I know it's still really early and could still very easily go wrong but this is the furthest I've got so I'm just trying to be positive x

Daffodil21 · 06/08/2021 12:08

@treesall it's also a great sign it's slightly ahead!

I spent the whole time saying those exact words, and now here I am at 39 weeks with my section in 3 days. It can happen! You will get there ❤️

GreenGecko36 · 07/08/2021 13:32

Happy to report everything looked great at the scan - now measuring a day ahead so 11w1, lots of wiggling and stretching around 😁😁
Not long to wait for the official NHS 12wk appointment, hopefully this will tide me over until then!
Hope everyone else is doing ok x

Daffodil21 · 07/08/2021 13:41

@Blxo94 how did you get on yesterday? Hope all went ok...? ❤️

Blxo94 · 07/08/2021 13:55

Sorry guys, I've just been taking it all in from yesterday's scan.

Everything looks absolutely perfect, this baby has no anencephaly or partial molar detected at all. Im so happy! I was so sure something would be wrong. It's been the nicest pregnancy so far since my living son! I am now so excited for my 12 week scan on the 17th and I've never been excited. I'm always dreading scans! I started crying my eyes out and let out the biggest breath or relief when she said baby looks perfect 😭❤️ just can't believe it.

I'm very happy we all got great news we needed! PAL isn't easy at all, hopefully our journeys continue to be positive ones! Sending love to you all and congrats girls!

Massive congrats @Daffodil21 I hope you have been healing well and adjusting to your new life ❤️ I bet he is beautiful!

How is everyone else doing? I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and have my 12 week scan on Tuesday and I'm extremely nervous about it. I don't feel pregnant anymore! The past two days I've had no symptoms and I'm worried about it? Anyone else experiencing/experienced this at 12 weeks? Hope you are all well and babies are growing nicely x

GreenGecko36 · 15/08/2021 17:23

Hi @Blxo94, I'm in pretty much the exact same situation.
I'm 12w2 today, have my scan on Wednesday, and absolutely petrified.
Since the private scan last week my symptoms have dramatically reduced - breast tenderness almost gone, way more energy, sense of taste/food aversions almost back to normal, and no longer throwing up every day.
Trying to convince myself that it must mean that the placenta has developed properly hence the dropoff in 'feeling pregnant', but having 4 previous miscarriages out of 4 previous pregnancies it's so hard not to expect the worst.
Fingers crossed for all of us xx

HalGem99 · 15/08/2021 17:36

My symptoms would come and go in the early days. I remember poking my boobs every hour on many occasions because they had stopped hurting and I was thinking the worst. It's so hard but try not to over think it.

I have another growth scan tomorrow and a diabetic and then obstetrics consultant appointment so I'm at the hospital all day. I will find out more about the plan for labour tomorrow depending on the size of the baby so my anxiety is through the roof!

Hope you are all getting on ok xx

Blxo94 · 15/08/2021 17:40

@GreenGecko36 the fact that we are only 3 days apart ( I'm 11weeks 6 days today but just saying 12 weeks now haha) actually give me comfort and some hope that this could just be like you said the placenta doing its thing and that's why we are feeling more human ☺️! Will update on Tuesday after my scan! Hope we both get through our 12 weeks scan with no issues!

@treesall how are you getting on lovely?

And @HalGem99 let us know how you get on after hospital! When are you due? X

HalGem99 · 15/08/2021 17:43

Will do! I'm due 7th September. Xx
