@Taylortyler I'm also convinced on what I'm having and I think it's another boy. Aslong as baby is happy and healthy then I don't mind.

@Taylortyler and @EmzG20 I'm convinced we're having a boy! No reason at all. First baby, so no pattern. DH is convinced it's a girl.

Yes apparently if you get acne, more mood swings, more morning sickness, and crave sweet things in your first trimester its a girl,

If you have shiny skin and hair, crave carbs and have fewer symptoms its a boy!

I have 2 boys and had no symptoms the first trimester I didn't realise i was pregnant.

If course its all old wives tales, i'm having bad sickness this time, but i m convinced its a boy, our family don't do girls there are 11 grandchildren all boys!!

I don't know if it's because I'm still wfh and not doing a lot but does anyone feel like time has never moved so slowly?! 3 weeks still until my 12 week scan. I found out I was pregnant a little over 4 weeks ago and that feels like bloody months ago.

@Aurora124 you say that! But there's this YouTube family and she was more sick with her boy than she was with her girls

Thank you guys! I'm a bit all over the place this morning, thinking of the worst but hoping for the best. Feel sick to my stomach (sadly not pregnancy related :( ) will keep you guys posted x

@DSP21 I have booked a private scan as my lack of symptoms has me thinking it must be another MMC. Figured I need to know then I can get things sorted and prepare myself for going back to work in three weeks rather than sitting it out and needing time off. Think deep down I know but hoping I’m wrong.

@Oldermum80 living in limbo is just so horrible. I just want to get on with my life either way. When is your scan booked for?

Hi everyone can I join? Due March 19th. A bit of a surprise for us but a pleasant one nonetheless

@DSP21 I know. The two week wait for me was the worst but I knew there was no hope and I just wanted the closure.
It’s on Sunday, not until late though and 90 minute drive so we will probably make a day of it, then I’m distracted rather than sitting home fretting. I’m petrified but at least I will know.

@Oldermum80 I know how you feel, I'm just trying to fill the time at the moment. Hospital isn't too far so just chugging on some water

@ValidUser thank you, me too, but there’s just too much similarity to my last miscarriage. Any mild signs I had that could be pregnancy related haven’t seemed to progress.
I am not as obsessively checking my boobs and testing with the spare strips I have and just taking each day as it comes. I can’t change anything and I just have to keep telling myself I will cope as I have before.

@Oldermum80 I'm sure everything is going to be okay! Symptoms don't always mean anything not everyone gets them! Just stay positive x

My over the phone midwife appointment was cancelled today due to sickness so rebooked for tomorrow. They have also booked me in for a blood test with my GP next week.

What is this initial blood test for? Can anyone tell me? X

I've got my booking appointment tomorrow can someone tell me what to expect?

@BabySweet85 I believe it's any std that would harm the baby and I believe they look at the hormone levels too but I'm not sure

@BabySweet85 I've got mine booked for Friday, they said it was to check for HIV, hep b and syphilis! Probably more things but that's all I remembered.

@chloxhunt at the booking in call they just went through general health history, asked if you've got any of the conditions xyz, family history, any history of domestic abuse and my favourite are you related to the baby's father 🤣
