@Cornflake24 this is the second thread of the JULY group

Cornflake24 · 20/11/2020 10:31

Hi all!

I'm 3 weeks and 5 days and due end July.
This is my third pregnancy following two MCs, would be lovely to have some people in same timeline!

fib11235 · 20/11/2020 11:08

39 and 1st pregnancy post ivf. Early scan this morning post 2 x episodes of bleeding at the weekend. Heart beat and yolk sac visible, 6w + 5d, due date 11/7. Very pleased.
Good luck everyone awaiting scans, I have a feeling there will be a few more joining us yet...

DressingGownofDoom · 20/11/2020 11:35

Hi everyone, I'm expecting DC2 on 25th July. Following 4 consecutive miscarriages so I'm taking progesterone and feeling nervy. I'll be scanned at the recurrent miscarriage clinic on 30th November when I'm 6 weeks so looking forward to that!

PurpleIsTheColour · 20/11/2020 16:02

Hi ladies, please can I join you🙂
Got bfp last Sunday at 10dpo and af was due yesterday so this will make me 4 + 1 today. Been trying for a year after a MMC so am really anxious with every symptom and little twinge. Had some cramps at 12dpo and been having nausea since then too and keep going to the loo at work to check for af. Had quite a lot of cm today so it kept freaking me out that af has arrived😭😭
🤞🤞🤞 for us all and our little bundles of July joy! 🤗

Kg87 · 20/11/2020 16:17

Finally had my early pregnancy scan today after waiting what felt like a lifetime since I got my BFP (only 2 weeks ago 😂) dr confirmed I’m 5+5 and managed to even see the heartbeat! She gave me photo of scan although there is barely anything to see except for the yolk sac 😅

Char899 · 20/11/2020 17:05

Heyy, does anybody know what’s the earliest you can have an external early scan? I’m thinking 8/9 weeks but does anyone know if you can see anything sooner?

Sleeeeeepy · 20/11/2020 17:13

Hi can I jump on? Got my BFP with number 3 earlier this week. Fingers crossed it sticks!! Are you supposed to report it to your GP? I can't really remember and there doesn't seem another option round where I am?

PurpleIsTheColour · 20/11/2020 17:22

@Char899, they can usually see on the external ones from 8 weeks but you can have the internal one earlier than that-I’m having one at 6 weeks. They always try to scan externally and if they can’t see will ask for your permission to do an internal exam x

spooner1 · 20/11/2020 17:38

@NamechangeTTC yes we are very similar!
I did BBT and OPK to identify my ovulation but i had very strong positive lines at 11dpo, so unless I ovulated before my FLO calculated...who knows!
That's exciting with your early scan! I've just got my 12 week scan date for Jan which is making things feel real but I'm still trying to keep myself level headed, I can be very pessimistic at times!

Char899 · 20/11/2020 18:01

@PurpleIsTheColour ah lovely thank you. I’ve just booked an early scan for 19th dec. Ill be a little over 8 weeks and hopefully I’ll be able to see a little more at that point :) just in time for Xmas!

Cornflake24 · 20/11/2020 18:36

@PurpleIsTheColour I have one booked on the 22nd so not far behind you

vjh83 · 20/11/2020 20:26

Hi all - this is my first time on mumsnet but I made so many good friends via social media with my son that I wanted to try it out again this time. I couldn't work out why I couldnt comment on the other thread and then realised it had filled up! Still shaking slightly from taking a test a couple of hours ago! I had a feeling I knew what it would say but it's still a shock seeing it in real life 🤣 we already have a 3 year old and had only thought we'd see how things go and here's the outcome!! Congratulations everyone and hope you are all feeling alright xx

mrsof20118 · 20/11/2020 21:17

Hi @Hopefulmummie. I've also had a reassurance scan and panicking as the crl didn't seem big enough for the average at this date. My consultant gave me the option of a rescan in one week or two so I've chosen to go back next week x

MillyJS · 20/11/2020 21:40

@spooner1 We have the exact same dates! I'm also 5 weeks today. I've booked a scan for 20th December when I'll be just over 9 weeks 🤞🏻

MillyJS · 20/11/2020 21:42

So sorry, I meant to tag @NamechangeTTC 🤦🏼‍♀️🙈 Can I blame baby brain yet?! 😂

NamechangeTTC · 20/11/2020 21:44

Oh that’s great @MillyJS

I’ve had a lot of pain today and diarrhoea. I’m currently on a drip. HCG 582 so too small to scan. Waiting for a plan.

cakecakecheese · 20/11/2020 21:47

I've got my first scan on Wednesday, at my IVF clinic, I'll be 7+2. I've been a nervous wreck for the last couple of weeks but I've calmed down a lot now.

Boredinthehouse12 · 21/11/2020 00:39

Hi ladies, I got my BFP a few days ago. According to LMP I’m 4 weeks today. I haven’t got any symptoms apart from mild cramping and the sensation to pee more frequently. I’m slightly nervous as I had a MMC in August. All being well this will be my 1st DC.

Here’s to happy, healthy pregnancy’s for us all!!!

happylittlechick · 21/11/2020 07:38

I've got no symptoms. It's weird as every other month I'm a total symptom spotter and I always think I'm pregnant even when I'm not trying.
Got my midwife appointment booked but annoyingly it's a phone appointment and they can't give a time or even a morning/afternoon. Not really good for work.

BKB27 · 21/11/2020 09:51

Hi ladies, hope you're all well. So exciting to see all the bfp! Currently 6+2. Sore feeling from my biibs has gone and I am freaking out! Having had a mmc and a second mc at 9 weeks I am constantly poking, prodding and googling. I know symptoms can apparently come and go, according to gggole anyway, has anyone else felt like this at 6 weeks. I dont really have any sickness feeling either just tired and heartburn in the evenings?

hippohippohippo · 21/11/2020 10:14

Hi everyone Smile

7 weeks here. Nausea started this week (not actually sick yet) and boobs getting even more sore (actually throbbing at the moment). Really grateful for no cramping or spotting etc, but a bit anxious today because this morning and last night I've had some strange on-off sharp pains in my lower back on the left hand side. Anyone any experience of these? Not sure if I should worry!

Agree with those saying its a pain that phone booking appointments cant give you a fixed time! Mine is on Tuesday and thankfully coincides with having the day off, although still hoping to not just be sitting about all day!

AliceinBunniland · 21/11/2020 10:16

@BKB27 I think it is common for symptoms to come and go plus not everyone gets morning sickness. I would say my nausea has been mild but I have been exhausted this past week. The last couple of days I have felt fine though. I am 7+3. I felt fine at about 6 weeks too and the boob soreness was up and down.

I think it is a worry until you have a scan and hopefully see everything is okay. I had a 40 week loss with DC1 so I understand being anxious after a loss 💗

AliceinBunniland · 21/11/2020 10:19

@hippohippohippo I have occasional aches and pains and twinges in my abdominal area and back but I think it's normal to have cramping and stretching and usually fine as long as not severe.

I have a fixed time for my booking appointment so it must vary by area.

BKB27 · 21/11/2020 10:24

Thanks @AliceinBunniland. It is difficult to manage anxiety when finally pregnant after a loss. Its a little comforting to know the soreness comes and goes. Have an early scan next week through the ivf clinic so fingers crossed 💙
