@Anon20something I’m the same, constantly waiting for something to go wrong, thinking I’ve missed something. Scared of making a purchase, or decision Incase that jinxes it. Despite the constant reassurance from weekly heartbeat checks and fortnightly scans. I do think because we don’t have “normal” lives at the minute, we can distract ourselves as much, or speak about it to the outside word. Hope your ok?

Thank you ladies for the support. Feeling a bit better today. Missing lily extra hard thinking of all the things she would’ve been doing now and just got so much fear. Baby boy has been giving me a few nudges this morning so that’s reassuring! I have my midwife appointment in 3 weeks so I’m going to mention all this then, feel a little lost at sea and I hope maybe I’ll be able to have some extra checks in somewhere for reassurance/ or book a private scan as waiting til 28 and 34 weeks for scans (And no other appts!) seems too long! Just feeling like I need some extra reassurance Xx

Thanks all, scan was all fine so far but they couldn’t do a few measurements or get a photo as she was in all the wrong positions so waiting to go back in for the rest.

Oh MrsMGE I'm so desperately sorry to hear this news. I don't want to tag you, and I know there is nothing I can say right now that will make this any less difficult. But if you do read these messages please know you're in my thoughts today. xxx

I'm going for a follow up scan next week but considering I should be nearly 11 weeks, there's no option of a positive outcome. I'm going to get pissed on the gin right now, don't care it's before midday. Feeling so done with the whole babies and pregnancies topic. Xxx

MrsMGE I am absolutely devastated for you, I can't believe this is happening again, it is so unfair. You probably don't want to talk at the moment but if you want to rant at the world you know where we are, and happy to DM if you'd like. Sending all my love to you and your husband, and hope for the future.

@MOGMOGMOG85 I can't believe you had so much conflicting advice but well done for taking it all with a pinch of salt, I think I would be one of the people who was sent into a whirl of stress at all that different information. When I had a bleed at 15 weeks the doctor immediately assumed it was a miscarriage and didn't even want to see me. The midwives were much more hopeful and when I finally got to see them after a week and showed them photos of the bleeding they were very reassuring that it was nothing bad. GPS can be very ignorant I have found when it comes to pregnancy.

I have just found out im pregnant again after a MMC of frat twins in Feb. I am currently 4w4d and jheeezzz i am a paranoid pete!! Dr google is not a good idea!! I would actually be embarrassed if anyone looked at my google history this week!! - I do think i have every right to be this way though!!

Sorry TMI - Warning- .. this afternoon i have had a fair amount of clear fluid / discharge. Its stopped already though. Im also feeling a little stingy down there - ive had urine and swab tests done this week and have had the all clear! Dr reckons that i could be irritated from the increase in discharge and hormones!!
I have also had a week of loose bowls (oh what a joy), however today im more constipated!!
My lymph nodes in my groin and neck have been slightly swollen so im definitely fighting off something- im just so bloody worried that my body is rejecting this pregnancy!!
Also after to much googling (ectopic, signs of miscarriage - all sorts) i am even convincing myself i have shoulder and neck pain- which seems to only happen if i think about it!!

I know i just need to chill out!! Im going through stages of complete panic and paranoid to then chilled and mindfull!!

AM I COMPLETELY CRAZY? AM I THE ONLY ONE?

@MrsMGE I am so, so sad about this 😢 and ao sorry, you don't deserve this you really don't! I had this my second miscarriage and it's just numbing to know you have all the symptoms but it's an empty sac, I felt cheated by my body.

I hope your DH takes care of you well, mind and body. Pissed on the gin sounds like a great option at the moment ❤️

P.s.s - as im reading ibe realised the time zone is very different! I am originally from the UK however currently living im AUS. My time zone is somewhat out of whack! Xx

@Anon20something glad your feeling a bit better. Speak to the MW, when I raised my concerns over my anxiety they couldn’t have been better, I get weekly checks now. Hope they can do something for you too. Sorry to hear about you little girl.

@ACWesty welcome! Hopefully the discharge will settle, and could just be horomones. We all understand how anxious it is, and are all guilty of a google search.
