at 4 and had to get cereal just as I was so hungry! Went back up to bed thinking please I want to sleep and been awake since!

I wanted to say the sleep thing it’s excitement but this happened last week as well for me before I even knew! Must be hormones, I really need to sleep oh and find snacks which are quiet so I don’t have to get up 😂 not eating more I don’t think just get hungry really quick and easy dinner isn’t filling me up as normal!

Hi 🙋‍♀️ I'm due 27/Jan ( I think, nhs would date it 20th but cycles have been super long lately ). Baby #2 here

@Fraanne I've woken super early some days over the past week, that was definitely a firm issue of my first pregnancy though!

@Fraanne Oh wow haha you'll have to start keeping some snacks next to your bed 😂 I agree, I thought it would be too early for hormones to make so much difference but I think they must be! Did you have any other early symptoms? About five days after I ovulated I was reeeally emotional and cried at everything for two days then it went away again. I know that's so so early to get any symptoms but I literally never cry usually so wondering if that's when implantation happened and I had a surge of hormones or something 🤔

Is anyone else struggling to concentrate at work? I’m still working from home which makes getting distracted much easier, but I just find myself sliding off in to googling pregnancy stuff or on here instead of concentrating 😳

Yep, I'm walking up earlier than normal and sooo hungry!!

@OttilieKnackered same here, I am trying to re-focus by "allocating" some time for crazy googling and stuff like that, and try to be productive in the rest of the time :D

@DaisyBlu I had it all last week where I was up at 4am! Just thought I was going insane on the plus side the house is tidy!

@Kayl23 yeah I had awful vivid dreams, honestly really messed up! One of them that my mum was pregnant with my partner, I couldn’t talk to either of them for a good day 😂 but I thought it was because the Clomid but I think it might of been a really early sign!
