Hi guys! Just found out were expecting. Very early but have no one else I can compare symptoms or questions with. Also thought it would be nice to follow pregnancies together. Expected due date should be the middle of March!

@bubblybon20 My boobs aren’t constantly hurting, they seem to come and go. So not always a bad thing! I keep checking them😁 sad I know but I had a chemical in May so I’m really paranoid at the moment!

bobloblawlawblog · 09/07/2020 20:41

Anyone else got mega spotty? My skin has been bonkers the last week. Has totally changed.

Rainbow1808 · 09/07/2020 20:43

@bobloblawlawblog I’ve come out in a load of spots on my shoulders🤔 Not very attractive😁 But I’ve never had them before so putting it down to being a symptom😂

Cwhw · 09/07/2020 20:47

@sussexbysea my scan is because I've had private fertility treatment. Usually nhs won't scan you unless they have concerns. Hope that helps Smile

bobloblawlawblog · 09/07/2020 21:05

Mine are mainly chest and back with a few chin ones thrown in for good measure. I can remember this happening with DS3. I just can't remember how long it bloody lasted for!

Yes! My forehead is like a dot-to-dot with really red, sore, angry spots. Been like that for a week or so now, hoping it disappears soon but also aware that if it does I’ll worry 🤦🏻‍♀️
JASPERVV · 09/07/2020 21:27

@Sussexbysea I’m paying for scans due to previous MMC. X

Sussexbysea · 10/07/2020 06:34

@Cwhw thank you. I’d love to know how far I am, the wait will be LONG XX

Sussexbysea · 10/07/2020 06:35

Morning all, I tested this morning (again)

Sussexbysea · 10/07/2020 06:36

Cont.... and I used a digital CB one. 3+ weeks. I wish they went further than that time and could detect how pregnant I am.

I wake up every morning smiling and feeling a bit sick 😂 but I love it xx

SmileyT · 10/07/2020 07:00

@Sussexbysea ooh that's exciting as you though you'd guessed you were only 20dpo or something didn't you but must have caught nearly a month ago 🙌🏾 are you going to get an early scan? x

Sussexbysea · 10/07/2020 07:32

@SmileyT oh I know. I know the day we would have conceived. It was also the day I said that I’ll start the pill and my tablets the next day because there’s no way I’d end up pregnant. Funny how things turn out isn’t it

ALew15 · 10/07/2020 07:58

@Sussexbysea I've test every day since Monday😂 I wanted to see the line progression. This is today's (bottom pic) compared to Monday's (top) got CB weeks indicator coming at the wkend. I am 4+1 today I think

Congratulations everyone :)
i think i'm 6+3 and have my first midwives (phone) appointment next Thursday.
i think i'm still a little paranoid its not real? I took 2 tests and the doctors are happy to accept that, and i have had mild symptoms like my boobs and the very occasional nausea that was really strong at 4 weeks but has since disappeared which had me googling whether that was a bad sign. I think i need to stay away from Google haha.

How are you all coping not telling anyone/everyone?

Sussexbysea · 10/07/2020 08:13

@ALew15 my test was a strong left line and a weaker but still visible right line. Not sure what it meant. Googled it and it said it was a good sign. But I guess the CB test I took this morning is the best sign of all

Sussexbysea · 10/07/2020 08:18

@Bb90 I want to tell parents etc but my parents will be ok and be pretty about it. The other set of parents will be a nightmare and it’ll be the only thing the ever talk about. It’s sweet but when it’s early days and things are a bit wary sometimes it’s not something you want to talk about all the time

SmileyT · 10/07/2020 09:19

@ALew15 we are due date buddies then due around 18th March... 15dpo now so 4w1, I haven't done another FRER yet 😬

@Sussexbysea yeah that's definitely a good sign it's because you're so far along that it is pulling the dye, I think around 6weeks the early detection tests get a bit weird as they can't deal with the level of hcg 🙌🏾

Sussexbysea · 10/07/2020 09:38

@SmileyT oh really? I don’t think I’m that far gone but I’m around 4/5 weeks.

Xx

SmileyT · 10/07/2020 09:44

@Sussexbysea well if you are 3+ then that's at least 5 weeks as you have to add 2 weeks to the CB weeks test so means you ovulated over 3 weeks ago if it's accurate 👌🏾

Welliesandwishes · 10/07/2020 09:44

Hi everyone. I have just found out we are expecting. I think I am 5+2 and have been having hot flushes and waves of nausea. I don't remember this with my first 2. I have emetaphobia so getting quite worried 🙈 will call the GP this week but any nausea tips greatfully recieved!! Seems early to be feeling sick x

Rainbow1808 · 10/07/2020 09:52

@Welliesandwishes I have emetophobia too and I’ve been a nervous wreck when I’ve been feeling sick😁 I was never sick with DS just felt it so I’m hoping it’s the same this time round!

Welliesandwishes · 10/07/2020 10:01

@rainbow1808 it's awful isn't it 😭 have you tried anything to help? Think I'm going to order some wrist bands off amazon. How many weeks are you? X

Rainbow1808 · 10/07/2020 10:05

@Welliesandwishes Yep it is☹️ I’ve not tried anything yet but I’m thinking of doing! Someone recommended one of those bands so I’ll have a look at them. I’m 6 weeks tomorrow what about you? X

Rainbow1808 · 10/07/2020 10:06

@Welliesandwishes Oh just seen your previous comment x
