I have just eaten the biggest bowl of pasta! My hunger today has been unreal! Definitely feeling it on the waste line!

10+6 today, goodness the days go slow, don't they?

Feeling much the same, pretty good overall with sore boobs still but otherwise not much discomfort. Have been weeing a lot though. Oddly that started in very early pregnancy, then eased of at six or seven weeks and now seems to be back.

I'm glad your feeling good, I still can't shake of the exhaustion. 2 weeks can't come soon enough

@Baba11 oh I should have said I'm still knackered most of the time. It's the same every day, I'm fine in the morning but come 2 or 3pm I want a nap. Fine on weekends but not an option in work, so I'm just sat there all afternoon concentrating on keeping my eyes open!

Does anyone know any good preg yoga videos? I haven't done yoga for a little while, but used to go quite regularly. Thinking it would be good to get back into it!

I love the app prenatal down dog yoga. They do 2 weeks free trial.
You can adjust each session to focus on different parts of the body, length and intensity of class and get a fresh class every time. I think it's brilliant.

I'm 11+3 by lmp but 10+1 by ovulation.

Having bets with my husband what I'll be at the scan. He thinks I'll be ahead even of my
Lmp I think it's twins 🤣 obviously a tad on the bumpy side.

But yeah days dragging and feeling bloody awful.

@BabyG123 when is your nhs scan?

Ladies I am the same - so tired! The sickness is the worse in the mornings and when I get into bed and I am still off food and don’t fancy anything to eat but making myself eat to help with energy levels. Also trying to do a bit more to help with energy but doesn’t help.

@CoalCraft I've had constant peeing from the start, I'm so over it now! Plus I have days where I'm incredibly thirsty, but just seem to pee it all out anyway. Wtf body?!

@MayBug2020 I remember feeling the same at about your state, didn't want to eat a thing! being quite constipated didn't help.

Now I'm feeling hungry again, but weirdly it's like I'm ravenous, then I take just a few bites and I feel full, but I force it all down anyway, then just an hour later I'm peckish again!

@Skyla01 is the thirst and weeing really extreme? I've heard that can be a sign of gestational diabetes and might be worth a mention. If it's just an annoyance though then it's probably just yet another of pregnancy's annoying little tricks

Question: does anyone suffer from Lactose Intolerance bcos I've been eating cheese and yogurt like I'd die tomorrow without even a second thought but my booty and belly are not agreeing with.
Can't lie it's the mozzarella cheese on my toast that makes 🤤 but I know I should cut it down or out bcos it isn't helping. But it tastes so damn good 🥺 I ask bcos I had a mushroom mozzarella pizza yesterday and my tummy looks like I'm about to explode.

Apart from that the nausea sicky feeling is back in full swing with phlegm and sore boobs.
I'm exactly 8 weeks today 👏🏽👏🏽

Some lovely scan pics here! I now only have the weekend between me and my nhs scan - can’t wait, and will be curious to see if I am a week ahead, or if private scan was a bit out on measurements (I hope I am - means another week down without even trying!). I’ve def got the tiniest of bumps appearing - it’s so exciting - but also probably just looks like I ate all the pies to anyone but me. It will be nice to be able to fess your rather than just have people think I got fat....!

@IshaPoet I find I'm more bloated with gluten rather than dairy.

@Carabu1 not long to go now. You will be once of the first to have your nhs scan. So exciting.

Sorry for too much info- I am really struggling with trapped wind I was up all night and I'm in agony. Has anybody else struggled with this?
