@bubblybon20 yayyy! Hopefully get mine soon now

bubblybon20 · 13/08/2020 11:16

@ew1990 still feels forever away 🤣 I got a D negative card though as well. On the letter it says after a miscarriage I should of had an injection 😱 but obviously I didn't 🤦🏻‍♀️ now I'm stressing myself out a bit too much!

ew1990 · 13/08/2020 11:58

Ooh @bubblybon20 no i never had one either. I did mention I need anti d injections and she never mentioned anything to me. I asked about it when I was having medical management and they said I didn't need it then

SkyBlue20 · 13/08/2020 12:23

Ahhh yay to your scan date, @bubblybon20, less than three weeks to go!

How was your booking appt, @ew1990?

ew1990 · 13/08/2020 12:28

It went well. They've just set up there so I'll have mt weight done at my scan. They be sent urine off coz there was traces of protein. And they couldn't get my bloods so gonna go to the hospital Monday to have them done.

They were lovely it was nice to finally have it and get my pregnancy notes

JennyMY · 13/08/2020 12:33

@ew1990 Glad your appt went well - it's so good to get those notes isn't it! 😊

bubblybon20 · 13/08/2020 12:37

@ew1990 yeah on the letter it states it, but I did google and it says only after 12 weeks would you need it apparently! Nearly panicked myself then!

Glad you're appointment went well, think it makes it real when you're actually talking to a midwife! 😀

@SkyBlue20 still feels forever away haha, but il be 14+1 then going off my private scan, but if not 13+1. So hopefully be nice! I just can't get out my head a fear of going and there's no heartbeat. I mean I seen baby when I was 9+6. And I think if anything was to happen now it would be even worse than my mc in April.. purely because I've seen hands and feet kicking about on screen 😔

Hopefully you both get your scan dates through soon!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

RosieJess91 · 13/08/2020 12:43

I still havent heard back from the self referral yet, bu5 it did say it could take up to 10 days and it's only been 3. I just worry because I have to be seen more than normal mum's to be, because I have to have a special cardio midwife to make sure my heart doesn't go funny while it Labour. Figured I would have heard because of that...

SkyBlue20 · 13/08/2020 12:50

Glad it went well, @ew1990! I realised that I didn't get my weight and height done yesterday (but he did mention a few times that I clearly have a 'good' BMI so I don't know if he just assumed?!) and they also didn't do the pollution test thing I had last time, can imagine that's Covid related as it was blowing in to something.

I don't get my notes until my scan - they keep them now so they can update them with the results from the bloods and then pass them on to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

ew1990 · 13/08/2020 13:20

Yes @skyblue20 they told me they don't do the carbon monoxide testing because it's blowing air and they don't want to with all this covid going on

Wishful30 · 13/08/2020 14:51

Glad to see you're all doing well ladies 🥰

Sorry if this is tmi... but I thought I'd give you an update.
Still cramping a bit but nothing like yesterday. They really came to a head yesterday and were worse than af cramps.
Very little brown discharge but a few brown stringy bits Envy

This morning I woke up to a small amount of dark brown discharge and a larger brown stringy bit yuk! Again it's subsided along with the cramps. Still there but nothing in the small pad I'm wearing.
(Expecting a massive surprise from belated af soon)

I felt 'empty' this morning if that makes any sense. 🤷🏻‍♀️ like is been really bloated and cramping and now it's all gone. Weird.

I'm going to test in the morning but will be super shocked if it's positive.
Treating myself to a small coffee. Confused

I have an autoimmune issue and I'm thinking my immune system is likely getting involved with a 'foreign body' type situation.
I have yet to get my referral letter for fertility but I'm speaking with a Dr regarding the autoimmune soon so 🤞🏻 I may get put in some good immuno suppression meds soon.

Thankyou all for being such a positive, supportive group! It's helped so much to be able to talk to people who 'get it'
I will let you know my outcome in the morning xxx

SmileyT · 13/08/2020 18:11

@ew1990 OMG 56cm and just over 4lbs I actually can't even imagine what that looks like 😂 I think babies were smaller years ago (this is not a fact just an opinion I have based on a small sample of my family 🙈) glad booking appt went well x

@SkyBlue20 I also had a terrible nights sleep and was exhausted all day, I kept having the most crazy random dreams and OH said I kept waking him up to tell him 🤷🏾‍♀️ ahh I love your midwife and I've never met him 🥰

@RosieJess91 I called up the appt booking office as I never received my letter and they actually had the date so may be worth a call after the weekend x

@Wishful30 I'm sorry you are not feeling hopeful but if this little bean hasn't stuck you definitely have some positives to look forward to with getting a referral to fertility, although I know it won't stop the sadness now x

