Catching up - TTC after miscarriage part 2

Hi Ladies, here is our part two for pregnancy after miscarriage. X

@FireflyGirl, yes I am tall. I know bumps come in all shapes and sizes but its not helpful when everyone you see says "you're not very big yet are you" 🙄 so annoying ha!!

@BecsterG, I actually have a growth scan before my midwife appointment where they will measure me... Everything's a bit backwards lol. So will see what they say then 😁 am sure he's growing just fine really! Oh no for the sciatica etc... I still don't feel pregnant the majority of the time, just starting to get tired mid afternoon now - first time in pregnancy I've struggled with tiredness!

7pm and no movement yet today... Another stressful day 😞😞 Get a feeling this baby is going to be a monkey.

@BS9790 I've had a quiet day today and no movement at all really. Don't know what to do, do I ring in or not it's so stressful I've just been out for my birthday meal and couldn't enjoy it because I'm thinking and waiting for her to move.

I've been up ALL night... Had a couple of little taps around 3am but nothing strong. I'm supposed to be having our 3d scan today and I'm too scared to go now 😭

I'm 27+1; hospital won't monitor until 28 weeks so no point phoning them either, it's just awful!

@BS9790 thank you :) ... I counted ten light kicks before bed and that was is it really. She is so low into my pelvis though and midwife seems to think her back is against me so could be why but not sure.

Oh is it today!! Please send ur pic! 😍 don't worry I think our placentas play a big part in movement so all will be ok xxx

DH and I have decided to get a 4D scan done, probably when I'm 29 weeks. He's been reluctant because of CV, but I think it will help us bond.

I pulled out the emergency trick this morning... pancakes with Cadbury dairy milk chocolate spread for breakfast and a glass of orange juice!! Then laid on my side listening to music. He's just done 15 minutes of tap dancing 🤣 little tinker...!

All seems OK 😊 baby still measuring big, they only measure HC, which was 88th centile... Putting him at 29+2... I'm 27+1! Eek! 🙈

He was moving and wiggling constantly, I just can't feel it!

And oh my goodness congratulations @MilsCookie how incredibly exciting, what a gorgeous ring!! You must be so pleased!!
@AlviesMam and @bs9790 I have similar with movements and its too early to ring up about them being reduced here too. Some days they are going for it all day, and then the next they are so quiet! Its all I can think about and completely ruins the day. I have started to see movement from the outside now, and have seen some when I haven't felt it so I guess they are moving in there. Today they have been sat on my bladder kicking it all day which has not been fun!! I think everyone worries about this stuff, but ours is exacerbated because we are expecting worst case...im sure im bound to end up being a super neurotic mum 😬

@BS9790 oh my goodness those scan photos are so incredible, That second one is brilliant especially! He looks very cute too 🥰. High centile babies are the good ones, strong and healthy, and also they are never as big as they say anyway!

@whiffle77, yes sometimes I can feel them from the outside but wouldn't have known if my hand wasn't there!
I'm a massive worrier, I'm going to be a nightmare!!

@BecsterG, yes so amazing. We've got a few little clips of him pouting and rubbing his face lol. 😍

@champooPapi... I like that thinking. I'm hoping at my growth scan next week they'll give me more detailed measures but I'm mentally prepared that he's going to be a bit of a chunk 😂

@BS9790 aww love that. We got some nice clips too although so movements like your wee man.

Morning ladies, tentatively joining you from the ttc thread! I got my bfp last Wednesday and according to LMP will be due around 11th April! I’ve miscarried last October, February and then March so feeling absolutely sick with nerves but today at least, I am pregnant so going to embrace it! I’ve just left a message with EPU to arrange a scan at 6 weeks and might also ask if they will check my bloods. Did anyone else have this done in early pregnancy? Anyway lovely to be with you all again 😊

Welcome @scrumdiddly123, and tentative congratulations! I have everything crossed for a sticky bean for you this time, April is the best month for a birthday although I may be slightly biased

@scrumdiddly123 amazing your here! Was so pleased to see your update on the other thread and I too obviously have absolutely everything crossed this one sticks. You have been through so much. I was actually born on the 11th of April myself, spring babies 🥰

@SunnySideUp2020 I'd say after the 20 week scan when the bump actually officially cane into force , I'll update actually as it is getting rather large now 😬
