Hi all!

I’ve just found out I’m 6 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby! I have PCOS and this is a complete surprise! My due date is saying 4th March! Anyone else in March?

Morning ladies, all so exciting! Sorry Asha, I don’t really use Facebook much 🤦‍♀️ we’ve just booked an early scan for Thursday - nervous as I know it’ll be an internal one as I’ll be 7+4. Then I worry if I can’t even manage that how am I going to cope with a whole pregnancy and then birth?!

Have you guys told family etc yet? We’re thinking of telling after the scan (assuming it goes okay). Know it’s early but would likely want them to lean on if something went wrong anyway. Still no real symptoms for me, unless you count a mad desire for a tango ice blast! Little bit of nausea between evening and dinner but that’s about it. Knackered but as I’m a teacher and it’s end of term that might just be the timing!

@Porcupette we have told close family and a couple of close friends. As you say if something happens want to be able to say why we are upset and have some support. Whole family has been waiting with us for 18 months. They all appreciate its only early days though

@Porcupette not told family yet, probably won’t until 12 week scan. Same with work, although maybe tell them earlier so I get my appointments paid

We’ve told a handful of people. I have my first appointment with the gyny on Tuesday which will hopefully include a scan.

Does anyone else get hungry nausea? As soon as I’m slightly hungry I start feeling sick. I actually feel my best in the morning. After breakfast I’m fine. But by lunchtime I’m mad mad hungry and dinner time. I have been eating little bits in between But the nausea just gets worse throughout the day. By 6/7pm I feel so sick and my stomach hurts. Like it feels stretched. Is that normal?

I'm 34, five weeks three days pregnant with this our first.

I've had on - off very mild cramps for literally the last five weeks - (this stops at some point right?) A little spotting, sore boobs and sleeping veeery well, but that's about it for symptoms so far.

I'm due March 20th (which is both mine and my dad's birthday!) and I'm from the UK xxx

I’m over the moon i found out I’m pregnant last Thursday. Looks like my due date is 27th March.

I’m 40 and this is my first baby (and pregnancy). It’s taken me this long to find my OH.

I’m in a daze right now, was my 2nd month of trying and I’m just elated - didn’t know if I was able to fall at my age!

Just had very sore boobs at the moment.

Hi everyone, congratulations on all your BFPs, I’m 12DPO so super early and amazed. Will be due 31st March so cutting it fine and based on ovulation I actually think it will be moved to early April.

@Sbej325 I feel pretty similar - I’m eating pretty much constantly to manage the nausea, and I find dinner the hardest to manage. I’m mostly just eating a fairly ridiculous amount of toast

@Nikkih79 Looks like our due dates must be similar! I had a private scan this week and they’ve estimated at 5-6 weeks, so not as far along as we thought, and were currently working on a 28th March due date.

@babytee21 not going to lie, I went out and bought wotsits after seeing your post! I mostly have a craving for blue slushies but they’re proving impossible to get right now!

For anyone thinking about having a private scan I’m happy to share my experience. We booked for what we thought was 7+4 so it was an internal scan, but it turns out we weren’t as far as we thought. They’re estimating 5-6 weeks, as the little tadpole is 3mm long but they found the heartbeat! We got a photo which tbh just looks like a smudge but I just wanted some reassurance it wasn’t all in my head, so I’m really glad we went. The scan itself didn’t hurt, though it felt very weird and it kept making me laugh which then would lose the image!

@Porcupette great! Sounds positive. I’ve been looking into getting an early scan, I have no symptoms really apart from sore boobs but even they come and go so I get myself so worried that something is wrong and think this would give me some reassurance. I’m just so impatient too I can’t wait another 3 weeks for my booking appointment!!

anyone else nausea come and go? Mine really eased off for a week and then Saturday I felt amazing, I felt normal again. Sunday, bang nausea back again and today
I’m 10 weeks 5 days.