So ladies I had a bit of a panic today with lack of symptoms and having a somewhat flat tummy in the morning (I know stupid as probably just because I actually had a rare BM 🙈) but anyway I panicked OH and he suggested we move our next scan forward to today so just got home from that and got to see my little bean again still measuring exactly perfect on dates ❤️. The sonographer was the best I've had showed us so much; looked at ovaries, showed what side I ovulated, corpus luteum, yolk sac, placenta, where the buds for limbs were and also little bean wriggling around ☺️ only 8w5 but this is further than I got last time so definitely giving me some hope x

bubblybon20 · 13/08/2020 18:40

@SmileyT that's a lovely scan pictures!! 😍 they also told me about what ovary I ovulated from! Weird isn't how they can pick up things like that!! 😱

Smilingdonkey · 13/08/2020 18:41

Who else is so over this heat? It's ruining my summer!

Smilingdonkey · 13/08/2020 18:44

I'm so sorry you are going through this @wishful30 ... 🤞 For you tomorrow xxx

Nep2020 · 13/08/2020 19:47

Hi everyone, I had a mmc found at my 12 week scan in April that didn't complete until 20th June! I am currently 5-6 weeks pregnant, I had an early scan yesterday that showed the sac and the yolk but no heartbeat with it being so early. This morning I've had very light brown discharged and I'm feeling a little heavy/niggles down there. Has anyone had this where it hasn't turned out to be bad news? I just feel like this is going to end up the same as the last but really hoping it won't.

bubblybon20 · 13/08/2020 20:03

@Smilingdonkey me! This heat is driving me mad 😫😫

@Nep2020 sorry about your loss,as it's brown blood it could be nothing, as longs it's not bright red! A few people on the thread have experienced this! X

Furbabymum15 · 13/08/2020 20:20

Hi ladies please can I join, got my BFP today. I have had 2 previous mmc most recent in May at 12 wks xx

Workingmama1 · 13/08/2020 20:34

Hi @Nep2020 @furbabymum15 welcome!

@smileyT lovely scan photo, good that you could get your scan put forwards. Will you have anymore or wait until your 12 week scan now?

@ew1990 glad your booking appointment went well!

@Wishful30 thinking of you, i know it must be tough seeing that discharge and wondering what is going on.

I've been feeling a bit crampy this evening which has freaked me out a bit, even though I know it can be completely normal! Hit another mini milestone today at 6 weeks (although according to my scan on Monday I'm not 6 weeks until Saturday but refusing to go back days until its confirmed at 12 week scan!)

Nep2020 · 13/08/2020 20:44

@bubblybon20 Thanks, I just can't wait to get a stage where I feel a little more at ease. How far along are you?

@Workingmama1 Thank you.

Wishful30 · 13/08/2020 20:46

@Nep2020 so sorry for your loss.

I had to fight to be seen with my last loss as my bloods were perfect. They finally saw me at 6weeks. Everything was 'normal' size of sac ect but I had a big haematoma. I had to wait 2 weeks for a re scan where the haematoma had gone down enough to see my baby had stopped growing very very early on. Stupid body and hormones didn't get the message!
I was given options of waiting, or taking some tablets to get it over with. So I took the tablets. So hard and heartbreaking. I really feel for you.
It's so unlikely to see a heartbeat under 7weeks. If they won't re-scan you, there are many places that do private scans and they really aren't that expensive!!

I am currently just over 4weeks so I feel no point in speaking to my gp yet, as a blood test will prove nothing for me personally.
Cramping on/off with some yucky bits so I assume the same is happening again for me.

I really hope you get another scan soon and can see that everything is fine. It's such a slow worrying process for us all, it's so unfair.
Sending hugs and positive thoughts. Xx

Wishful30 · 13/08/2020 20:49

@Workingmama1 thanks.
Tugging and pulling kinda cramps again tonight. More right sided. 🙄

Assuming if it were ectopic cramps wouldn't go away for nearly a day and come back again.
It was just general all round cramps yesterday to be fair 🤷🏻‍♀️

Who knows... I certainly don't 😂

bubblybon20 · 13/08/2020 20:56

@Nep2020 hopefully all will be okay for you, it's such a nerve racking wait.. and it's so much harder after a loss. Just try keep positive!
I'm 11+3. But still feel as nervous as I did when I found out 🤦🏻‍♀️😫🤣

ew1990 · 13/08/2020 21:01

@wishful thinking I had blood on Friday night. Quite a lot. Scan on Wednesday showed everything was fine. And my tugging and sides pain that was quite sharp turned out to be cysts on my ovarys.

Just trying to give you a bit of reassurance.

Welcome to the new members and sorry for your losses
