@BS9790 I go swimming to the gym 3 days a week, it's a less than 10 minute walk away. I've noticed that I set off at my usual pace and before I get to the top of the street I have to slow right down, and by the time I've walked about 5000 steps (in the day, it's only about 3.5k to the gym and back) my back and the ligaments in my sides are starting to hurt.
You can get bump supports that might help - I got mine from the physio years ago when I was pregnant with DS, but you can buy them online. There's a few different types - JoJo do one that's about £13, that seems quite lightweight support, and then there are others like this that are more heavy duty. That's the type I have, and sometimes it's a bit much. There's one section that fastens under the bump, and then two further Velcro sections that can be pulled either under the bump or around the back, depending where you need the support the most. If you think they might help, I'd recommend doing some research to see which would be better for you.
@Zoey36 at least we're not the only ones, then! DH and I went through the names the other chose, and came up with 3 that we both don't hate. That's the best we've been able to do so far...
@AlviesMam you will never stop worrying, even when she is grown up and has a family of her own
